Sushi Tei
I'm on MC today and I'm just soso bored at home. Running out of things to entertain myself with. So here's a foodie entry! This outlet's the one at Raffles City, and I love the place! So preeeettty :) Though I thought that the cosy booths resembled bird cages. Haha. Thought that the decor was quite similar to the one at Sun with Moon Dining too. Anyway, here's not everything we ate, the others were all gone before I remembered to take a photo of it. Oops. And I cant emphasize how much I loveeeeee sukiyaki! Sweetest soup ever *yums*

Stream of incoherent thoughts....
- I had the worst time of my life last week in Tuas. It was the longest 3 days ever.
- Hmm funny how far away it seems now.
- I guess that's cos I forget unhappiness easily.
- But I am still upset that I missed the girls night out kk.
- In all aspects, I really dunnoe what I'm doing now... Sighs.
- Btw, the new year hols was great..
- The next extended weekend would be CNY. Yet another excuse to buy clothes! :)
- I'm appreciating public hols a whole lot more ever since I started working.
- Speaking of work, yesterday I realised that I enjoy working alone?
- But then again, I'm always kinda hyper and happy when I'm at that particular client's place. Heehee.
- Went for my first engagement dinner this week at jumbo east coast. Haha Pam and I wanted to take photos but felt it was like damn off. Hehee.
- CRAZY me... cos I think we have to work doubly hard for the next 2 weeks.
- Monday signals the start of peak. Jiayous everyone!
- Positivity! *grins*
- 4months would be over in a breeze...after which I shall reward myself duly with.....
....one of the above! I hope it wun just be one? But considering that I wanna go Taiwan, Redang and Bangkok, one seems realistic. Lols. Heh still looking around to add on to my materialistic wants. Heehees. Okies off to a jog now! :)

The festives
Here's a terribly outdated post on christmas and the new year...... in bits and pieces.
Christmas party at hw's place. We all look so happy with our presents ya! Had loads of fun that night.
Heh us posing with the silly handsign from the game that we had so much fun playing. Is it obvious that we're all trying to wear red and green? Heehee.
Celebrated daddy's birthday at Minoru. Thanks to pw and ivan for the recommendation! Was damn full after the meal. We over-ordered as usual!
Christmas lunch with the girls, this time including paul and leonard. The food at ichiban boshi was great! I had Jap food like 3 days in a row. Faints. Gotta try the cheesy curry chicken there, it's quite good! Christmas dinner was at Auntie Ivy's house this year. Good food, singing and wine :)
Btw, christmas trees are getting prettier. This one's at Bugis and it's worth a freaking $1.5m!
At Mandai Orchid Garden on NYE... food was pretty and tasted great too! Think the restaurant's called Vanilia Pod.. Only 3 tables were occupied on a NYE night. But considering how ulu the place is, it's no wonder lah. Love the place :)
At the Esplandade... the balls in the water looked so amusing. Hehee. Too bad we din managed to catch the fireworks. View was blocked by everything else. We could hear them though. Haha.
Met up with pw and mich for lunch on NYD. Yays there's Canele in town now! Hidden away in the Esprit Cafe @ Centrepoint. Craving for the meringue thingy now... Mmm.... Shucks I just realised my post is all about food. I'm disgusted with myself. Urghs.

What a lousy day
After taking so much TOIL for the past 2 weeks, whereby I effectively only worked 5 days, today was a terrible day at work! Things just din seem to turn out right. I must have appeared to be super inefficient when I really wasnt! Sighs, just not my day. The impending stress that I faced from across the table + coffee withdrawal symptons + insufficient sleep + notice of stocktake alone in Tuas next saturday + no time for a haircut today just made me more miserable.
On a happier note, had fun during my TOIL! Especially so with the JB trip, loads of shopping, suppers, aimless walks, movies (3 last week!), endless girl talks on phone, slacking at home, oversleeping etcetcetc. Btw you've got to try the butter crayfish in JB man.... it's so yummmy! *drools* Heart the half-priced Secret Recipe cakes too! But really, other than the food, there's really nothing much to buy. So although it was on daddy's a/c, I couldnt really bring myself to buy anything. Hee.
Wow thinking about happy things actually makes me feel better. Haha, now I'm sure that things will get better tml. Positivity! :)
