Getting ready to move

If you haven't heard by now...we are moving. We are not sure where at this exact moment, but we have to move next Tuesday and Wednesday. Life has been crazy and busy and stressful, but I have to tell myself it just makes us stronger.

Easter Sunday

Easter morning the girls woke up at 6:45 and so I made them take a bath before going out and finding easter stuff. (Alidee and Taigen were also waiting for Kaitlin to get up.) Taigen had already walked out into the family room and was super excited to see all the eggs. The Easter bunny brought them all swimsuits for Easter.
We had a great dutch oven dinner with family. My grandparents came, Diane, Andrea and Derek, Mark, Nathan and Ryan. It was a great time. We were glad to spend it with some family and to have some fun.

Egg Dying

We had a lot of funt his year dying eggs. The girls did really well with not getting the dye everywhere. We tried some new things this year with some of the eggs and put colored sand on some of them. It was fun. They all turned out great.

Easter egg hunts

Earlier in the week we got to go to a flashlight egg hunt. They do it at night and you have to use flashlights to find your eggs. It was a lot of fun and a new experience for us. We got to have some great friends from Lewiston go with us. Unfortunately I am lame and didn't get any picutres while they were here.

Easter Cookies

We decided to make easter cookies and each girl got their own cookie dough to roll out with their own roller and they got to cut the cookies and put them on the cookie sheet. We all had a lot of fun.

Allergic Reaction

The other day, I noticed that Kaitlin had some white and red spots under her eyes only to realize she had red spots all over her body. Come to find out she was having an alleric reaction to the ammoxicilan she had been on for a week. Poor girl. Luckily most of it is gone now.

Ok...so my baby is 4 years old!! It has been hard on me to realize how big she is getting. She had been a great joy to have in our family. She is always keeping us on our toes. Ever since she could get around, she has been into everything and anything she can get her hands on. For a while she was really good at filling up cups with water, looking at you and dumping it out all over the floor. She loves to color on walls. Now it is writing her name and other words she know. She still loves to get into make up and making a mess. She loves her big sisters and always doing what they do. They have been teaching her new words to spell. This next year will be a fun one to see how she grows. She is so cute and happy and will melt your heart when she wants to...and the opposite too. :) Our life would not be the same without her. We love you Kaitlin!!

Kaitlin had a fun family birthday party. We had the grandparents and Aunt Andrea over. She got lots of fun books, lot of My little pony stuff and a fun little car-scooter thing. She picked out the cake she wanted so I attempted to make her a pony cake. It turned out pretty cute. It was a fun night.

Kaitlin had a friend party on her actual birthday. She had Brynn and Chloe and her sisters and Mykell. We opened presents and had brownies-I talked her out of another cake, since the last one got thrown away. We are not big cake eaters. We then went to classic and they played on the blow up slides and the pirates cove. It was a fun night.

Happy Birthday Jenny!

Terryn, Candice and I went down to Payson to surprise another Jenny for her birthday. We had been planning with her husband, Matt to show up at her house and take her out for the night and than sleep over at her house. It couldn't have worked out better. When we got down there, their garage happened to be opened, so we snuck in through that door and walked in. One of her kids spotted us and yelled. Jenny turned around confused and then saw us all. It was so fun to see her so surprised. We went to dinner and than a movie. When the movie was over, there w was a tramp-bungee thing in the mall that the guy working it said he would let one of us jump for free. So of course, we sent Jenny up ther. It was so much fun to watch her. It was a great night to spend with the sis-in-laws.

Kaitlin and "The Haircut"

On Valentine's Day, Ross and I were out watching a movie when Kaitlin peeked around the corner and we noticed she had some make up on. When we asked her whose it was she said, "mine". It was black, so of course we knew it wasn't. We asked her to come and show us, but she kept refusing. So, I got up to go and see what make up of mine she had used. As we got to the end of the hall, she turned to me and said, "I wanted my hair shorter so I cut it." She turned around and all I could do was scream. I could not believe what she had done. She had been in my bathroom and had been cutting her hair. She even got out the actual hair cutting scissors. Luckily, the front part of her hair was in a pony tail and she didn't cut that, so after we got it fixed, you can't tell. Although, there won't be any more pony tails for a while.

Here is the real damage.

Happy Birthday Dad!

Happy Birthday to my dad!! On his birthday, my girls and I and Andrea and my mom all went to my dad's office and surprised him on his 60th birthday!! It was really fun to go and do it. We had some help from some people in his office which was really helpful considering they had to hunt him down just so we could surprise him. It was a fun time and a great memory.

Andrea's mad art skills!

Here is our group-minus me-I am taking the picture.

We need to update!!

So it has obviously been a while. We have still been sick and are hoping to be all over that for a while. Ross just hurt his ankle today playing church ball...this is why I keep telling him he is not allowed to play. :) Alidee and Taigen have survived their first 100 days of school. They still are loving every minute of it. They are learning to read and having fun learning new things. Kaitlin is going to be 4 in a couple of weeks. Crazy!! She has learned how to write her name without any help. She just started to go to primary as a sunbeam.

Our ward did a breakfast the other day and we were lucky enough to see Santa there. My girls have a picture with Santa every year, so I am glad we were able to get one this year.

Temple Square with Wareham's

Salt Lake Temple

The day after Thanksgiving we went down to Temple Square to meet up with our friends the Wareham's. Ross was gone hunting that day, so me and the girls rode Frontrunner down to Salt Lake and met up with them. Ross eventually met up with us at dinner. It was fun to be there when all the lights came on. It is so beautiful to see temple. What a fun time!

Teak and Kaitlin-These two were the best of buds when we lived in Lewiston. You would never know that we haven't lived by them for over a year. These two were right back up to their tricks.
