I would like to post something this time. i just feel like saying a few thing. as a lot of stuff i cannt express when i see you . Firstly, i would like to thank every single one in wsmb that have supported me since 2007 to till 2012. i know i have been a bad person everytime in competition and i demand a lot from you guys because i know you all can do it.
Secondly, i would like to say is every batch that i took for competition have different feeling, in 2008 i have a batch of member willing to do it for themselves and they want to bring pride to the band and we fought the war together and they create a success to rally the whole school behind them and that was one of my best years as a instructor of a band. then in 2010 the band was given a wake up call from westwood exchange and the band have transform became better and better while the years go by and 2010 is a special feeling for me cos it is the first batch of sec1 member that i have taught in west spring they have growth up and because a good leader and member for the junior to follow.
2012 give me a feeling that you all want the medal but dun wan to work hard in achieving the goals which make me very sad cos compare to the previous batch you all is actually skill will lots of knowledge in marching and also music compare to the senior. but you all just did not want to grab the chance in achieving what you senior fail to achieve. it is actually not to late for you all to wake up from ur dream that without working hard the band will achieve success. i really love every single band member that i have taught during my years in west spring band. although sometime i go very hard on each member for making mistake and scolding you . do you all know deep down i am actually very sad. every time i scold any of you all in band i always feel bad. i really wish the band can wake up from the dream.
lastly, i would like to apologies to every single wsmb band member that i have down as a instructor but not able to motivate you in one point to another point in time when i was instructor of wsmb band. i fail to teach you all value as a band member. i am not able to make you all love the band.
Deep down my heart i Love WSMB.

Haikal senior
when you were younger i did not notice you at all in band frankly cos you were jus a normal member in band then when you added me facebook i realise you quite pro to be in band. you join the band quite late cos you were in ncc and you are suppose to be part time member. after 6 month i ask you where the you would like to continue to be in the band and your answer to be was a yes. since then you have improve so much in term of leadership and also playing wise. continue to work hard for the band and you will see the result. i know you can and i really hope aft your secondary life you continue to play in the band.
Janice Toh Ying Ying,
i have taught you for the second year le. i really hope you carry on to work hard in band. i really wish sometime you not so blur and obey to your senior and you are actually a nice girl but also a naggy one like in my music lesson. i really hope you have enjoy your days in the band and you might have another band competition to lead your section to even better height continue to believe.
Haikal Junior,
To be very frank i have always taught you will not be able last in band due to your personality and you have prove me wrong . you have maintain your hardworking for yourself. i know it is quite hard to masters the horn cos of your double lip and you insist that you can play well in that instrument and insist of not going to tuba section. i really hope you carry on in learning in the band you will be a good member for the band.

you are always using your small smartness to get away with thing actually u are a smart boy. cos of lazy then your improvement not as good as kishan. i know you can do it and be a better player be a role model for your sec 1 junior and you will become a good players. continue to believe and stop thinking of having a gf. i know you u know wat i mean.

You are already a good player when you join the wsmb. but due to your physical condition you always cannt take part in the physical training when you were in sec 1 but as time pass you have improve alot in your physical area. continue to love band and your section and do well for them. i know you can do it.

i know you are actually a diligent boy you have love the section and the band. i am so happy you have work so hard for yourself you have improve alot as a player continue to work hard you will be a good player and also a good librarian for the band. carry on believing . i wish you can motivate your junior and tell them your story and make them be like you :)

Wen shuYou are already in sec 3 u need to show you are a senior you know. u actually very nice boy. but you need to remember you are a senior to the sec2 and you must do better then the sec 2. i know you can do it. you just need to remember and do not be careless you will be a good senior to the section. i know you can do it. you should used your exp to help your junior. carry on working hard i know you can.
Kishan KumarI know you are boy with lot of determination to do something you want. you have shown that you love the band so much that you wan to quit npcc and you also improve the faster amount the sec2 beyond my expectation. carry on work hard and love the band. you will be a very good player if you carry on the positive attitude in wat you do. carry on believing.
GabrielleI do not know i spell your name correctly, anyway you are a hard working boy in band but not your study. you need to remember you are still a student in sch and pls do your homework that is given. have band does not give you a excuse of not working hard in class. as a good member and future senior you should lead by example to your junior. carry on improving you and kishan will be a good player in the future.

Trumpet,
Kennethyou have been in the band for 4 years and it will be ur last syf with the band. i know sometime you are upset with the way i treated you. i really hope you understand as a senior in ur section i really wish u can used your exp and knowledge to help the junior. the competition is drawing near. i really hope you can continue to work hard for the band a make sure the trumpet section will be good come competition. and wishing you to do well in your o lvl later this year.
Si huiI always remember you as a bell player in band that is naggy and funny when in 2010 band competition. after the competition i wanted to put you in clarinet and in the end you want to be in trumpet section cos your sis was a trumpeter. i always felt you have the leadership quality to be a leader in your section. i know i have always give you lots of pressure as a leader in the section. i really wish you can do your best for your last band competition in your secondary life.
Jun JieI always thought you are a nice boy since sec1 and start of sec2. u have shown you can capable to lead as a player but i do not know what happen to you to make you change so much and no the jun jie i know off in sec 1 and 2. i know you have your issue. i really wish for last few weeks u can do your best and show me that the old jun jie that i know is back. i really wish you can do it.

Anyway i will like to say is we have come so far in this marathon i really hope all of you can tahan till the end and become stronger and we will achieve our goals. i know it has been a very long process that is killing you . u are so near to the finishing line. i really hope all of you can push urself a little till the finishing line. I Love every single one in wsmb.

Tmr get ready by 3pm in your PE attire. Bring all the stuff you will need for tmr's materclas. Sec 2s are in charge of setting up at the hall and to help their snrs set their intruments. sec 3 and 4 that ahve no paper, report by 3.15pm and those having paper ending at 4.35, report by 4.50pm..
Only 50 more days to go! We can do it!
