Salem Pond & Setting up the Christmas Tree

The day after Thanksgiving, Salem pond has Santa come in and he turns the lights on for the pond. It's really simple and short but we absolutely love it. They turn on the lights and you can walk around and they have free hot chocolate and donuts for everyone, which is a huge hit for my kids. We also had a chance to talk to Santa and let him know what we want for Christmas. We took Wayne's family this year and they enjoyed it. It's perfect right after Thanksgiving because it gets you in the mood for Christmas.

We had a great time setting up the tree! Tanna and Koda were huge helpers and manage to spread everything out pretty well. We had hot chocolate after and watched a Christmas movie, its beginning to look a lot like Christmas in our home. The kids are so excited and counting down the days.

26 Weeks

Well i told myself I wasn't going to post pictures of my tummy, but then I decided its all a part of the pregnancy and I want to have pictures to show the kids when they get older. This is me at 26 weeks! I am feeling big but not nearly as big when I was pregnant with the twins. I am feeling great and slowly getting ready for this little guy to come.

Thanksgiving

This year we spent Thanksgiving at my mom's house. We had a fabulous meal with tons to eat. After we ate dinner we shot clay pigeons and the kids made crafts. Koda decided this year he was going to shoot with dad and he loved it. The gun was a little too big but that's okay. Tanna watched and cheered dad on in the elimination competition. It was a great day!

My little carpenter

Wayne decided that he wanted to finish our fireplace and did an amazing job. He sealed and grouted the slate and re-sealed it again. Then he stained and installed the mantle. It looks amazing and the basement finally looks finished.
