The last day of 2008

haha today is the last day of the year, so i feel that i should post something. i have been asking ppl who are online in the wee hours of morning 'today is the last day of 2008. how do you feel?' and i got two responses of 'okok'. and one 'i hope next year will be better. new year is a new beginning'. anyway, i feel really good today, not as emo as yesterday ( thank you huiqun for helping me! you're the best shitzo buddy ever! and also thanks sam for coming up with various reasons why i shouldnt be emo! you're the best algae in shitland! ) anyway, today i feel that i should accomplish something, so im going to do my commonwealth essay!! (thank you jordan for the ideas!) what a good girl i am.

anyway, since this year is ending, i feel like thanking ppl for making this year so good for me. i'll start with the TI ppl!!:

29th gathering! + ccao

yesterday's gathering was so great! me and lin wen and ryan and shiwei and huiqun met up in the morning to get presents from ntuc. and we took a really long time there (most of the time spent stoning/eating/talking crap), so we went to tzy's house late. and then we played at the pool for the rest of the morning, and then we went for lunch. after lunch, the GMs (game masters) were still preparing the games (treasure hunt), so we did random things on the field and whacko at the void deck. then its treasure hunt! tzy gave a not really brief briefing, and then we set off! my group is the brown group, jordan's our gm, and the group members are zann, ben, jiayun, linwen and me! then we went off. we had some trouble here and there, and we got lots of half clues from jordan. then there was one place at the water fountain where alot of groups got stuck. and then jiayun found the clue in the water under the rocks, and the other groups were there, but they didnt see, so we took our clue and ran off to the next station. and after that we found two more clues, and came back, and the other groups are still at the water fountain xD then we had to climb some mountain at the playground, and we found the clue, which was a pair of goggles, and we were to go swimming... the last clue is hidden in the pool. so ben volunteered to go, and then so we got ready. and we took a really long time before ben finally found the clue, which was a minute piece of paper -.- so small how to see! it was quite lame, but still, we're first!! yay!!! =D and then we got to suan the other groups. then vera had to do it for their group, so she begged me and zann to swim with her. so we changed and went swimming~ but then vera's toe keep cramping, so marcus had to help their group. then when everyone was done, some people went to change and go start the barbeque. me and zann and terry continued playing in the pool. then we got super hungry, and jiayun came, so we koped her beehoon. huiqun came too so we also koped her rice xD then me and zann went to bathe and change. and vera came to the toilet too. then afterwards we went to eat! after that was an hour of laming around, eating the food, stuffing ice cubes down people's shirts, and then roasting marshmallows! i only got to roast two before my dad came and i had to go ):

today was ccao!! i went to school at 7am, and did random things at the gym booth. i also went around the school with jiayun looking for ppl we know and attacking them. except that when we went to find mala, we got attacked by her. then we went to the guides booth and found grace. and she roasted marshmallows for us!! yay!!! thank you so much, grace! then we saw zann on the swing. so we went to attack her. she tells us that she brought her psp!! but we couldnt play in the school. sigh. then we wanted to talk, but she has to go talk at her booth. so me and jiayun went back to the hall.

yeah thats all. holidays are ending in two days, stuff are getting boring, school is starting, and my free time is all gone. and i realised that TI feels like another life, and i just came back into reality.

Theory of the origin of mucus and earwax

Yesterday i was talking to sam again on msn, and it was really crap, and we came up with the theory that feathers were the origin of mucus and earwax. it was really a wonder how we came up with that.

