Loot bag?

Finally my girls' fringe are long enough for me to clip those pretty clips that I bought. My girls love to be "pretty pretty". Everytime when i say mummy clip pretty pretty on your hair, they will come without second word. However they are very "itchy" hand too, like to pull down the clip and try to clip on themself or mingle in their fingers.

One day, at my friend house, Clara's clip went missing. I know this will sure often happen but I just hate to lose one piece as I always like things in a pair. I am so sad that i just cant find it anywhere, piror to that Abe was holding onto both clips...

Then when i was unpacking my bag that day and I found the missing clip! Abella must have put it in my bag. The amazing thing is, she knows which is my bag, as that day my bag was mixed with the other friends' bag.
This Abella very funny always keep things in mommy's bag. I will always find her stuff like a heap of crumple tissue, rolled clean diaper, torn magazine pages etc... when will she put some money or gold bars in mommy's bag :P

Big Purple Bouncing Ball

My girls love ball and they have outgrown those little balls that I had bought since they born. I was planning to get them a bigger ball before I pass by the $1 dollar shop and saw this big purple ball. Yes, this is the ball I am looking for, it is big and can bounce and the best is, it cost only $1 dollar! Happily I grab home one.
The girls indeed were excited, the moment they saw me home with an big ball in hand, imediately they screamed "Ball Ball" and start snatching to hold onto it. They enjoy tossing the ball, kick it, bounce it, throw in the air and wait for it to drop and goes bouncing away...
An $1 dollar joy... Big Purple Bouncing Ball :)

Colour Outburst

Posted by Picasa (Thanks CM, for sharing this website)
Last weekend I exposed my girls to watercolour painting. Their reaction to it is not as excited as when they saw me brought home a big purple bouncing ball, but they didnt resist either. Quietly they watched me doing the setup, squeezed out colour from the tubes, blended with the brush, painted a few stroke. Then I let them have the brush to unleash their creativity.
I didnt brought enough brush for the children, so Abella didnt get to have a brush and surprising she didnt snatch from Clarabelle but exploring the box of water colour, unscrewed the tube cover, squeezing out some colour then cleaned her stained finger on the paper. I helped her with more colour on her palm and printed it on the paper and some on her white shirt. She must be wondering why did mommy does that but hack care, took liberty, spreaded more colours on the paper and squeezed more colour from the tube. Clarabelle saw, received the cue, become more daring to " mess " with the brush...
Though they didnt burst with laughter, giggling away like when they are playing the big purple bouncing ball, I thought they enjoyed very much with the "messing", just quietly.

See the artistic children after the mess...

OH ! SORRY

I am glad that the girls have acquire this word, SORRY. It is a good word, it can meditate, be it in a big or small stituation and esp deadlock.

And the girls' sorry items ...

Clarabelle say " oh! sorry sorry " when her ball hitted on her "pet", Terry and even extended her hand to "sayang" it.
Abella say " oh! sorry " when she accidentally bumped onto mommy when running.
Clarabelle say " oh! sorry sorry " when her push-car's wheel ran over mommy's foot.
Abella say " oh! sorry " when her cycling tricycle and hitted the coffee table...

Fleeting moments...

During the weekend, I love taking photo of my girls. I hope I can capture all their remarkable, yet fleeting moments... Something I'll hate to see my girls grow and will be sad when the day come that they will have to expand their wing, get ready to fly.

Dono this is a blessing or not, singapore is so small, we are always staying very near to our parents, til today Im so "grown up" I am still not willing to be separated from my parents. Whereas in other countries, the states are so big, due to the distance, most of the children have to move out and stay near the college and even further, crossing the boundary, when they are finding jobs, to wherever places offering better carreer opportunity.

As our govn has been advocating sporean to venture overseas, I can see that it is inevitable for our children to be goer in future...

Walking around the NH (Part 2)

Walking on Singapore grass is always so... crispy! We are early, we still can find the morning dew on the grass. I remember when young, my daddy used to bring our family to Botanical Garden for a walk and we set off real early, we usually will see the beautiful day break at the Botanical Garden. My daddy love to walk bare feet on the grass, the morning dew will wet his feet, he say is good for health. My dad loves nature, he missed his kampong childhood.

It's nice that the girls love climbing up & down the hill, hee, actually just a small heap of earth.

The girls are perspiring, like just come out of the pool, dripping water. Singapore is too humid! You will drenched your whole cloth even you are just strolling. That's how children catch a cold easily if they are not pat dry fast.

We brought Terry along too...
He is definately having great time! See his tail wagging? Hee :)

It's amazing to find edible plant too... Banana, Curry leaves, Mints leaves and the blossom Peony. I asked Clara is the flower pretty? She answered : " Hua! pretty!"

Walking around the neighbourhood.

Last weekend was a wonderful weekend, as friday was a holiday *Yeah* weekend came early and was longer. We had alots of fruitful outing. One of it was walking around the neighbourhood which all the while I have been wanting to do with the girls especially when I saw the little meadow at the entrance of our precinct was blooming with little yellow flower...

Dono the name nor the origin of the flower, but they are so beautiful, like a little butterfly dancing happily in the meadow... so I called them
" 黄色小蝴蝶 ".

Mimosa

Toadstool

I recalled I was a flower " imbecile " when I was a little girl. I loved to pluck these little " wild " flower I saw on the way to my kindergarden or back home. Even my mum had strictly forbid me, I'll still secretly pluck them... I liked my granny to fetch me to school, she unlike mum, though granny will scold me silly and ask " what so nice about these flower? ", still she let me pluck...

