X and S is waiting for the bomb to blow up the generator when S asked "X, share with me your experience in the previous company"
X frowned "You really wanna know, ok".
"Basically I categorized the people there into "
"The critics, but then want your support. Shoot this email that email, but then when see me, like asking "Im right in doing that, right" or "You support me in this issues right". If they have balls they do not need to ask other people's opinion. sick of this type".
"The clear pool table, no balls. When people ask any issues, very quite, or when people people raise issues, very quite too. But after the meeting says, I support you in this issue =.="
"The copycat wannabe. See other company doing well wanna copy this copy that without looking at the resources he has. Just copy blindly. It reminded me of one company I audited, they bought an e-business system "it was the in thing those days" but in the end they cannot use it as they have no database. RM100000 fax machine as they just print the order and then do manually"
"The give me feedback, I m listening and then ignore it"
Then there was a huge explosion that blew up the generator.

Straight Shooting with X
Q. What do you hate most in life?
A. Basically I cannot stand 2 things. People that think they are always right without listening to others, and people that say they listen but not really listening.
Q. What brings joy to you?
A. Believe it or not, just helping people in trouble brings happiness to me.
Q. Any weakness?
A. My weakness is sometimes I like to go shopping and buy expensive things. Its how I release stress. 2 of the things that I like to buy are clothes and shoes.
Another thing is I seldom trust people. You can count the people I trust by just using your fingers. I can work with people but trusting them is another thing.
And I have long memory. Do a bad thing and I will remember it for a long time.
Q. Any hobbies?
A. Strangely enough I like to collect knives. At home I have like 20 knives, and I am collecting more knives.
Q. Any future plans?
A. You will find out soon enough =.=

An Introduction to Bowie Knife
NO, its not a knife that David Bowie used =.=.
Basically a Bowie Knife can be categorized as a HUGE knife.
Features of a Bowie Knife
1. Blade of at least six inches (15cm) in length, some reaching 12 inches (30cm) or more
2. A relatively broad blade that was an inch and a half to two inches wide (4 to 5 cm)
This knife is used by Jim Bowie.
Maybe I should get one of these ...
Found at Wikipedia:
Bowie is also the namesake of rock star David Bowie, who was born David Robert Jones. Jones changed his name in the 1960s because he feared his name was too similar to Davy Jones, a member of already famous The Monkees. He chose the surname Bowie because he admired James Bowie and the Bowie knife.
