thanksgiving

woohoo...time flies!!

been almost working for a year and i must say i have incredibly blessed in my work. seriously, i have good jobs, nice seniors guiding me, nice teammates and etc. of cos i met my fair share of irritating pple, crazy deadlines, demanding clients and all..but i can look back and say that God is good. when i first joined audit, i knew that its gonna be different for me bcos i have God with me! sometimes i forget abt Him and i do end up screwing up, being in tears..but when i turn back to God, the problems just resolve by itself and all..im thankful!!

been on a couple of camps and retreats..they were all great..i've come to the decision of changing church. yups. Church of Praise shall be my new home. Still making adjustments here and there, pray for me!!

oh no..wanted to say more stuff but my mum's callin me for lunch. YUPS, im on leave today. HAHA. going to cycle w my fave butt and pig later at sentosa! see you all!!!

no updates..no updates..GOT UPDATES!!

HELLO EVERYBODY!! is anybody even still coming to tis blog??

im so sorry tt i haven't been updating cos im just busy and lazy too! currently, i've started work in DT already and its super cool there! im glad God put me there, and i see why He put me there too! there are soo many nice frens and seniors around me, and i can feel that i am really being blessed by God here! =) and there are qt a handful of Christians too! that we can even start a little prayer group here already! so amazing rite!! =)

im really lookin forward to Christmas, cos my church's Christmas rally sounds sooo exciting! there's a STOMP performance which shareen jong is in! and i heard the recorded version, made me qt high that i wanna dance!! and guess wat? MS NG WEI YEE is joining the dance! first prac tom, hopefully they dun kick me out! God help me dance!

ah..im a happy young working adult. thanking God for everything! i love my family, and yicheng is finally callin me ah yi and he's sooo cute and i love my frens and ongggglye! yay! i am a happy girl. thank You Lord. i love You too!

catherine teh part 2

catherine teh is really crazy. she is very very very funny. if you look at the previous blog where i wrote tt im 40kg? tell me who really believes im 40kg when i say i am?? DOES ANYONE believe that im 40kg..?? i tell all of you, CATHERINE TEH firmly believes that im 40kg leh!!! and guess wat? she even went to tell shareen jong jong abt tis and jong jong JUST came to ask me wat's my weight!!! oh my goodness, catherine teh..im really NOT 40kg ok? dun be so worried abt me leh!!

2 or 3 nites ago, we went for dinner together at cant 1. catherine teh wanted to eat fried carrot cake, i wanted to eat porraige cos i had cravings for it. so i went to order pi dan zhou, and silly catherine see me order that, she dun want to eat her carrot cake anymore!! cos its fattening. HAHAHAHA. so she ordered porraige. den u know the porraige very very jier lart one? i eat halfway i kinda gave up? she also dun want to finish hers lo!!!!! wahahahahahha. catherine ah catherine. and she was very worried that im not eating well. goodness. catherine ah catherine, its very hard for wei yee to give up on food one. dun worry!!!! =))

oh and we were comparing eye bags and eye rings. horrors of horrors. catherine teh and carmen DUN HAVE!! they are very powerful, they can still manage to sleep SOOO muchhh!!! catherine went to sleep at 9pm the previous nite la! the last time i slept at 9pm was probably when im in kindergarden. hmm. im qt convinced that tt was the last time i slept that early. haha. =))

oh sighs. catherine, im gonna miss you when i graduate. come and work in DT with me leh. at lest we can keep each other happy and entertained. =)) haha.

my fren..catherine teh!!

have i ever mentioned to all of u abt my dear fren catherine teh? haha. she's the one in the purple and white shirt doing the TWIST sign. haha. oh wellss..i must blog abt her today cos she's just SOOO funny!!!!!!!!

today ms catherine teh came knocking RUDELY on my door, and barged in asking if there was food in my room. i thot she was hungry, so being a VERY NICE girl, i offered biscuits. and guess wat? she wanted to buy sweets or chocs for me for her class tom, so she can give out as prizes. and she being a very cheaponana, almost bought my biscuits, which i refused to sell cos its just NOT APPROPRIATE as a prize la! no incentives for anybody to participate in her class.

den we went on, she started to pick a fight with me again. and its a REAL LITERAL FIGHT. fist for fist kind ok. and i gave up tryin to even fight with her cos i dunno why over the years, she has become much stronger than me. in the past ah, i can PUSH HER OFF THE BED and totally box her till she wave white flag. nowadays ah, i just keep laughin at her till i got no strength to fight. she's just very verryyy funny.

and then she started poking me. poke my fats to see if they exist. OF COS THEY DONT RITE. they're all MUSCLES la. come on! im so skinny. 40kg only. HAHAHA. den after tt, she sat down and watch me surf the net for my HK tickets. den she suddenly spot a white hair on my head! and i hate white hair lo, once i see must pluck! so i bugged her to pluck for me. den she said tt if i pluck, it'll grow THREE more back. hahahahah..and i said NV MIND la..just pluck! its so yucky. so she very nice, she plucked. hahahah..den i told her, "eh u know if you pluck white hair for pple, u will grow TEN white hair instead?" WAHHHH..super funny. she super angry with me lo! hahahahahha..she say im a JINX or something like that la. cant remember! hahaha i laugh until i want to die. then the best part was she plucked a half white half black one for me, so i comforted her and told her "nv mind la, u will grow FIVE white hair only!" muahahahhahaha..she angry lo!

den she FINALLY decided to leave. haha. then she stood at the door for REALLY longg can? den i ask her why she stand so long? she said she's used to being PUSED OUT OF THE DOOR.

