Happy Halloween (a few days late)

Although Megan and I were sick, Haley was kind enough to take the kids (minus Sam) trick-or-treating with her children.  Thanks Haley.

Because Everyone Needs An Update Once in a While

Recently we celebrated Number 2’s Number 3.  He was terribly excited…mainly because we brainwashed him into believing three is better than two.

Ira's B-day 003

Why this picture you may ask?  Well…it was I’s birthday and he wanted a picture of his hands!  So I did take a picture of his hands.

Ira's B-day 006

He was terribly excited for his gifts.  He wanted another Mr. Potato Head, and we threw in the F-22 for good measure.  And G?  It looks like she just told a good, knee-slappin’ joke.

Ira's B-day 012

So, for his cake he wanted frog cupcakes, which is what he got last year.  This year he got the cupcake that he decorated himself (he made some very excellent choices for toppings).

Anyways, we had family over to celebrate with us.  It was great fun.  Happy number three, Number 2.

Enquiring Minds Want To Know

We figured out why I-man gets so grumpy during the day:  He isn’t sleeping (like we thought).  We caught him at a late night photo shoot.  It turns out that I-man has become a model for dollar store swim-goggles.

And G-bear?  Well…the little diva tried to escape our cameras, but we found her, even with her disguise (she usually checks into hotels under the name L. M. Sunshine):

Let’s not forget Mr. S.  Mr. S is truly difficult to get a photo of…his little size makes him incredibly fast.  But here are some shots we were able to take, thanks to the help of I-man.

As for Momma Megan and me, well we are being taken care of.  We have truly been blessed with a great family.

While they slept...

While mom and sons nap, G-bear and I decided to give some info.

We went into la hospital around 2:30 p.m. to be induced (after losing our morning spot to another soon to be mother--note to self there are no "reservations" with the hospital).   Nothing happened for a long time (a very long time [a very, very, there-is-only-a-little-bit-of-the-hospital-you-can-walk-while-connected-to-machines, long, boring time]).  Finally, early, early the following morning (let's just say round 12:00 a.m.ish) the contractions hit…and man did they hit.  Fortunately it didn’t take long (from a bystanders point of view) for Meg to “qualify” for an epidural.  The time between epidural to delivery was short (again from a bystanders point of view), about 2 hrs.  Baby arrived.  Mom was happy and sleepy.  Son was sleepy.  Then we moved to a different room.  The end.

Okay, now for the photos: (limited they be because of slow internet)
