camp 2008 - and also the class gathering
First day was quite boring, and there were so few Sec 4s attending the camp =__= And Weiyun didn't stay throughout the whole camp, but at least she stayed for a day, which was the day I went for the class gathering -__- Anyways, someone has been tricked. lol.
Woah, guides have been slacker and slacker. The juniors were allowed 20 minutes for a quick shower when there were only 13 of them. Back in the olden days we were only allowed 10-15 minutes for it and our strength was around twice of this year's. I hope they appreciate it and don't take it for granted. Zzz.
For the second day I wasn't in the camp for most of the day because of 6R'04 class gathering. And the company went for a hike at the Southern Ridges at 8am, so I had to get out of the school at the same time. The gathering didn't start until 12nn so I went home to catch some nap.
When I got to Causeway Point the class was still waiting for people to arrive. Woah, some of them changed so much that I couldn't recognise them at first sight o__O Anyways, we went to Pizza Hut for lunch at around 1. I didn't like the mushroom soups or the pizzas, so I asked for a dessert. Dessert for lunch? Yes, I know I'm crazy. lol. After lunch we decided to go for a movie in the same mall (after much stoning and hesitation) and Derrick suggested that we watch Quarantine. Quarantine wasn't a movie about ghosts or vampires or anything that has to do with the supernatural; it just contains a lot of gory scenes, which wasn't that scary to me. I bet I could even watch it with full stomach xD After much thinking about the movie, I discovered that the movie has had many flaws. Wow.
After stoning for quite a while, the class decided to go for dinner. At first the people were deciding if they wanted to go to Burger King or KFC, however, in the end they thought that we should just go to anywhere we want to buy our food and settle down at the front of the Woodlands Civic Centre to eat our dinner. And then I got lost and called Huiyin. What a failure I am. lol. After dinner, we did much stoning again. The guys started joking around and BiQin
is one hyper person xD The girls wanted to go home when they saw that the sky was getting darker and darker but I didn't know what I would really want to do. lol x__x Since almost everyone was taking 187, we talked for a while and then Zhengwei suggested that we should have another outing. Good - since we don't know when we're going to see one another again. Anyways, when the girls went home, I decided to tag along with Fadilah and some guys to play pool =__=' I don't even know how to play pool. lol. When we got there they said only members were allowed to play there. So we slacked outside the lan shop to wait for Nigel, Zhanlun and Derrick to finish playing their game. It was close to 10 and Yanlam and Amanda calling to tell me to get back to the school quickly. We decided to drop by at Sheng Siong at Ten Mile Junction to visit Jiajing. lol.

a memorable trip
On Wednesday, 26/11, Amanda, Weiyun, Pearl and I went to Sentosa. lol. A large part of it is still under construction, and it looks ugly.
Anyways, we initially decided to go there to play ball games and build sandcastles on the beach, but it didn't turn out to be what we've expected. Building sandcastles there was virtually impossible because we only had a small pail and a small spade (both belonging to Amanda), and the sand has too much water in it.
What about playing ball games? Weiyun brought a football for the trip. Playing soccer on a beach is like swimming in the living room, and the football couldn't stand the seawater, so we decided to play in the waters. (My frisbee didn't help at all.)
Amanda and Weiyun taught me how to swim, but I didn't manage to float in the water for even half a minute T_T Failure. I believe running is easier and more enjoyable than swimming. Pearl was standing not too far from us in the water, and I think she wouldn't want to play in the water because she had some rehearsals later on o.o Plus I think she might have found my learning to swim unbelievably hilarious?
Due to Pearl's busy schedule we had to leave Sentosa by 5+, but after we got out of the waters and cleaned ourselves we still had enough time to cycle for an hour. Some stupid guy tried to challenge us and I hurt my left foot trying to outrace him. Stupid me >_> But I still managed to have an enjoyable time with the others and cycling down the slope is damnnnnn fun.
At the end of the day, everyone was tired, but happy. Yay!