muahahahhaah..i was too gentle for her liking! muahahah laugh till die. oh ya..forgot to tell all of u..this catherine teh got extremely niceeee legs leehhhhhhh..today she somemore wore white nice sexy short skirt for dinner can. she tinks she's amelia, the other time we had dinner w amelia, amelia wore nice short skirt. today catherine also wear nice short skirt. oh i teased cat abt her sexy legs also..hahaha.. nice and slender..wooohoo!!

okaes, den in the end, she finally left my room. and i told her she was being really sexy today cos her shirt very niceee and transparent. heehee. and she really wanted to KILL ME LIAO. luckily i chained up my door so she cant come in to beat me up anymore! yay. im soo smart.

look at my darling yicheng! he was wearing MY shoes and he walked out to greet me, gabe and eejun when we came to my house that day! =)) sooo super cute. don't u want to hug and kiss him already?? hahahah..

this is pingy me and rachie..we FINALLY met up after 1yr plus to celebrate rach's bday! rachie babe is still pretty much the same, except she's much prettier and happier nowadays. she's being a MONSTER tcher in taonan pri. sch. hahaha..and she's totally enjoyingg terrorising the kids there!! hahahaha..and rach says the nxt time we'll meet is my bday. like tt one lor. only bdays den want to meet up with her frens wor. hahahaha..

we went back to st nickksss to EATT and 'visit tchers' hahahaha..we ate soo much! but it was kinda fun just walking around, lookin the the current cheerleaders. and to my horror. there's actually a picture of the syf dance that i took part in still posted up on the boardd..YIKES. i show u all..ahaha...

THAT's MEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrors of horror. we had horrible makeup, GROSS hair, we had looonggg heavy braids stuck to our heads ok. and we were in GREEEN costume. i like green. but not as a dance costume. anyways, its shocking that i was from dance huh. hahahahha..cos i cant dance for nuts now! i wish i could. hahahah..

ooh it was also cny..we went to vida's house to pai nian! although nobody was in, we still got ANG PAOS!! thanks to tandean mummy. hahah..so we played settlerss!! yay. now they like the game too..we can play more when piggy zheng xinhui is backk!!!

around that cny period..it was gabe's bday too! planned a surrprrriissee at carnivoree for him! xie xie everybody who turned up! hahah the food was SUPPEERR good. i wanna go back to eat all the meat again! happy bday dear u again! hahahs. =))

my family and i

when it comes to religion, it becomes the most difficult thing to talk to my family about. why? bcos it always becomes a sensitive issue and i dun want to end up hurting anybody but yet at the same time i want to be obedient to God. at least i try as much as i can to be obedient.

so when i felt like just going to stint or going full time in crusade, cos i feel that i have nothing to lose (since im so young, and i just want to try out different areas plus im not that keen on going to the marketplace), i had the hardest time even telling my family about it. this thought has been on my mind for the entire semester last year already, and the biggest obstacle is always always my family - their reactions.

but thank God that there has been a breakthrough in this area after the 13 days of engage. on a sunday family dinner, i just casually told my mummy that i feel like working in crusade for one or two years. to me, its a fair deal bcos its their wish for me to work in deloitte and its my wish to work in crusade rite? so if i work 2 years there, den i wanna work 2 years here that kind of deal. hahas. oh wells, mum protested. haha..which is expected..DUHH!! so after a week when i came back from home, she told me that she told dad already. that's even better! so i dun have to face dad myself. phewww..and she said that he will chase me out of the house. =(( but this reaction is to be expected too i guess. and she also told me that whatever i do, is just stopping them more from ever coming to church. and that made me sad. i dun want to stumble them at all.

and over the weekends, i spent it just shopping with my mummy, cos daddy told mummy to just buy me whatever clothes i want for cny. so sweet. so i felt really bad. and i told God, i really dont want to stumble them, their lives is very important to me. so den i told mum that i will not go and work in crusade till they give me their blessings. and so now, im trusting God to change their hearts in the years to come. if God really wants me to venture out to this area, i believe is is soverign and good, and he will let things come to pass in His own time. pray for me k.

so with this, yea im very thankful that there's been a great breakthrough in this area of my live.

went campus witnessing with crystal yday during blitz! it was great. we shared with a catholic who recieved Christ! shared with another girl whose heart is so hard, prayed for her. and i really saw that the harvest was really ready, but the workers were few (only 4 of us). hopefully more pple will start to come for blitz! revival will come to ntu one day. i believe.

oh yea..and it was vday rite? =)) will post more about it once i get some pictures! hee. monkey gabe was very nice and sweet. he prepared appetizer, which became dinner for me in my room! SUUURRRPPPRRIISSEEE!!!!!!!! i was very happy and surprised!! yay. and i got a big present. i got a PINEAPPLE as a present! hahah..gabe's the pineapple by the way. =)) muahahahas. ong lai. i like. thank u! =) happy happy wei yee.

wow. im so happy. my comp is finally finally workinggg!! it died on me for almost 2 weeks already. and now its back to life, so im really happy!!

now i must post up some pictures of mr gabriel chen. bcos he has serious problems taking pictures with me..i dunno why..let me show you wat's his problem!!

DUH! but look at the monkey in the second shot..he smile soooo nice..BUT HE still closed his eyes. oh my goodness. so i said 'open your eyess!!' so he's a good boy..he obeyed..and OPENED his eyes..

very good..BUT its too fake!! its toooo exaaggeerrraaattteeeeddd..OMGosh. i wanted to box him. so never mind..i say "take again! properly one ah!!"
