i am still alive, but I am as busy as a little bee. I am sick to imagine all of the time it is going to take to catch up on our summer. If I wasn't using this blasted blog as my quasi-scrapebook/journal I would say "to heck with it" and just start fresh.
But I can't.
I can't miss all of the pictures and events.
So if the idea of all of the catch-up posts is too much for you to bare, then you just may be a wuss.(sorry, I didn't mean it) Or you may have realized this blog is a sham and it is time to give it up forever.

Please give me another chance. I can change, honest.

Round 2
Morning oddities:
So my little gal may be weird. She wants more than anything to stick her little fingers in the vaseline jar and rub it on her body. I have to actually hide the thing so she can't see it and be tempted. ODDY McOdderson!
We made the mistake of introducing Mills LaRue to Elmo. I say mistake because all day long she stares longingly at the tube and says "Elmo" and then tries to sing the La la la la theme song. This day she had had it with me and so decided she was going to turn the dang movie on all by herself.
Look at the sheer determination, concentration that quickly turned to frustration.
Hey lady! Put that camera down and do what I say. Elmo La La La La.
I just have to quote my father on this one, "Nice bum, where ya from?"

Grab a snack, this could take a while.
Well hello there. How are things? It sure has been a long time. Me? Lots to tell. So grab some munchies and maybe a beverage. I will try to catch up quick.

The Grotto
I took the kiddos to the Grotto for some outdoor fun. There was so much water coming through, it was great. We walked in the river and played and giggled. Mills was a champ in her baby backpack. The only problem was I didn't take any shots of her because she was on my back.(I did try)
My computer is being a pain in the bum so I will finish the catchup when she cooperates. Things to come:
