烧肉枸杞粥~

每逢星期日我爸都会买烧肉吃的
一边吃烧肉一边喝酒，还蛮享受的
我爸买了最咸的部位哦，所以也吃不多
所以隔天我就拿来煲粥了



材料：

烧肉（适量，咸的部位，切丁）
枸杞（适量）
米（1+1/2杯）

煲法：

1. 将米洗净后加入水煲至米成粥
2. 然后就放入烧肉和枸杞小火煲就可以吃啦

金针菜蒸馬鮫魚

我妈咪买了一条很大条的馬鮫魚
最近她都一直买小小条的
而且她还吩咐说煎了后每人吃一条，不用争。。。。
不过这一条很大条哦
想到拿来煎的话又太单调了
那天我买了金针菜
所以就决定用金针菜来蒸啦
外面吃的蒸鱼都是用金针菜来蒸的，还满好吃的
因为够香，够咸!!!

材料：

(A)
馬鮫魚（1条，洗净后摆在碟上，晒些麻油在鱼上，备用）
番茄（1粒，切成6块后摆在已经准备好了的鱼）

(B)
蒜头（5小粒，切末）
金针菜（1碗，切尾端后洗净）
咸菜（适量）
冬菇（2朵，切片）
水（1+1/2碗）

做法：

1. 煮滚蒸笼水 ，备用
2. 烧热3汤匙油后爆香材料(B)除了水
3. 炒至爆香后才加入水滚大概2分钟就可以了，备用
4. 然后把煮好了的汤汁都倒入已经准备好了的鱼
5. 之后把鱼放入蒸笼蒸大概10分钟多就可以吃啦。

蒸豆腐

好好吃的豆腐哦
那肉类是外面买的，不用自己切啊，自己搅碎的
还蛮方便的，嘻嘻。
那肉类有猪肉和鮫魚
除了这些材料之外
还加了葱头粒，调味料。。。。等等
所以啊，真的很方便
在外面买就可以啦
原本想拿来包云吞的，可是没有云吞皮啊
看到有水豆腐
所以就决定拿来蒸豆腐啦
蒸煮来的样子好像很高级那样，哈哈。
蒸大概10分钟就可以了
我还另外煮了些江鱼仔汤和豆腐一起蒸
简直是超甜，超好吃的！

冬粉炒包菜

其实这道是属于素菜的
因为没有肉类和蒜米。 嘻嘻。

材料：

包菜 （1粒切1/2，切丝）
萝卜（切丝）
素火腿（切片）
冬粉（适量）
姜（切丝）
水（1碗）

煮法：

1. 首先用水泡冬粉至软
2. 爆香姜片后加入萝卜，素火腿一起炒
3. 然后加入包菜炒至均匀
4. 之后加入冬粉和水至熟就可以了

Was a fun day with Pui Yi and Pui Mun. hehe.

I went to Mun's aunty house for a new house party

curry chicken. fried chicken. prawn. soup. fish. kuih. etc.

So delicious . They won't treat me like a stranger person

They are nice and friendly.

After that, we went to Pui Yi's house and went to Snow Flake

We saw a lot of people line up at there.

But we still wait and wait, finally turn us to buy . hehe.

And, we met Kar Mun and his bf family. so happy.

we had many fun things at Snow Flake

just 3 of us know only ♥

this is our secret and style . hehe.

Fried Spring Rolls 炸春卷

Above it's my favorite fried spring rolls
Inside got crab,vege and sea laver.... I remember the first time when fried the spring rolls
I ran to take dishes when frying the spring rollsHow did I know a back to go

等待 Waiting

我，学会了等待
等待这一切，等待着奇迹的出现
也似乎习惯了等待
其实等待是一种幸福
不过等久了就不是幸福了
而是令人厌倦。。。。
等到心很累。。。真的很累。。。
不想再继续等了
好想放弃一直等待着奇迹出现的那一刻
可是偏偏等不到
到最后，
只能在梦中守候等待。。。。

幸福 Happiness

幸福是什么？？
幸福除了家人，情人，朋友给自己之外
自己也要给自己幸福
有时候买些东西给自己，
打扮自己，奖励下自己，
也是种幸福。。
其实我并没有你们所想象中的那么幸福。。。
只要你们都肯为我做那么一点点的小事
我已经很开心，很心满意足了。。

肉碎冬菇豆瓣酱水豆腐

那天在Jusco买了2包的水豆腐
原因是想试下煮麻婆豆腐
可是到要煮的时候啊
就打消这个念头了，怕家人吃不习惯
所以就来煮1道肉碎冬菇水豆腐吧
简单又方便的1道菜，也不怕吃不习惯咯

材料：

水豆腐（1盒）
冬菇（2朵,切粒）
猪肉碎(1/2碗,掩猪肉碎的调味料:酱油(2汤匙),胡椒粉(少许),麻油(少许),玉米粉(1小汤匙)
豆瓣酱(1汤匙)
蒜头(3小粒,切末)
水(1/2水)
黑酱油(1/2汤匙)

煮法:

1. 首先把整盒豆腐上锅蒸大概20分钟,备用
2. 烧热3汤匙油,爆香蒜末,冬菇粒和煮肉碎后加入豆瓣酱炒香
3. 之后加入水和黑酱油至滚和收汁就可以啦

Maybe, there are several possible reasons,
That is...customers feel tired to eat,nothing special and delicious...
Actually the food also can accept, quite okay wat.
Its a shop suitable for a family to eat.

The Last Day @ Langkawi

Today was our last day at Langkawi. I was not willing to leave Langkawi, but flight time is 9.30pm night and we played around the whole day again. I woke up early in the morning and they are still sleeping like a pig. I walk on the beach alone, really feel lonely. But is so relax enough for me. Then I heat up water and cook maggie mee and eat on the beach. Eating maggie mee on the beach is relaxing, always. Ohya!! My hands and feet itchy once wake up. Don't know why la..maybe kena Sun drying!! They wake up, finally!! The time is 11:00am i think. Then I go to take a shower. After that we all walk on the beach and drink beer at the same time...check out time: 12.30pm!!



>Finally, we checked out and leave our nice resort - MaliBest Resort.


>We drive to Long Gai and want to buy something back Malaysia wat..we reached the place call "Rentas Hutan TelagaTujuh". There was sell a lot of shirts and chocolate.


>We were looking for the cable car.

>Yet to find, by the way we take some photos first la..










>We found out but Its servicing now!! Sad........


>Then we go to waterfall because its quite famous waterfall at Langkawi.












>We know a lot of new friends at there, they are nice and friendly.


>We leave waterfall, I love waterfall. I think we used up few hours at waterfall there.


>We saw beach and sea again when driving, and we get down and take some photos for fun la..ngek ngek!




>We plan to go the very BIG EAGLE at Langkawi at Kuah Jeti.


>We reach Kuah Jeti and go Mamak to have our lunch + dinner la!! So hungry man!!



>I saw the eagle is repairing from far away, my mood is down and down....




>Then, we start to go some market and buy chocolate and some souvenirs. Im so tired but happy!!


I love Langkawi because this is my first time travel to Langkawi and play around at there. But I feel that i still play not crazy enough. I will go Langkawi next time! Beside that, got something make me so disappointed, that's cable car and the eagle. Sigh* The cable car having service on our last day at Langkawi, If we go on the first day i think we can play at there and will take many photos again. Anyway, I will not worry about that because I know that I have chance again to Langkawi, right???

I feel regret because i just took a little bit photo at there since she got take but If i just take some landscape also good wat...but Its okay la..chance chance chance!!!! hahah!!
