MMM Good!!!

Jackson had his first sucker today.  Brad gave it to him and he LOVED!!!  He dropped it once and started bawling, and I took it away once and he got the saddest look on his cute little face.

Jackson is so much fun these days.  He is so curious and he basically never stops moving.  At my 20 week ultrasound, the ultrasound tech commented on how active Jackson was.  I think she called it, "crazy baby antics."  He hasn't stopped moving since.  He does not like to be held and he definitely does not cuddle and he hates being confound in his car seat or high chair.  I have a feeling we are in for it with this little guy, but that is just my guess.  I love him to pieces and he has the funnest personality and is so smiley and is dang cute!!!

Karleigh Funnies

Karleigh is quite the gal, and she is always saying things that make me laugh.

When we told her we were moving, one of the very first things she asked was if Logan had a Krumpets.  When I told her no, she looked very concerned and said, "Then how are we going to decorate our house?"  I think Brad is happy that there is no Krumpets in Logan.  We may save a little bit of money!!!

Yesterday, I asked Karleigh to do something for me, to which she replied, "whatever" in her, I'm only 5 but I act like I'm 16, voice.  When I explained to her that she cannot talk to me that way, she said, "Why not.  I AM 5 years old," as if it is acceptable that once you are 5, you can treat your parents like crap.  This post is probably making my dad smile, because "whatever" was one of my favorite words when I was in high school, and it used to drive me dad CRAZY!!!  I guess I am getting what I deserve now!!

Boat

When we went camping a few weeks ago, the top part of our camping trailer blew off, and we just got the new part in the mail, which the kids thought was a boat. They have had all sorts of fun with it.

House Hunting

Last weekend, we went to Logan to look at houses.  My sisters watched my kids all weekend while we looked at lots of houses, which we were beyond grateful for!!! The kids are so excited to live by each other!!!

Here We Go Again!!!

We have lived in St. George for a year now.  We love it here!!!  We love our neighborhood and our house and we have made some great friends.  We love living next to my grandparents.  We love the weather!!!  But....we are moving to Logan!!!!!  I know...we are crazy!  There was an opening in Logan and we snatched it up!!!  We feel like there is lots of great opportunities there...not to mention, I will live next to all of my siblings, which I never ever thought would happen!!!  Not only that, but we will be closer to Brad's siblings as well!!!  Brad has enjoyed working in the St. George office and is looking forward to working in Logan as well.  We are looking forward to another crazy summer!!!  Our house is under contract right now and we are hoping to close on it in a few weeks.  We are crossing our fingers and toes and praying that the sale goes through!!!!!!!!!  Since I have never posted any pictures of our house here, I thought I better before we move!!

This was taken in December.  I need to take a new one before we leave.

If all goes as planned, we will be out of here in about 2 weeks.  We will sure miss it here, but we are excited for what is to come, and we are excited to see lots more family and spend a lot less time in the car driving up north!!!!

Random

These are a couple of random pictures I wanted on the blog. Karleigh loves playing with Jackson...so much!!!  It's a little scary actually.  She isn't the most gentle gal around, but she sure does love him!!!

The cute neighbor girls had a little dance party in our living room the other day.  It was too cute.

I Love To See The Temple

A few weeks ago, we went to the St. George temple for family night.  We went through the visitor's center and watched the Joseph Smith movie.  We all really enjoyed the movie and it made Karleigh and Grayden really think about Joseph Smith and they asked a ton of questions.  It was a great night.

Love these kiddos.

Style!

Karleigh loves picking out her own clothes these days.  I try to be supportive, but some days are rough!!!  I especially liked the outfit in this picture.

Swimming

We have been swimming like crazy so far this summer.  We have been going about 4 times a week and the kids are loving it.  What else is there to do in St. George in the summertime???  Karleigh and Grayden both just finished swimming lessons and did so great!!!  They are both pretty fearless and are becoming pretty good little swimmers.  They have improved SO MUCH since last year!!!

Karleigh and her cute friend Halle.  These 2 are pretty inseparable!
Good look for Gray, right??

Flowers From Dad

Brad couldn't make it to Karleigh's Kindergarten program because of a meeting for work, so he brought her home flowers. It made Karleigh's day!!!

Messy Eater

Welcome Summer

If I haven't mentioned it before, I love my neighbors.  We threw a little party for the kids on the last day of school when they got off the bus.  It was cute.

There was lots of food and lots of water, and a little silly string action when they got off the bus!  Kindergarten got out a day early, so they got to help us silly string the older kids.

Jackson!!!!

Jackson is getting so big!!!!!  I have been so terrible about taking pictures.  He is 7.5 months now.  He is sitting up and doing the army crawl all over the place!!!  He is so much happier now that he can get around and play with what he wants to.  He was sleeping through the night until our camping trip, where he woke up all night.  Now he is waking up once or twice and drinking a bottle and then going right back to sleep.  I need to let him cry it out again, but I haven't had the energy!!!    He is starting to like baby food more.  He loves his bath time!!!  He is so patient.  He gets mauled all day by his brother and sister, mostly his sister, and he rarely cries.  He HATES being in his car seat.  We have been traveling a lot lately, and he cries the majority of the time.  He has started getting teeth.  He has his first 2 coming in right now.  He loves to clap, and just yesterday he learned to wave bye, bye.  He is still so smiley and giggly!!!

I love this little guy!!!  I feel blessed!!!

Bryce and Ashley's Sealing

A few weeks ago, Bryce and Ashley and their sweet kids, got sealed in the Manti Temple.  It was such a special day.  Makenzie and Kayson looked like little angels in the sealing room.  I am so happy for them!!!

Smarty Pants, JaLeigh!

JaLeigh graduated from high school.  Isn't she the cutest???  Not only did she graduate, but she was the valedictorian!!!  I am so proud of her.  She worked so hard.  She also got female athlete of the year and a bunch of other awards.  She was also the Senior Class President, so she conducted graduation and gave the valedictorian speech, and did an amazing job.  Even though she is going to BYU next year, we still love her.  Right after graduation, she headed on a 2 week church history trip!!!

Way to go, JaLeigh!!!!!!

Memorial Day Camping

This Memorial Day weekend, we went camping.  I usually love camping.  It is one of my favorite things to do with family, but the weather was awful the weekend we went.  It was windy and cold and rainy and it even snowed once.  We hung out in the trailer for most of the weekend.

Even though the weather was not so great, we still had lots of fun.  We played games, ate lots and lots of food, went fishing, played on the four wheelers, and had fun!!  Poor Robert got a kidney stone and spent his weekend in the hospital and at home trying to pass the stinker.  He did get to come back on Sunday.  We also missed JaLeigh who was on her church history trip.  Thanks for a fun weekend Wheeler Fam.