A Wakening Fall

I had a big fall last sunday mid-night...

1.30am the hubby finally came back from his car wash, thought that I had slept, he was very careful not to create much noise. For so long, he never realise his wife can only sound asleep when the husband is safe back home. Anyway after patting the girls to sleep, I dosed off while watching my girls' video clips... Abella had a stuffy nose so I thought of getting her the vick to apply. When I stepped down the bed, the next moment, I slipped with both elbows & knees fell hard on the floor. I was in pain but wont dare to groan afraid might alert the children. It was the vcam that slipped off my hand fell, alerted the hubby in the bath room. He came out asking me what happened and wanted to lift me up. I stopped him as afraid I might had a fracture. He was laughing away how could I have fall and wont stop even I warned him not to tease his pathetic wife... I decided to ignore him.

I am alright now, just some bruises on the elbows and knees. I think at that time why I felt so miserably pain, most probably becos the pain is from my heart, the most prone to injury organ in human body. It has been aching...

Sometime ago we had been quarrelling often about him spending lesser time with me. More mad when after I had voiced it out and his replied was " You are too possesive! Even if I spend 1 day 24 hrs with you, you will never satisfied!! " and more lesser time with us (me & children). I was very depressed then... itch to dissolve the marriage. Sensibly I did not but I divert my focus for him all to my children, parents, sibling, friends and work, anything and nothing for him.

However even with the mind setting, I am still suffering from depression. I had a very hard time finding back my identity... afterall I am not a aggressive woman... I am just a little woman who constantly wish to be loved, needed and being put at the center of a man's heart... having too much accumulated rancor, I begin to hate my husband... I hate him for breaking his promised... my promising happiness... I became very grudge as keep dwelling over the many why ? ? ? and none was make clear....

Today those many pieces of my puzzle start to fall into place, I begin to catch glimpses of what marriage and infact what life is about : ]

Balloon PET

Found this 3D animals balloon on sale, now $12.90 onwards! I hv seen it quite sometime ago, was selling at a steep $30 plus and I was very tempted to get for my girls then not mentioning now is on sale :p

I can be indecisive when I am spoilt with choice. But all the animals look so cute and emotion, standing patiently, waiting to be owned. How I wish I could bring home all, my girls and nieces and nephews must be very excited to receive it. All the children should have one too, it will put smiles on all their faces! I am over-whelmed, just the dog alone, there are different design already, and there are cat, duck, pig, hen, tortise, dinosaur etc. Finally I decided to get the Terrier and "Sausage" dog as I can see the daddy face had changed colour #_#

I had bought two, 1 for my girls, they will share playing, another is a gift for their cousin, Kaela on her coming birthday. Piror to that, I called Kaela's mum...
WTPG : " Eh, what animal does Kaela like? "
K.mum : " Why? You getting her a PET!?? "
WTPG : " No lah... the 3D balloon... What's her horoscope? "
K.mum : " Goat.. "
WTPG : " No goat leh... "
K.mum : " Aiyah, I get her to talk to u... Kaela... TT piao yi ask u what animal u like... "
Kaela : " Hello TT piao yi, I like pig... "
WTPG : " HAH?!! Why u like pig? "
Kaela : " bcos my mummy say i am a pig tat y i like pig..." (K.mum echo behind, when did i say u r a pig ?!!! )
WTPG : " Kekeke... ok "
K.mum : " I think u just get her what u think is nice lah, she basically has no preference. "
WTPG : " Wah all are very nice leh... u throw back my question... -_- "

She is my cute cute Kaela :)

Luckily I didnt get my girls the real pet, their passion for it is like merely ... 3 mins... the are not gentle to the balloon pet too... were kicking the "pet" n enjoy seeing them flying high -_-"
I almost become an irresponsible pet owner :p

Little Clarabelle...

I think this has been 2-3 months already. Every morning I will sure wake up having Clarabelle sleeping beside me. My girls are sleeping in our bedroom but on their own matress. But Clara will wake up before dawn and climb onto our bed, by hook or by crook must squeeze beside me. As sometime I already sleeping very near to the verge, yet Clara still wants to squeeze and sleep at that pathetic space. There was one time I woke up from a nightmare dreaming I had kick her down the bed when I tossed, luckily it was just a dream and she was still sleeping soundly beside me...

Abe : Wow ! ! ! What is this?

Clara : It's BIG FOOT ! to massage mommy foot!

The Magical Wand

Yes, this is my magical wand but No, i didnt bought it but was my mum who brought it over my house for the purposes of in case "emergency" to discipline my two cousins during their day stay at my place.
One day, i discovered the power of this wand and it proven very effective for quick discipline my girls!
What happen was that day, the girls were not co-orperative during lunch feed. They were running wild and donwan to come back to us even we called them for next spoon of food. The daddy have loosen the rule, not require them to sit still during feed, but must come back when called for next helping. However, that day they were extremely disobedience. If the daddy is at home, simply his "Er- em" can make them can back and finish the meal quickly. Unfortunaly he is no. Though I have been calling till yelling their name till my throat dry, still they are stretching my limit. Then i recalled the wand in my house... I summon the maid to retrieve it and when they saw the wand, IMMEDIATELY they come back to us, sitting properly, open mouth very wide when spoon approached and swallowed very fast and finished the meal very fast too! I use to so envy the dady disciplinary power on them but now, Heh heh I had found mine !
