This week I had been reading abou this book "The power of Purpose".

After I have readed the book, I asked myself do I have a purpose in my life?

The answer I have is No, Not yet, maybe I should start thinking about a purpose which I can work towards it.

There are 3 levels of thinking which were taught in this book:

1) Asking "How am I? How do I feel?"

2) Asking "How do others see me?"

3) Asking "How do others see themselves? What are most important goals?"

So where I stands in the question above?

There is a statement from the book which kind of motivates me.

It is "Days are Long, But Years are Short"

Have you ever thought that the Day we are going through is like never ending, and why the time pass so slowly.

But when we look back the past year, and ask yourself what have you done in the past one year.

To me, there is much I have done or achieve for the last year.

Due to the Atomic timing in the universe, it has accumulated a total of a few seconds discrepency as compare to out Universal timing.

Atomic Time is the actual most accurate timing on earth and as for Universal timing is time that we use and see.

So due to this discrepency, This year 2008 00:00 going to 2009 that last second will no longer be the last second. Whileas it will be the second last second. =)

Our Airport has been growing from 1 T to 2, 3 Ts & even having 1 Budget Terminal.I could say it is a great successful in the Airport industry.

But they are not satisfy with their current achievement, and they felt of going further.

So they having being planning of building more Terminals to serve their customers better.

But there are constraint in growing, if you are under a government company.

And so going Corporatization is the way which they can adopt in moving forward.

And they will have a New Co & New CAA, and I am here to wish them all the best and success in their Corporatization...

Yesterday, Amelia orangize an outing to meet out and talk about our current situation. This is the first gathering after our Graduation. We, Amelia, Sze Min, Connie, Juliana, Jason & me do enjoy. Even if it is just a few hours, since most of us have to work in the morning.

So we meet at 7pm @ City hall, New York New York. This is my first time eating in the restuarant.

And I order an Creamy Alfredo with Fried Fish and Oreo Chocolate Cookie Milk Shake & we have Calamari as our appertizer.

Well we have our meal first since there are some lates ones. And our dinner last for 4 Hours before we start to move our butt.

Our outing does not end here, we move on to Esplande to spent our time

After all these 3 years in RP, I finally get to graduate with a Distinction in Diploma. At least my hard work paid off.

Well there are people I will like to thanks for going with me for these times in my Poly life.

Yesterday I just went for an interview at CAAS @ Changi T2 for a position of Accountants Assistant (A/P, A/R).

The whole level 4 of the Changi T2 are own by CAAS, as for my interview venue is located at 046-070 which is in the Finance department.

Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is a rather Government Corporate, which does Airport management & development, Regulatory & Advisory Services, Airspace management. As for me I will be working under the Finance department handling A/P, A/R & Invoice Reconciliation.

Well I have to go through a face-to-face interview with the person-charge, then follow by a test on my accuracy.

And today morning, I received a call from my agent telling me that I am shortlisted for the job.

Well I believe just by the experience in working in CAAS, I will be able to brush up my Resume and experience.

Finally at last, I am able to gain an experience in what I always wanted to be in future.

Today is my last day of the FYP 2 work, and I have to perform up to my standard. Thus not pouring my past 16 weeks of effort to the drain.

Before the presentation starts, I am totally freak out and getting more and more nervous as the time draws nearer.

But during the presentation, I somehow able to present what I have on my mind. Which I feel that I did up to my expectation, and I have no regrets on what I have presented.

After our presentation, Sandra wanted to go for the Blood Donation. So we follow her to the venue to donate blood. When we reach there, I suddenly feel that I can donate my blood as well. So I make up my mind, and register for my first time Blood Donation.

Being the Newbie of the donator, there are some uncertainties which I am not familiar with. Thus I feel that after going through this, I will have the experience.

But most of all, it will be a good deed to have my blood being able to help/save someone who needed it.

Saving Money isn't it the same as Losing Weight?

To me I feel that both action does mean the same in same way or another.