i was talking about my brain working slower and slower, and the tiny workers in my brain who are digging for info works slower and slower. and sam said that the workers probably die and dont get replaced, so as we get older and older we have lesser and lesser workers. so its time we upgrade to bulldozers. (then i was saying what if the bulls doze off, and it wont work, and sam said no bulls, only got cows and calves...) back to the upgrading. i said buy brain upgrading software. then sam say its all the vitamins a-z and cod liver oil. and i said vitamin wonka, and he said yeah that and cod liver oil, mix mix mix, you get the ultimate vitamin. and then sam said that the vitamin will make your brain work so fast that one day it'll go boom. then he said something about china made vitamins, and pillow snack, and it contains melamine. and so the vitamins in the ultimate vitamin are from pillow snack and its china made, so its scam, and it gives all the cows got mad cow disease and then sam said the santa's calves dont work, so thats why he is lame... and then i said ya since the brain is upgraded to use bulldozers, the workers dont need to work, so they have a pillow fight, until your brain goes boom, and teeny weeny feathers will float out of your ears and nose and mouth, and then sam said maybe thats where mucus came from, and earwax too.

and that is the theory of feathers are the origin of mucus and earwax.

Lame Santa 2008

theres no more training since its christmas! and yesterday was christmas! and as usual, i was lame. i went on msn, and i said 'have a HOHOHOly christmas!' to everyone whom i talked to, and 'L (HO) L', my next joke will be 'you know why its 'silent night'? 'cos the ppl were singing 'silent night....' and santa said 'HOHOHOly night...' and the joke was so cold (cos its winter) and no one laughed, so its a silent night.

basketball gathering

On thursday, joseph organised a basketball gathering for taiwan immersion ppl. it was so fun and awesome, and as usual, full of lame jokes.

i got to bishan half an hour early, and jordan was already there, and then joel came along and HUIQUN my comrade came and we lamed for a bit before some one called and said pearlynn wasnt feeling well and she was at bishan already and so we set off really worriedly to look for her. we found her and she said she wanted to puke so we took her to the toilet near mc donalds. then i was being retarded in the toilet, and we keep making pearl laugh so she cant puke anyway. then i said i wanted to use the toilet she say i lame, but i really needed the toilet. and then she couldnt puke anyway so we set out on a new quest to look for plastic bag. we went to mc donalds and realised the plastic bags were transparent... and then we continue walking and i saw ntuc bags carried by some woman and they werent transparent! so we ran to ntuc. and huiqun said 'today is not wednesday right?' hahaha. i was suggesting we just ask, but huiqun feels really bad so she went to buy frutips.. and then queuing up, pearlynn was going to puke, then its still not huiqun's turn, because some woman in front of her was stamping like 20 over 10 dollar ntuc vouchers and that took a REALLY long time. trust huiqun to come up with such a retarded idea. then she asked for two plastic bags when its her turn. then we went back to the bus stop. sarah and marcus were there now, and they were really amused by us. then we asked pearlynn to hold the plastic bags, and then i told her to hang the two handles on her ears so her mouth is directly above the opening. and it was so retarded i made her laugh and she couldnt breathe properly. we got really worried and tried to sooth her, but then sarah and huiqun and me add together you get ULTIMATE lameness, so we went really high and all the crap jokes started coming so we werent really a help. then joseph came, and then we did alot of funny things that i wont elaborate on. then we were waiting for terry, he took so long. when he finally arrived and i saw him, the first thing on my mind was 'gay'. if you saw him you'ld know why.

and so we walked to bishan active, and ben arrived with his frisbee. we played for a while, me and huiqun were stoning cos we arent really sure how to play, and huiqun keep saying the joke: both of us got excellent for basketball! but then again, EVERYONE got excellent.

we played until 12+, and then jordan and huiqun are late for gm, and so huiqun called zhiyuan and spun some tale about marcus stepping on my foot, and i sprained my ankle again so jordan and her are taking me home, which is in woodlands, and they are supposed to meet at potong pasir, so they're going to be late. it was kind of retarded but zhiyuan believed it, and i feel really really bad about it. so zhiyuan, if you ever read this, im really sorry for helping in the lie.

