Tied the knot on 10/10/08! We just graduated from BYU-Idaho! Whit in Pre-Law and Kristi Accounting! We love being outdoors riding our motorcycles, doing crazy stuff with our family and friends, and most importantly we love our Happy, Crazy, Beautiful Life we've created!

Monday workout

Sorry I haven't posted in forever! I've been working on a crib set for baby Stephy Pearl! Pics to come! I did a great workout though! 2 miles and over 300 Cal burned!!

Tuesday workout

Today I was super busy so I did my workout at 730 pm instead of am and let me tell you I have way more energy in the am! Did about the same as Friday which is ok I'm still doing good I think! Go team half marathon!

Monday workout

Today I didn't run, but I did climb this mile long driveway that the car couldn't go up plus never ending stairs to purchase a crib up in park city! So I guess that was a good butt workout! Haha tomorrow run for sure!

Friday workout

Today's workout was soooo good! I went 1.9 miles and got up to 6.5 speed! RECORD HIGH for me EVER! Half marathon here I come!!!

Thurs workout

For Christmas I got a treadmill and I love it! I decided to continue my weightloss on my blog to share! I 3 pounds the week of Christmas then new years week I only ran one day so I gained 5 pounds! :( This week I've been working out everyday except wed I took a mini break! Haha but for those that don't know I have asthma and when I run I usually can't run too long because I start having an attack...I'm trying to get over that and so im running everyday! This year I want to run a half marathon! Help me get there! Today I ran for 5 min on speed 4.0 then walked for 2 min on speed 3.0 and 3.5 on a 10 incline. I then ran 3 min on 4.0 speed then walked for 4 min on 10 and 8 incline then ran 2 min on 4.0 speed and walked the rest. My total workout was 30 minutes with 1.7 mile distance and 288 calories burned. Pretty good for not working out for over a year! I'll get there I have to may or June to be at my half Marathon goal! Thanks for hearing my workout!

After baby resolution

So I gained quite a bit with this cute chunker! So I'm going to blog about my fitness extravaganza to lose all my weight! Yes it is only day one but I look horrific! Today I weigh 197....Holy crap that is discusting! I feel awful....I'm super depressed and I look awful too! No motivation to workout...but how else am I going to look like Elana from vampire diaries? Ok so today I started the asylum workout videos.  I did 45 min of craziness! Today was the back to core video...I feel like I'm gonna throw up....but I finished the video and my legs and back hurt! (Good right?) Ok so I'm going to work out everyday and this blog will help me stay motivated! Thanks all for reading my depressing start! Hopefully it will get better! Any motivational thoughts are much appreciated!

Hawaiian Adventure

3 and a 1/2 years ago we went on a honeymoon adventure to Hawaii! Well, upon graduating, Whit's buddy offered him a job for 3 months in....HAWAII! Yup this is for reals! Whit left 2 days after we graduated, and I will be joining him in a week and a half! The reason for the delay is pricing in tickets and the men needed to get out there quick to start! We are SO excited to LIVE in the great HAWAII! And are kind of hoping we stay..JUST KIDDING! We'd miss all ya'll! But, we are so excited to go back and re-live some of our fun adventures we had on our honeymoon! Even though I'm pregnant we are still going to have a BLAST and do so many fun things! Hawaii HERE WE COME!!!!!!!
