♥ Shop till you drop ! ♥

No! I haven't abandoned my blog.. Just that there has been many things happening over the golden week and plus all the work.. They just kills any interest to blog.

So here's a brief update before i go on to update on you guys the past events:

I just got my curls for 220 yuan on Friday. They look quite natural and apparently i have ppl telling me that i look better in curls.
I've just changed my flight to 30th Dec! I'm coming back earlier! Yeah!
I'm going Beijing with 5 other friends from 19 Dec to 22 Dec and i hope it'll be fun despite all the sand storm and the cold weather.
I'm stocking up on souvenirs for you so you better meet me! lalala..

Ok.. Back to the update on mid-autumn festival.. I know that it's pretty long ago but i ensure you that it's something fun!

China celebrates mid-autumn festival by giving us public holiday! Mid-autumn festival fell on a weekend so we had our monday free. And we were due to go Wuxi on Monday. Cost us 130 yuan(i think) for a day trip.. And Eliz organized a "You dun wanna go home" stayover at our place since the guys went on a trip with Irwin and the both of us weren't interested.

Basically, we invited interns from Venture and their housemates to come over to stay and we'll have a series of games to get to know each other better. We only get to know each other via our friends and this is a good chance to get to know what are their first impressions of us and know each other better by playing truth or dare!

Eliz made us name tags and we weren't allowed to write in our names. We have to write a word that describe ourselves. Examples of some of the nicknames are : Mr smarty-pants, Mr Fatty Bom Bom, Miss Beautiful, Miss gorgeous.. And it's the best time to be as BHB as possible!

We met up with some of them together and we went to this pizza place for dinner first. It was my first time at that restaurant and i fell in love with their cream pasta and pizza! Have been ordering loadsa from them since tat day.

And after dinner, they started their series of games.

While i was busy with my FYP.. Haha.. Din even realized that they took my photo!

And i went to join them for a while before going back to work again and they prepare to start playing truth or dare by switching off the lights and lighting the tealight candles to create the atmosphere.

After i was done with my FYP, i joined in their game! And in one of the truth and dare, Benson had to propose to me with sushi.. Damn Damn Paiseh..

We slowly ran out of ideas for out truth or dare and so someone suggested that we each write a dare and a truth and put them together in a heap. The next person who kena will have to pick a slip from the heap and do it!

Was quite fun and after that we went into HTH(heart to heart) talks and get to know each other.. But slowly, the guys started falling asleep so there was only me, zhi lei, Eugene. We went to slp at abt 5am? And then i got up at abt 11am and we played majong.

And we end off the day with the guys pretending to be sumos!

I went to qipulu again on Sunday in the same week as ice-skating. Me and eliz alone bought S$120 worth of goods there! Here’s our “trophies”.. lalala..

We always have fashion show after shopping and for once, we decided to take photos.. Haha..

I only had a erm like 2 hours of sleep and we had to go for classes le. And I slept through both of my classes though 庄老师 was quite ok de.. AS in he’s not as boring as the history class teacher and I kinda quite like him cause his lessons are quite meaningful and his lessons always leave me thinking about all the 文化stuff..

And right after class, we met up with ZL and her apartment mates, Song yi, Jun Wen, Eugene and his apartment mates and Jun yan for ice-skating at super brand mall. ZL, Eugene and their apartment mates went to make new spects cause Eugene and his apartment mates ended their lesson early. Their spects only cost 150 yuan. SO cheap lar.. Even if it’s 150 sing, it’s considered quite cheap to get lens but frame lor..
We reached super brand mall earlier and as usual, me and Eliz head off to H&M. Haha.. But the rest of them came over too early le.. We didn’t get anything from H&M.. =(

We had dinner at this HK restaurant and the food there is quite ok lar. But the soup is really good~

Went to ice-skate right after dinner. There were like 15 of us? And it made up half of the ppl inside le lor.. Costs us only 63 yuan for 2 hours including skate rental. Erwin was the only one who didn’t ice-skate with us so he was in-charge of taking photos of us when we were in the ring. However, he used the wrong mode so there were reflections! And none of us looked good lar..

I was initially quite scared cause it’s my first time in the ice skating ring. But when I stepped on it, I realized that I could balance quite well and off I go.. skating in the middle and trying to get used to skating on the ice. The surface of the ice is quite rough so it was quite jerky when I skate. But after some time, I skated quite well and some of them dun believe that this is my first time.

Just a few us wanted to take a pic of us doing London bridge but then more and more ppl joined in. but it was fun!

Wei ming ice-skate in a very weird position. AS in he kinda imitate those professionals but he ended up looking like a duck, at least to me. But yan xin said that he looked quite professional so the rest them started imitating his way of skating.

We wanted to try skating in a “choo-choo” train but when chin chun joined us, he actually started the “老鹰抓小鸡” game. And after much trouble, we managed to get everyone in line to pose for a pic but it’s blurred. -_-

Yeong hui started this “fast game” thingy which means that we’ll go super duper fast in groups of 3s and I fell for the first time! Cause Jun yan was right in front of me and I couldn’t squeeze out in time. But it was nevertheless fun! After which, we started forming different groups and played that.

Eugene and his apartment mates left the ring earlier so when me and song yi passed him, he got us to post for a pic on the ice. And after the pic was distributed to the rest, I keep hearing from others on how compatible we looked. -_-“
But I looked so ugly inside lar.. But it was no doubt one of the nicer photos cause it’s not blurred and there’s no reflections!

And Wei ming started posing all the “stunts”..

And there’s Erwin, who came in when it’s nearing the closing time.. And nope.. He didn't skate with us!

And then we had a group photo just right outside super brand mall. But we still don’t look that good in the photo!
