I'm back!

It wasn't really that long actually and I'm technically not supposed to blog much (anything) abt my stay in HTA since they are purportedly doing checks on the internet for such blog posts.

10 day confinement is over
pes C9L2 status is king, weak yet luxurious
only required to serve about 6 weeks of BPT (Basic P0lice Tra1n1ng)
no Physical Training
exam on 3rd Nov
posting to division on 21 Nov
alot of free time
nice facilities
good food

what more can i ask for other than bringing a damned phone charger in?
and oh night snacks

things have been well. wish i could spend more than with <3 but i know i have the luxury of passing out earlier than anyone else that i know of.

Sorry to have made you so upset. It pains me to see you looking so frail and I don't even want to think how sad you will look like without me. Just remember that my heart is always with you no matter what and we shall pull through everything together, just like we always have.

1: 29th Sept

Happy 18th monthsary baby. Really enjoyed taking the Singapore Flyer with you. If only there weren't so many extra lightbulbs in our capsule. We shall go again to see the sun set in future =)

2: 1st Oct

Happy Childrens day and Selamat Hari Raya!
Went Qian Hu with <3 and mum. Wish I had the pics to upload. The bigger fishes are damn ticklish

3: Another NSF died

Got MC from SGH because he pulled a hamstring. Went back to camp and died while doing chin up. Another sad case and he got cremated today. I duno how SAF is still not doing anything to regulate these checks even after 3... or isit 4 deaths this year. What have they found after so many investigations? Just normal cardiac arrest?

Frankly they never even state the cause of death. We just know that they died a quick death because it seems they had to be resuscitated within minutes when they collapse or they're gone forever. It seems this NSF is my cousin's platoon mate and he went to the crematorium today.

For the love of the men who have no choice but to serve NS in Singapore, I sincerely hope that MINDEF can come up with a solution, or a change, an addition or an enhancement. Whatever improves the current system, I'll take it, and I'm sure I can say that for all men-to-be who needs to serve NS in SG.
