Rounding...

I went to Klang town looking for a shop with my mom. Drove around but couldn't find it. Parked the car and went walking round the shops. Made one big round then only realised we have parked in front of the shop we were looking for.

boo hoo hoo

I found out yesterday night that my Form 1 BM teacher, Puan Maziah Mat Sam had passed away due to illness. May her soul rest in peace.

**

I think I might have just missed my one and only lifetime chance of watching Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. And why is that so? BECAUSE I AM SICK!!! *cis bedebah #$%^%^…gasp…cough cough….ahem ahem*

There is no other better time than during the holidays to get sick. While everyone else goes out and enjoy their lives, you will be stuck at home recuperating from flu or some sort of sickness. It gets worst now as the bird flu is spreading, though no cases of bird flu have been reported in Malaysia yet (I think).

Anyway, I will be going to Singapore!!! So missing this movie wouldn’t be so bad cause I have something else to look forward to next week! *muahahahaha* While you people are stuck in Malaysia, I will be in Singapore, window shopping *bwahahahaha* Sigh, since the exchange rate is getting higher and higher, my hopes of going there for shopping spree is, errr…how to say this, shattered?

There is some sort of a growth on the left side of my nose, so it is best if I stay at home this few days, or maybe weeks. I don’t want to scare anyone now, do I?

hmmm...I tried to post some pictures, but it seems that this whole system doesn't like me. Everytime I tried posting one up, it will say 'error'. So I guess I'll have to try another day, or you can just go to Carmen here.

Well, that's it for today. Now I will go continue coughing my brains out. I hope I will be well by next week, I don't want those officers stopping me from entering Singapore for possibilities of having bird flu.

**

Errr....anybody want to go for a second round of Harry Potter with me after I'm back from holidays? *hehe*

Keys

Remember I went to watch a movie with my cousin, aunt and maid last Thursday? When we sent the maid back to my grandfather’s house (there is where she stays), she passed me a bunch of keys and I was supposed to hand it to my aunt. Then, this evening my aunt called me and asked me where did I put the keys. Only then did I realize that I sort of ‘lost’ them.

Great.

I spend the next 30 minutes hunting high and low through out my house searching for the particular set of keys. Keys nowhere in sight. I then asked my aunt to search her car. Nope, it wasn’t there either. Where are those keys???

*sigh*

I still couldn’t find them now.

This morning I had a very pain menstrual cramp. It was so pain I felt like fainting. I swallowed a Panadol. 10 minutes later, still damn pain, so I took another one. Then only the pain began to subside. And all this happened on my last day of exam!!!! swei or not?

Blah

Yuen, Ling Ying, Weng Wai and I was sitting in the library studying for our ‘Structures’ test this coming Wednesday. We were seated at one of those long tables at the lower floor of the library. Four of us occupied one end of the table. Not long after that, a couple decided to sit at the other end of our table (actually they were quite near to us, about one seat away). The four of us were discussing some problems, and the couple were talking to each other in some language which I thought was Korean, but later LingYing said they were Chinese, speaking mandarin, cause she could understand what they were talking.

Out of a sudden, the guy laughed by himself. Then about 5 seconds later he turned around to us and said, ‘Excuse me, can you please be quiet, if you want to talk, please go to the discussion room upstairs’.

Thinking about it later, I felt so pissed off. It’s not that we were talking so loudly or what. Other people were also talking there and then. In fact, there are others who talked even louder than us. That fella wasn’t also very quiet himself.

Well, all that happened in the morning.

Later in the afternoon, still in the library, some idiot on his/her source of music so loudly that I could even hear it with my earphones stuck into my ears listening to my own songs. I just wished that fella were there and then at that time. I wonder what he would do.

First anniversary

Aiya… I missed my own blog’s anniversary. I totally forgot about it if it wasn't for Carmen. Wow, it’s been one year since I started blogging. Have my writing improved? Have my Engerand improved? Have my vocabulary increased?

P.I.A.S.I.

I need a lot of momentum to start blogging again after stopping for a few days.

Want to know what’s P.I.A.S.I.? Read on people.

I went to Usha’s house for Deepavali belated celebration on Thursday. The only other person I know there is Yuen, the rest are all her friends from her college. One looks like one guy in my course and another sounds like F.T. Lee *hahaha* Anyway, a party at a friend’s house won’t be completed until we had a round of Uno.

In the night, I went to watch ‘Corpse Bride’ with my cousin and aunt. Since it was ‘Hari Raya’, we brought the maid along. Imagine the maid watching that show…

Then yesterday I went to one boutique with my mom, and I bought 2 skirts, ‘umbrella style’ *haha* So I'm feeling very happy at the moment!

Yes, I have one more paper to go and then…MERDEKA!!! After that, I have almost 4 months of holidays!! I planned to work. Erin wants to find a job in Jusco, so I think I’m going tag along. Waste time some more can earn some money, why not? I know you people would say that I can go teach piano or organ, but I have only Grade 8 in my piano and I need to go for a teacher’s training program before anyone can hire me to teach organ *sigh*

Since this whole week is a ‘festive’ week (3 out of 5 days of the week are public holidays), my father’s office was closed for the whole week!! That means he’s at home for the whole entire week!!! *gasp* and he is driving me nuts!!!! Everything I do is criticized. Worst of all, topic of the house for the pass 4 days or so is *ta da* the little volcanoes on my face a.k.a. pimple. My mother isn’t doing any good either. The whole week it was like,

*Why your face like that one*

*How come only one side only*

*What you use*

*Always touching your face with your dirty hands*

Like I can control what I want my face to look like *bleh*

Hence the term P.I.A.S.I. came about. Form by all my very highly intellectual friends. P.I.A.S.I. stands for ‘Pimple Is A Sensitive Issue’. Therefore it is not discussed openly in public, especially when I’m around.

I once told my friend that I’m fighting a losing battle against all this little volcanoes on my face, then she said ‘Don’t worry la, will go away one la’, and my replied was ‘Yea, when I’m 45’. Enough said.

Chicken, pork, fish, shark's fin, prawn, abalones and a hint of crab

I went to a typical Chinese wedding dinner on Sunday night. The bride for the night is only 20 years old. Hmm… imagine me married next year… *faints* After the dinner, I have a tummy upset. Infact, I always get an upset tummy after an 8 course dinner. It must be the 5 or more different kind of meats in a go...

Anyway, here are some tips for those bride and groom to be who are going to have a Chinese wedding dinner, and those guests.

  1. To all bride-to-be, you might want to train your husband-to-be in karaoke sessions, because he might be asked to sing in front of the whole entire guests present.
  2. To those girls who brought their boyfriends along, make sure that they are limited to one glass of beer/brandy/red wine. You don’t want to be the center of attention when he goes drunk and creates a havoc, especially when relatives from far and near are present.
  3. To the manager of the restaurant, tell your waiters and waitresses that each guest is allowed only one glass of beer/brandy/red wine.
  4. And of course, guests, please be punctual (though this would never ever happen)

Remember I said earlier that I have to score 100% in my ‘Structures’ final paper in order to get a HD? Well, I’ve decided that it’s possible after all, so I’m working at it now ^^
