Great weekend spent in cambridge with charlene agnes diane and yvonne :) had so much girly fun heh in e sense where we went around taking lotsa photographs, acting toursity and mainly, pigging out. haha..on sat nite we cooked a sumptuous dinner of sweet and sour pork, baked cod and chinese cabbage! and at 9pm yvonne charlene and i made our way down to sainsbury's which was closing at 10 to get desserts to complete our feast..and it was no ordinary dessert feast..ha..i think it was e most any one of us ate in our entire life..ha..we bought apple crumble, ice cream, two big boxes of strawberry, toffee cheesecake, raspberry trifle, and chocolate mousse! lol..only 5 of us yet we almost finished up everything. haha..pictures up soon..when ppl send it to me haha anw..it was great fun having all girls and no boys! :) hehe. like back to sec sch days. hehe. :)

longg day at school today.. feeling quite tired and drained..dunno why i'm feeling it today but jus feels so..argh..like there's many things to do, yet i cant really put a finger as to what they are, and many things i dun understand during lectures..it's like every lecture is a new battle having to 'conquer' and keep up with what the lecturer is saying..it's like once u relax for a moment, u may just lose it and take really long to understand again after that..and esp when there's one lect after another, when u hafta switch ur brain from one module to another..it's jus so strenuous..hai..and lab too..it's like endless..sigh sigh sigh..i wanna be happy again! it's times like this when u jus wanna call and talk but e time difference jus doesnt help. hai. oh wells.

at least on a happier note my exams are ending on 7th june..yay will be able to both go touring and go home earlier..i cant wait to go home..i wanna go home now now now...wo yao hui jia..

had cell weekend away last weekend..was nice...so nice to enter a 'home'...first 'real home' i've stepped into since coming here..and they were so hospitable..so nice :) had many studies and discussions..a great time spent focusing on God and remembering how much he has sacrificed for me. such a perfect gift, so unworthy to receive.

I want to live for God, not for myself or anyone else, to give him glory in all I do. not by my own capabilities, but trusting, relying, depending on God. everything comes from Him, and i want to learn not to claim any credit for myself. i also want to know that once i have tried my best, God will do the rest, and He has his plans for everything, whether or not something seems good at that moment in time. I want to remember that God's plans are always to prosper us and never to make us fall. I want to live everyday loving God more and more because no earthly thing can compare to Him above. Nothing. So overwhelmed, so awed by his sacrifice, love and glory. what unworthiness, yet he forgives.

sat - hwa chong nite! so nice to haf a school gathering in a foreign country, singing familiar chinese school mass songs and doing mass dances even in a dress and heels..heh..agnes was in london too! stayed over in my room after that till sunday when we went to church tog :) yay..some photos to share..and of course wif many other ppl too ..

have a happy lunch of pork porridge with pickled vege, preserved sichuan tofu and shrimp chilli (heibeehiang) made specially by aunty lizhen
know that the parcel arrived safely (and quickly!)
know that the other is happy
do some qn sheets to follow up wif e lectures
take a nap from 4.40-6pm
have a dinner of beef tikka masala (yest's linstead dinner microwaved), intersting stir fried tortelloni containing 5 cheeses, and steamed egg with pork (first try!)
know that i'll be gg for a swim tmr before cu
know that i'll be meeting old frens at hc nite this sat, including agnes and xuejue! :)
know that the week is coming to an end = 1 more week nearer to going home (yay!!)

jus came back from birmingham..visited cadbury world..haha..i guess alot of ppl would be jealous..haha...well well.i'm almost turning into a convert already :( i ate SO MUCH chocolate today! the most i've ever eaten in a day in my entire life!! haha..but was good..because the choc samples were jus prepared there and then..so they were fresh and soft..haha..shiok. :p here's some photos since pictures speak a thousand words..and below are photos of some cny celebs..
