Today Caleb Came Home

First time to hold baby brother! Samantha was so excited tonight!
Samantha held him very well, and listened to our instruction. She talked to him and rubbed his arm.

Samantha was now giving us instructions about Caleb's care. "We don't touch his eyes."

Today after a very long week in the NICU, Caleb came home. It was an exhausting and busy day but now the 4 of us are home. Samantha was so excited I thought we would never get her to bed. She helped with feeding him (a little bottle), she read us books while I nursed him, and she ran around the house with a force of a tornado. I know we will have little bumps along the way, but he is home. Praise the Lord!

Celebrating Caleb

We are so humbled and blessed by our life group. They set up a table at our house with the cutest decorations and friends came by and dropped off diapers, wipes, and outfits for Caleb. We were truly blessed by all these friends.

Caleb Alan Hart born November 1, 2012 at 1:28pm weighing in at 8.2 pounds.

Finally got to hold him and take pictures. He is a mini Will if you ever saw one.

He has his Daddy's ears!! hehe.

He was finally awake and I finally had my camera with me.

He is the sweetest boy you have ever seen and I am totally in love with him!

Flowers from Anadarko.

You have no idea how excited Samantha was to get me this cake. She is the happiest and most excited big sister you have ever seen.

I think after you give birth you should look like a super model and instead of looking like you got ran over by one. Just saying.
Look how big Samantha looks!!

October Fun!

Samantha decorated her mini pumpkin with markers.

Samantha and Daddy doing a Halloween gingerbread house.

Our favorite October tradition is carving pumpkins with Daddy and Mom bakes the pumpkin seeds.
She looks so grown up in this picture :(

Fall festival at Parent's Day Out (school). Samantha decorating a cookie.

She is not sure about what just happened to her face.

Finishing her cookie she made at the festival.

Super Samantha before trick or treating

Fiddlestick Farms

Today was one of the first days that it has really felt like fall. It was cloudy and chilly this morning. Today was the opening day of Fiddlestick Farms, so we went to check it out. This is now a new family favorite place to go in the fall. We will probably be going back. They had cows, calves, chicks, chickens, pigs, goats, and pig races. They showed us how they milk a cow today, which I think well lead to some questions later by Miss Samantha, haha. They had a huge slide that Samantha loved, and a huge trampoline. What else? A corn maze, pumpkin and corn shoot, there was a lot. It was a little chilly when we first got there but my little Wyoming baby really doesn't feel the cold. And hot chocolate always makes both Will and Samantha happy. Here are some highlight pictures.
