Having a new baby at Christmas time this year really made me think more about Mary and the sacrifices she made to bring the savior into this world. I could not imagine having to give birth in those conditions and knowing that you must share the beautiful child that you have cared for and loved so much with the whole world. At church on Sunday one of the speakers shared the lyrics to this song and I just loved it so much that I thought I would post them for others to read... Merry Christmas.
Mary's Lullaby:
All mine in your loveliness baby, all mine.
All mine in your holiness baby divine.
Sing on herald angels in chorus sublime;
Sing on and adore, for tonight you are mine.
The wise men are coming to worship their King,
The shepherds are kneeling their homage to bring.
Out yonder the star over Judah will keep.
No harm will befall thee, then sleep baby sleep.
O let me enfold thee, my baby tonight,
While legions are singing in joyous delight.
A new star has risen to hail thee divine,
For you are a king, but tonight you are mine.
Away spectered future of sorrow and plight,
Away to the years that must follow tonight.
The pangs of Gethsemane, let them be dim,
The red drops on Calvary, not Lord, for Him!
O let me enfold thee, my baby tonight,
While legions are singing in joyous delight.
A new star has risen to hail thee divine,
For you are a king, but tonight you are mine.
Sing on herald angels in chorus sublime;
Sing on and adore, for tonight you are mine.

Also I need to give a shout out to the 2 best sisters a girl could ask for. Thank you so much to Nicole & Cheryl for all of the time, money and effort you put in to do these showers for me. I wish that I had better words to tell you how much I appreciate and love you two. Thank you again for all that you do for me on a daily basis I don't know what I would do without you guys.

Nothing to blog
Well it has been over 2 weeks since my last blog post and my reason for this is simple, I have nothing to say. My Camera is broken so I don't have any new pictures to post. So before I start getting comments on how I really need to update I will write a quick pregnancy update for anyone who is interested.
I am almost 30 weeks and I am starting to get a little more nervous. Nervous about getting the nursery done, nervous about the delivery, and most of all nervous about becoming a mom and forever being responsible for another human being.
So far I have had an awesome pregnancy. I have not thrown up once this entire pregnancy (although there was a period where I would get nauseous if I did not eat regularly). I have had very little to no swelling in my feet and ankles which I hear is a very common thing to have during a summer pregnancy. I have not had a single complication I often even forget that I am pregnant until the little babe kicks me in the bladder. In fact my doctor appointments are really short because of how healthy both the baby and I are. I know that I am really lucky.
Now that you all know that I am aware how easy I have had it I want to complain mostly because this is my blog and I can. So I don't want anyone to leave me comments about how much worse I could have it, I don't care I am still going to complain. So anyone who knows me knows how much I value my sleep and the past month or so I have been having an increasingly harder time falling asleep and it is really starting to kick my butt I feel tired all the time which makes it hard to get things done after working for 9 hours. The next thing that has been a pain literally is my back and I have heard my share of pregnant ladies whine about back aches but seriously my back is killing me. The other thing is most recently I have noticed that I am beginning to get pregnancy brain, especially at work I will completely lose my train of thought or forget what I am doing it is getting very frustrating. The last thing I am going to complain about is how not happy I am about the weight gain, now don't get me wrong I am completely fine with the weight in my belly, my hips and even my butt what I am not ok with is the weight in my face. I am having a real problem with the second chin that I have recently acquired. I really hope that the face fat is the first thing to go after this pregnancy. Honestly does anyone have any really great face exercises or tips on how to hide or camouflage the extra addition to my neck?

Memories
I stole this from Cheryl's blog (thanks Cher for giving me something to blog about) so please play along if you want I totally want to hear what memories people have of me.
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Crazy Kaia
I just have to say that I have one crazy dog. She loves to sleep in our laundry while we are at work. I know this because I often find Kaia shaped holes in my baskets of clean laundry when I get home. So a couple of days ago Brent & I came home from work to find Kaia in the laundry again only this time when she jumped out of the basket some of the laundry came with her. Apparently when she tried to get out she didn't choose the best exit route.

This is my fat dog stuck in the sleeve of one of Brent's shirts.

Baby Vika
This past weekend I had the priveledge of watching my baby niece Viktoria while her parents went away for the weekend. I had so much fun playing dress up with my real live baby doll that it made me more anxious to have my own baby doll. I am just hoping and praying that my daughter will be as happy and easy as this little angel. Here are some really cute pics I snapped while she was at my house.

It's A Girl!
Well we had our ultrasound last Friday and I am so excited to say that Brent & I are expecting a daughter!!! After the initial shock of finding out it was a girl (we all thought it would be a boy) I could not help myself from shopping for little girl clothes. Now comes the hard part, finding a name we both agree on.

Whip Cream Anyone?
The Willmore brothers decided that they wanted to give Kevin a proper home coming so on this particular Monday evening there was a whip cream battle, Kevin vs. Brent, Kyle & Scott. It was very entertaining especially when Kyle emptied his entire can of cream into Kevin's pants!

I think it is cool to be original but seriously people your children are going to hate you.

Food Cravings
Ok so since I got pregnant I have had to change some of my eating habits. Instead of having 2.5 to 3 meals a day I have to eat something every couple of hours to keep from getting nauseous. Also instead of eating what is convenient I have very specific food cravings, now mind you these are not weird cravings like pickles and ice cream just very specific things. The first thing I noticed as a craving was Los Hermanos nachos and although my husband is not a huge fan of Los Hermanos he took me anyway. Then it was Girl Scout Cookies (I was very fortunate that I had this craving while the girl scouts were selling their cookies), followed by soft serve ice cream, then it was string cheese and Sun chips. And my most recent craving has been either cinnamon bears or very buttery, salty popcorn.
Now I don't think that any of these cravings are too weird, but I do realize that I am still in the very beginning stages of my pregnancy so I am sure the cravings will get more intense, more frequent and possibly weirder. I can't wait.
If you have been pregnant, what were your pregnancy cravings?
And if you haven't been pregnant do you have anything that you crave on a regular basis?

Family Night
As some of you may know the Willmore clan has family night every Monday. Most Mondays we just get together and have dinner at Mom & Dad Willmore's, but a few weeks ago it was Ron's birthday and we decided we needed to do something a little more special. So we went to Tepanyaki! It was so much fun that I wanted to share some of the pics that were taken that night. Most of these are courtesy of our family photographer Annette. (Thanks again Nettie)