so we all set off for j8. then we said bye to huiqun and jordan, and the rest of us went to eat lunch at mc donalds. the guys were kept discussing gross subjects during the meal, so sarah me and pearlynn made frequent escapes to the toilet. then we finished lunch and went back to bishan active. pearlynn said goodbye and she went to meet her friend.

shiwei joined us on the way. then ben went to get drinks with a friend. then when he's back, we're complaining about the heat, shiwei said 'it cant be hot, its not SUNday!'

so i said 'but today is thursday, so we're all thirsty!'

shiwei got nothing to say to that.
then some of us played basketball with strangers, while me and sarah and terry played frisbee for a while, then we got really bored, so we decided to play truth or dare, and sarah had this funny idea about us acting as guys, for some reason, and then we said 'yo brother' to terry, and the look on his face made me think that he regretted playing with us mad ppl... but hahaha it was so funny. then vera arrived so we said she can act as a guy too, and her named changed to victor, and sarah's name changed to samuel ;-) samuel dint come, though. and then we managed to go one round, and terry was being really disgusting, i shall not talk about that, and then those who were playing basketball came over. and then i forgot what we did, we kind of did random stuff, and then terry and sarah decided to leave to go to the arcade. then we did more random stuff and ended up playing truth or dare by spinning an empty bottle. then we finished all the drinks and decided we're thirsty (cos its thursday) so we went to get bubble tea.

then some of us decided we dint want bubble tea after all and only shiwei and vera went to get it. the rest of us went to get drinks from cheers. then we went to this playground opp cheers. we did random stuff, throwing the ball and the frisbee around, and i freaked everyone out by doing splits and over splits by using the bouncy bridge thingo in the playground. then i was talking about that time ppl were getting fried in the gym due to a heat emanating lamp (near the beams) and then shiwei asked 'wheres the oil?' and i told him 'theres no WOK too, and we werent WALKing either.'

hurhurhur~ shiwei couldnt say anything to counter that either :D

then i was leaning my head on the railing on the playground, and ben threw a basketball and it accidentally hit the railing and the railing shook and my brain vibrated in my skull. then i look up and saw the word 'swan' on the pole (it was the brand) and haha i got SUANed by the railing. urh....

btw i told charlene about the railing and she said "ooh then for short, you can call it the vibrailing."

anyway, then we did more random stuff until 5+ and we decided its time we go back to bishan active to play. so we went.

there, they decided to play against strangers. and we got trashed. haha.

we played until 7+ and then my mom called and she wasnt very happy cos im not home yet, so we all went home.

haha yesterday, which was friday, i thought of a follow up for the thursday and sunday joke. after training, on the bus, i was discussing with mel and ann and i thought of it: we're all gonna get fried cos its FRIDay!! and for today, we're all going to be sitting cos its SATurday and its so lame we cant STAND it.

haha. and then i talked to terry on msn and i was telling him about that time i cut my tongue on my braces, and then he asked what if my teeth were covered in blood and i smiled. stupid comment, so i was thinking of something to counter that. and i said:
"then i'll have a radiant (RED+iant) smile!"

he felt so lame he went to eat dinner.

haha its so fun to be lame. and i am lame after training. got muscle ache from basketball and teo decided to crack our shoulders. ouch.

taiwan immersion '08 gathering

gathering was so fun. i dont feel like giving a full recount. so i'll just say that is was awesome, the food was good, the chinchow was good, everyone were themselves and it was so fun!!! just made me miss everyone more now.
oh me and ying tong came up with the top eleven things that were common on the trip:

6) bedcheck man
7) ringing doorbells

9) being not-so-punctual

yeah. those things. brings back so much memories :D

today's training was tiring although i dont think i did alot of things. im going to be paralyzed tmr.

back from taiwan

for the past month is was missing in action. cos im in taiwan. but im sure no one notices anyway was this blog was dead.
taiwan is so fun. if im going to say everything, it'll take a week and my com will burst.
i think i'll just say a few nice things for the 37 great ppl besides me:D
