Let me tell you about my holiday to Bandung, Indonesia.
On Saturday 12 Dec 2009, My family and i made our way to Bandung via Air Asia.Upon arrival, we were greeted by a husband and wife team who were going to be our 'tour guide' for the next 4 days.We then checked in to the Sheraton Bandung Hotel. After freshing up and unpacking, we headed to a restaurant to have our dinner. I had mie ayam. Something that ive yearned to taste for years. After we headed to the nearest 'Factory outlet'(houses converted to departmental stores which sells mainly clothes) to do some shopping.
The next day Sunday 13 Dec 2009, after breakfast, we made our way to a volcano called 'Tankuban Parahu'.It was very cool but one thing i cant stand is the smell of sulphur.There were many vendors selling all sorts of things from knick knacks, toys, food and hamsters.It was a very interesting and colourful sight.
Third day Monday 14 Dec 2009 was the most fun and memorable day. We went to the animal safari. Its my first trip to a Safari and i was very-very excited. What not? i got to stroke a TIGER!,ride an elephant and feed camels.
On the last day tues 15 Dec, it was shopping galore.
In all, i really enjoyed myself very much. Indonesia is surprisingly clean and the people are very nice and friendly.
