And so.. it has arrived. for a while now.
SYF year as well - had a dream this morning... pretty scary. I think I'd classify that as a nightmare. listening to concert recordings have brought back memories as well.. perhaps these things should just remain as memories. I don't think I'll want to practise all over again - such a waste such a pity, but at least I retired with glory in a concerto performance!
Research is not easy - Law and legislation is such a pain. New found respect for lawyers; its like doing A level GP on steroids, plus have to recall all my Corporate Finance stuff and argue my point. Good thing - i'm a casual earning insane amounts of hourly cash. PLUS i get to work from home, or work at office, any time i want! AWESOME.. now just looking forward to the pensions side of things!
IELTS was pretty good - 8.5 overall! I wanted to get perfect 9s, but oh well it's really not worth the effort right? Spent like 3-5 hours preparing for the exam the night before; I wrote slightly out-of-context for my writing section and *phew* still got an 8 for that component. 20% effort for 80% results. I'm satisfied.
I'm still having this graduation inertia; and will I get a job?
