This week in review

We thought about kayaking today...we even loaded the boats in the truck, but it rained. After the brief thunderstorm, we were to lazy. Hey, at least they got the dust off of them.
Fishy really likes the crazy looks she gives to me when I have the camera.
Steve can give crazy looks too.

This is her serious look.

I continued with "Doggie Playtime" at 8 o'clock sharp this week.

Tut attempting to flee from Fishy and Savannah. He says they are just too hyper.
Fishy really likes the computer. She is always interested to see the blog.

Steinahatchee, Fl

We took a really short weekend fishing and scalloping trip this past weekend. Steve and Alan went down on Thursday night and Lacey and I drove down after work on Friday. There were some boat problems on Friday (they had to be towed in by the tow boat), but Steve had it all up and running by Saturday.

Fishy stayed with her grandfather, and had a campout with her doggie dad, Rush in the kennel. Steve's mom took care of Tut, Savannah and Crates. Daisy, Lacey's dog stayed with our parents. She even got to sleep in the bed with dad...

A great time was had by all, but we were ready to get back to work in order to get some rest!

Wow!

Wow, It is really hard to believe that just ten years ago this month, I was beginning college. I saw a sign that read something to the effect of College 07 sale, and I was like not long ago did that say '97. Time really flies when you are busy and enjoying each day of life.

School is going really well this year. I have a new schedule that allows me to see each class an additional 90 minutes a week, which is really cool. The hard part is my loss of much planning time. What I have now is approx. 2 thirty min. segments. I am really working hard to use my time wisely and recruit volunteers. Please let me know if you know anyone that can help out in the room.

All the children are going great. I think they miss spending all day with their mommy. They like it better when I am the stay at home mom. I think they like that better than their stay at home dad that they have during the school year - but don't tell Steve!
