Darn..balik kampung soon (as in less than an hour!) What a way to spend my last weekend.! Not exactly what I had in mind..Back on sunday. Then 2 more days -CIAU!! aiyoyoyoyo.....Y la lidat?

Out the whole day today. 9.30am to 8pm. Whole day man.... A weird and kinda mixed day. My uncle past away the night before, had to comfort my mum plus...I hate to see her in that state. People come ,people go. Furthermore, I had plans the next day. Next morning, consulted my mum aboput going out got a cold reply in return. I guess I should have stayed to be around when she needed me. Feel like a bad son as well. Albeit a selfish one.

Neways, I was caught in the middle of things and proceded with my friends anyway. Off to Monash with Grace, Jin, Terr and Erica. Dropped Erica off at her college first then went on to Monash to ask a few questions regarding it as my second choice should UCD fail. Lepas itu, kita orang pegi kutip Djawad in Kota Kemuning, go his house lepak for a while. Noticed that Grace has a pleasant personality / a nice person ( besides being our driver!) Djawad and grace then had a taste of CC then after being persuaded by Terr n Jin. CS WOOT! Kiss kiss bang bang!!

Spicy maggi goreng at some mamak for lunch. Then go play badminton!!
Man...I'm actually goina miss all this. The hanging out with friends, teh 'o' limau ais , badminton ,etc...What to do? Just have to go on with life. Just the way it is...Not that I really have an option....

Some serious badminton followed-paid for an hour and played for 3! Have to use a different exit to avoid the 'jaga' there. ' Saya bagi setengah jam , kamu orang ambil 1 jam lebih...' Cabut man...next time book the courts using a different name and number.Aiyo, lidat next tuesday susah lor...

Update!

Finally! a new phone! Rejoice! All hail nokia 6300! Hail! Got it straight from a nokia dealer at Mid-Valley which honestly costed a bomb...buy other place also cheaper. Apa mau buat? Buy alredi, so enjoy it lor...- the best phone I have so far (+bluetooth this time!) Did some shopping and some serious pocket-busting as well.
Soon in that span of a few days,I found myself going out very often...Feel like I couldn't really sit still at home. Didn't get a laptop after much debate over the need and effects of one when I'm in college. Say pulak prefer me to continue to be active in sports. Reasonable point... but I still might need one. Looks like I've to get one the hard way then-work and save.
Had to choose between doing an old friend a favour by attending some meal with 'so-so food' or to meet up with some old friends which I haven't seen in a while for a movie.
Guess what?, I chose to met up with Djawad and Grace for a movie at pyramid instead. Heard some voices calling me a 'traitor' behind me..lol,the amount of choices we have in life. Chilled out at Djawad's house then after picking up the 2 'baboons' -terr and ron and also after a certain extend of 'What do you wanna do now? ,'Where do you wanna go now?'
Met Pn Salwati, my primary form teacher (also Djawad's mom) at Kota Kemuning. Spent the whole day out and still, Im wondering what to do in my last 10 days. Might be a gathering tommorow with my fellow ex-Brats but stll couldn't contact Claire thought.

Off to Kuching for the BRATs workshop for brats.4 days and 3 nights of the best moments of my summer in a nut's case. Basicly, its a 'torture' camp where they hand out assignments without details and throw it back in your face later. But then again it was part of growing up isn't it? In the midst of the confusion and asssignments, we Brats bonded as a team called 'Cat's Meow' and learned about working together ..etc..blah..blah.. but the was plenty of stress in it offset by us being fed well for 4 days.Highlights-

Quite enjoyable although we had to use mandarin and malay most of the time.Paired up with my half Scot editor-Claire and we wondered around the place till don't know where. We also had the Bumbu cookng classes which was SAVAGE! Learned to cook the Sarawak Laksa ,Tako (some jelly-ish dessert) and Sambal Midin ( Sarawak's kangkung belacan).Eating them was even better 100x! after having made to watch the food being prepared while its passed lunch time....Had to do the shopping old school with some rattan baskets.Tried flipping eggs -failed and honestly, Sarawak Laksa is not a hint easy to prepare at all.Even after stuffing our faces with the laksa,midin and of course blocks of takos ( they're freaking good!) we decided to look for the 'elusive' tomato kuay teow found in Kuching.Tough luck-nadai. When we're out on field assignments we just kinda left all our dead-lines and worries back at Kingswood Inn.The beauty of it!

