Well, I have another post of some very fun creations that I have done lately! I hope you enjoy them and that it inspires you to do some creating of your own! (Or book a workshop with me and I can show you how! :)
These first pictures are of a wood album that I made in a class at the Scrapbook USA Expo that my mom and I attended a couple of weekends ago. We go every season to the Expo and love every minute of it. The Expo was great this year, probably the best one yet. I took 3 classes, and this was one of the classes. I put the whole thing together in one hour. I LOVE this little album! Of course I am so proud of it that it sits on my kitchen table in a cute easel. Gotta show it off! (even if it's just me that looks at it every day).
These next three cards are ones I got at Convention.
This one I received as a swap: (love the embossing folders for the Big Shot)
This one was created by my upline, MaryLynn Riggs. Love it for fall!
This one I made at a get-together with all my upline at Convention. I just ordered the Flower Folds XL die- can't wait to start using it. Oh, and the polka-dot Real Red ribbon- I can't get enough! I used it to hang my sunflower wreath on my front door and it just added so much.
DEFINITELY DECORATIVE
These next pictures are ones using some of the Definitely Decorative elements from Stampin' Up! I love that they are unique to Stampin' Up! and they definitely make a statement.
My friend Rashann used the Lollipop Flowers in her house. She's so creative- she used it on a corner! Awesome!
This Definitely Decorative is above my front door with my awesome clock.
When I saw this cute vinyl saying, I knew I had to put it on my little boy's toybox. I love it!
I will be adding another picture when I get the wall done in Eva's room------
SCALLOP CIRCLE QUILT
Okay, so it has taken me awhile to get pics on here of this amazing quilt, but here they are. This quilt was created by an amazing lady, Jill Olsen. She is the queen of all quilt creations. What the best part is, is that it was put together using the Big Shot and circle dies from Stampin' Up! How great is that! She told me that she loves creating using cardstock and stamps but fabric is where her heart is. She taught a class featuring this quilt, and I had to have it. And it was sooooooooo easy. You literally glue the scallop circles together, add your borders and take it to the machine quilting lady! I love the jumbo ric-rac for the binding, and especially the Minky on the back. My mom made one also with different material, and my sister is doing a baby sized one using different material as well. I will post those later!
Case had to hold the quilt for me!
Extras:
I love my 6x6 scrapbooks. They are perfect for those snaps that don't need a full sized 12x12 page. I have done 12 6x6 double page spreads the last 3 days. I had to show this cute element, using the Scallop Circle punch on Kraft Cardstock, with Crystal Clear embossing powder over the whole thing, then set a Designer Hardware White Jumbo grommet in the center, and tie some linen thread through a cute button, and voila! A way cute accent for the top of your page.
Love this page! So Happy stamp set, So Saffro and Purely Pomegranate Cardstock.
This set was one of the very first ones I purchased after being introduced to Stampin' Up! It is totally retired, but I pull it out every summer for the cute watermelon!
My mom's workshop was on Saturday the 19th and my sister-in-law had us do this fun Sweet Treat! I love this set and the little cups that go with it. The best is that you pull on the 'eek' tab and the cardstock slides out so you don't have to rip the thing up to get your treat! Case will be giving these to all his friends at school for Halloween. The next 2 cards are ones that I am doing at the Stamp Camp in Vegas on October 10th. If you are interested in going, go to my website for more info!
Another amazing creation from my amazing Sister-in-law, Tami.
