Yay Whitney!!!!

So Whitney just found out that she made NCA Staff. I am so excited and so proud of her. I have to admit I am just a little jealous haha. She will be such a fantastic instructor. I can't wait to go and see her at camps!!!!!

Dinner tonight

So I've really been slacking in the dinner department. I have been in a funk to say the least. So while I was sick with the flu this week and was watching Julie and Julia and decided I would make something I've never tried and blog about it. No worries this is probably a one time thing but i will try to share so great recipes. Tonight was chicken with mushrooms over rice. I breaded the chicken using flour then egg then bread crumbs. Then partial fry the chicken olive oil to crisp it up. Then I sliced up 1 onion and 2 pigs of mushrooms and sautéd them. Put chicken in baking dish. Take 1 can cream of chicken/mushroom soup and add about 1 cup of milk and 2 tsp. of chicken boulion. Mix mushroom and onions in with the soup mixture. Spread over the chicken. Put in 350 oven covered for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is done. Top with mozzarella cheese and put back in uncovered until cheese is bubbly. Serve over rice or noodles:). It was really good and easy. Not super healthy but it was worth it haha. So if you guys have any recipes please share with me! Oh yeah and here is the pick of the final thing. (if you want more sauce just add more soup and milk).

EBBY!! Our new dog

This is Ebby our new dog. She is 3 years old and so fun and smart. It's so nice to have some company while Chris is busy at work and school. Oh yeah and she is spoiled rotten;)
