Mimi's Visit

Mom came to visit last week and always plays so much with the kids. They adore her.

I'm not sure what was so funny.

Weston tries to climb every single tree he sees.

I can't help but put this one up. I just love those cheeks. haha.

Tay at 8 Months

We have had so much fun lately taking pictures with this smiley little thing. She is such a happy baby. She started crawling, she is getting two of her bottom teeth and is pulling up on everything so it's been a big week or two lately.

I found her like this several weeks ago. Do you think it's time to move the crib down? Seriously, nothing like procrastinating in the mom department. Josh lowered it that very day. As a side note, yes I went to get my camera first and told her not to fall out before I got a picture.

This blanket was mine as a baby so we were just playing around. I love those blue eyes. And obviously the hat since I have her in it all the time. I love the cold weather just so she can wear her hat :)

Birthday Boy

This year we celebrated Weston's birthday in Adairville with four other cousins who all had birthdays in August (or a major half birthday to celebrate)!

How beautiful are these girls??

Who teaches little boys to scrape their fingernails in the dirt scooping up handfulls and drop it from above their head?? I do not get it but there will be dirt under his nails for weeks until I can get it all out. He had so much fun.

Daddy and the birthday boy.

Me and Taylor - her shirt says "I feel happy" which is so appropriate for her.

Weston is a little monkey so I made him monkey cupcakes on a monkey cupcake tower.

Taylor and her girlfriends

We got together with some friends while Josh was playing golf the other day and got our baby girls together.

And we're falling over...

What good sports they all were lined up like baby dolls. So cute.

Happy girl. She is the happiest baby. Never stops smiling.

O.k. she'll kill me one day for this but I think it is so hilarious that she poops on the potty. My motivation was to get Weston to do it because I knew he couldn't be showed up by his 5 month old sister. It worked! She has done it 5 or 6 times now. ha.

Baseball is our life...

We are loving our helmet and bat we've borrowed from the Highs.

Ready to bust it. he can hit the ball the length of our front yard. We'll have to move to the backyard soon.

Ready to go.

For some reason he thinks he absolutely has to tap the bat first. Dont' know where he learned this but it is very important.

Happy 4th

Weston wasn't so sure about the fireworks. They were a bit loud.

But he looooved the sparklers.

Aunt Frankie came to the party in Adairville.

Cheese.
