Mt. Timpanogos and friends.

My best girl and her family came from San Fran for a visit. Liz saw Millie up close and personnal for the first time on this trip. I am pretty sure they are already fast friends. We decide to hike to Timpanogos Cave. Four minutes into the hike I knew I was in trouble, Max said his legs hurt and I realized that I am way out of shape. It took us about an hour to get to the top. Myra did a face plant about 1/4 of the way into it. So Russ ended up carrying her a lot of the hike. But she was a brave little soldier despite the injuries. The cave was amazing and I think all of the kids thought that it was worth it. The ranger was pretty fun and really involved the kids in the tour.I sure wish my Liz and her family lived closer. I didn't get enough of them ( sorry Lizard for all the craziness. You know I love your guts!)

One year people, one year!

Yesterday, July 22 2007 David and I celebrated getting through our first year of marriage. In case you all didn't know, it was a very eventful year. We moved into a new house, David changed positions in his company, I attended school full time and finally graduated ( pregnant all the while) we got our Millie and we all learned to be a family. I would do it all over again. He is the greatest gift in my life. He is everything I thought a husband and father should be and more. Yeah for marriage and family and D. Bake, my bestest friend!!!

Millie at 3 months

So this is our gal at 3 months. She is definately a very mellow girl. She is starting to do all that cooey gooey talking stuff that is so irresistable. She is also starting to laugh. Dave seems to be the best at getting her to do it. Mainly I am the chuckwagon. The boys are still over- the-moon about her. We are so lucky everyday that she is ours. Hope you all enjoy the pictures.