Struggled to do reports and shit like that after that,me being on of the reporters of the team took the load while our assistant editor -Calvyn aka Sleepy Head slept alot.The sketch was another story to be told,only with a blur story line ,we made up stuff on the moment itself.Claire, Melissa and me kept the thing going by being aggressive but it was the latter 2 that contributed more I think.It was suppose to be a sketch on a weird family and it turned out to be a long maggi ad!. Took quite a lot of pics as well at the end of the workshop.Well a bit tired to describe more so more pics in return. Nite people! 'tunjuklah symbol PERPADUAN!!!

Itz finally over! The much dreaded 18th birthday and Leaving Cert results combo has passed.I came off unscathed with 465 points out of 600! A for bio and physics!, physics! I actually can't beleve that i got an A2 for it! First A i ever got in Physics afta 5th and 6th year. probably owe it to modern physics where I chose the latter over applied electricity.... here are the results- Physics ->A2

I honestly expected something between the range of 350 -420 based on my bloody mocks.

Off to Kuching this sunday,to be a BRAT. till wednesday. Spent a few hours today as a 'buruh kasar' today -doing my cousin a favour in her company in PJ. Wasn't fun at all but good work-out for me muscles. 60 bucks followed to compensate the toiling...
Fast-forward a few hours and you'll see me on KTM going to Aaron's hse for a stay-over.
CC session this time was 4 hours long! A 'wee' longer this time.Mamak for dinner -tried 'roti goreng' practically fried roti canai...pretty nice-nothing can beat the mamak man.....itz our malaysian culture , comparable to the irish and their pubs.
Might...,MIGHT....go to Bali with my mum's friend and her family next week which would be on the 24th (if we're going) right after Kuching! I'm goina be all run-down soon.....already tired as I am now after 'kuliing' around today.

One-man crusade!

Woke up early tday for a change (crashed into bed at 9.30pm d previous nite!), checked

out the Linkin Park DVD yoke and it was amazing! damn cun!!! videos, lyrics, wallpaper, mp3 ,

loved 110% of it! Went with my mum to Damansara to collect a check then but before we left,

I had the urge to take my badminton gear -dunno why.. and requested to be dropped of at ss17.

By the way, its Jin-Jin's (Sis) bday tday.Sweet 16 already...so fast, but growing more handsome

by the day. :P Back to the crusade, went up into the Ritz badminton hall alone/without boooking

or appointment cause I can no longer bear my longing for badminton and guess what, I got

extreeeemely lucky. The moment I opened the doors, an invatation to play flew straight into my

face.... rupa-rupa Taylor's Col. rented the place every tues and thurs for its students.

Note: not my first time doing spartan style-1 man show 'go play badminton with anyone who's

there' handful of guys there, 2 korean students and of course the chicks... by the way,I don't

go to Taylors! but still accepted to play (thurs as well) .Had fun, satisfied my hunger as well

since I was barred to going to stadium Bukit Jalil (to watch badminton) alone repeatedly.

Thats that anyways, took a bus home after walking to ss14, *PHEW! ....

Pushing my stamina to a limit today... good anyway after all those 'makan sessions'

Fridays afterwards to celebrate my sis's bday (mine as well) lovely food and service there...

rythm. Honestly,I have the guts to explore places in fact, I love walking from place to place

when I'm travelling but if you ask me to sing in front of ppl,I freeze up totally-some sort of

stage fright. Another day floated by, enjoying life atm. we're only 17 once in our short life.