Losing Weight doesn't it requires ones to Eat less and Exercise more!

Saving Money doesn't it requires ones to Spent less and Invest more!

So either way if you manage to put one of it into action, I belive you will be able to apply the same thing to the other.

".:NTU Experience:."

Today I went to NTU to experience how the school function. I believe it is ones dream to get into. From what I heard from the talk, I get to know that there is a 100% chance of getting a job once graduate from the school.

Isnt it cool!

But the thing is that too bad for Poly student, especially for RP students.

Just for example, I am interested in the Accountancy Course of the NTU.

But their intake per year is only 600 & 10% - 15% of the intake are given for the Poly students.

Due to RP business course structure there isn't an major in our diploma, therefore there isn't much chance for me to enter in the course. As other poly do provide Diploma in Accountancy.

But anyway I think it is still worthwhile trying my luck in administration, so at least there is a porbability that I might get into it.

This is my third time counting down in my life, it is a new experience to count down with different groups of friends.

As we met up at around 5pm, we basically still have plenty of time before 12am. So we intend to walk & shop around the Town area.

We have our Lunch at a vintage shop house, and I order Deep-fried ToFu (which I later get to know that the price will increase on the 1/1/2008).

So lucky me I still get to enjoy it at $3.

Then we move on to Bugis, as someone has to go to arcade...

Topman is having an end of season sale, which Elaine & I would like to check it out. Elaine saw a piece of jacket, which I find it reasonable with the offer. And so we both brought the same piece.

Then we went to have our desert (Woo) @ Ice Monster.

In the end we didn't really enjoy the Fireworks, as there are groups of people screaming at their pitch of their voice. Which is directly right beside my ears, well it is not very pleasing to listen to it.

During these few days I have gone through a tough decision. Whether to buy Viewty or not to buy. In my head there is an Angel and Devil, one side telling to buy as I will like to have one Technology which not much people have it now. But there is another devil telling not to spent the money on such a thing which will depreciate so fast.

This is because Viewty as a phone, it will depreciate in a short time. This is the normal trend for a phone life.

But as for a Apple product, I can see that its value can last longer.

Today in Republic Poly, held a variety show "Yummy" by Desmond Koh and "Cutie Pie" Felicia Chin. Remember to watch, as it is air on Tuesday from 8.00pm to 9.00pm.

Even though today I am having Business Finance module (Which is always busy, until there isn't times for break), but I manage to fork out 1/2 an hour and went down to Food Heaven to see her. Cause my friend, Jee Yon encourage me to go down, as he know that Felicia is one of my favourite. xHahax.

Really thankful to him, that he keeps encourage me to go down.

I manage to get to take a photo with her.

All I can say is that she has a very small cute pinkish face, and she looks very healthy as compare with other artisit (either too Skinny or Fat).

Today is a TireD day which I eventually slept in class before lesson. Sadly today is BPMN, which is to deal with Business Process model... (Dry Module).

But there are expectational process, which is that students from our class decided to go out for lunch.

".:JB Here We Go!:."

Yesteday, Say Koon, Yan Shan, Elain & I decided to go to JB. The objective of this trip is to go for an Eatery tour.

There are plenty Ups & Downs, Yeses & Nos. As Say koon is the key matter in this trip, as he may and may not be able to go. He only able to confirm with us on going at around 11am+, he suddenly sms us saying that he will be able to go to JB. But since we have the cancel the trip earlier, so Elain didnt took her Passport out to her driving lesson. So she have to rush back home to take before meeting us. This cause to delay the trip meeting from 12pm to 2.30pm. But in the end we manage to meet each other at 3pm+.

After we met, we directly went into JB.

We first started shopping in the City Square, since our objective is to eat, we didnt really buy. So we directly went to the neighbour Pizza hut. Elain says that their Pizza is selling the same price as in Singapore, but due to the currency exchange it only 1/2 the price of it.

So we manage to have our meal of 4 for Rm$48.79, which is only around $6 per person.

Then we go for buying the local Tibits and went home.