Surprise, surpise...

11th of August, reunion of ex form-fivers of U8 at Pyramid and a pretty pleasant

surprise ,thanks to my mum and her usual -'cloak and dagger' way of planning surprises. Love

you anyway mum. :) Rush Hour 3 was pretty good plus it wasn't packed at all. There was a

pretty encouraging response to the reunion, better attendence than previously thought.My old

gang of buddies were still there-Tinesh(Ah Terr) ,Jin , Adrian ,Tham ,Aaron ,Ting and a few

more plus some old faces like Tracy,Chong,Hazry,Izuddin,Shamsul ,Steph ,Weng Shen and

his 'konco's'

and a few new faces I've never met (or forgotten!) earlier on ,my mum handed Jin some money

without me knowing ,in the car somemore! to get something going as my birthday celebration.

The rest was history as Jin thought out what to do with the $$ behind my back.

Reunion was at Harts Chicken Buffet and halfway through a Jin and Terr sneaked off to get the

bday cake-Chocolate Cheese Cake from Secret Recipe but I nearly choked on the price tag!

plus Jin went and bought Linkin Park's special edition album that I was joking about coz it

costed a whooping $135 but I didn't know that he was armed with mommy's money.

But thanks anyway,was pretty nice.

Things I noted-Chong's extra height plus his 'accented' talk, same-oul' Adrian and Hazry(cocky)

, a cleaver to cut the cake! , Aaron's good handling of the event.

Cc session after that at ss15! CS as usual till 12pm and off to Khalifah after that till 1.

if only everyday could be like this,life would be a bed of roses indeed!

Happy to be a bum again,actually missed it! Well honest,the summary of tday is -did nothing besides going to cc with Jin and getting caught up and eventually sorting out some civil unrest at home. Went into the 'no-man's land' or DMZ between my mum and sis about having a bf. What my mom don't know is that she broke up 2 days ago and went crazy when she saw her talking to him (ex).Was furious ,I bore the her agression and proceeded to sort out this matter as it really bugged me and my sis for centuries when it comes to my mum and us having relationships-she's paranoid about it! Had them serious debate kinda talks and in the end squared it out -why her advices turned into nagging and action into paranoid-induced ones. Thats all for it and *snap!! jijiman restored peace in my own home. Results out next week aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!!!! on my 18th bday -more AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!! Someone(mum) actually suggested to celebrate my bday this weekend at the reunion--HELL NO!!!... Goina try and arange a badminton outing tmr with Ah Terr and Jin plus a fourth person needed..

Stayed in bed this morning until around 11am then only got up after waking up early for

work the past week everyday. Dad cooked lunch today,duck was ok vege a bit plain. he later

went out with his friends instead of taking me to the dentist no thanks to his poor memory.

So after lunch, supposed to go over to Thinesh's house at 3 for some cc session until it changed

into playing badminton with my sister's friends at court 10,so dumped the clubs at Thinesh's

house and off we go to court 10 for some serious 'tapauing' :) . Ah Terr wasn't as bad as I

thought and we 'tapaued' a pair of my sis's friends (guys not gals!) in doubles 15-2 while me and

my sis took down Thinesh and Jeremy(the best of my sis's friend's there) 15-10 .Left the place

early becoz we had to go to the driving range later. After a shower at Terr's place we were off

to Kota Permai and I had the chance to do 2 off my beloved sports in a day! That doesn't

happen too often here to be frank. A bit rusty at the start but coped on soon enough to live up

to my standards ..standards heh? Grocery-shopping at Giant after that followed by ramli's

ever-good burgers at USJ14's 7-11 where I meet Saravana (sute) an old friend of mine in his

tradional indian attire ,standing out in the mob that waited for their burgers hurgryly. So

much for today, Grey's Anatomy just there and bed soon as its 12 now and the journey to

relieve my poor old grandmother at Ipoh's Hospital begins ay 5am tommorow. Out-
