Speechless

Hi!
I met this woman on the 17th, the company annual dinner day. She's Kelvin's aunt, sister of my FIL. And if u want me to describe her, I'm SPEECHLESS. Yup, I'm not kidding.

She's very popular in the family. Among all the siblings my FIL has, in total 9 of them, she's the one ppl talk about the most. Basically, EVERYONE, from the youngest to the oldest, doesn't like her. Except for her husband and children of course. And her mother. I can't really remember how she looks like I've only met her once, on my wedding. Too many ppl at that time. But I've heard lots and lots of stories about her. So I was very curious, looking forward but at the same time not so wanting to meet her.

Anyway, Kelvin and his siblings all went out station on 17th. I was left alone with MIL to meet and entertain them, relatives from FIL side. At first, I really didn't want to wake up early just to fetch them from airport. But I feel sorry for my MIL so I accompanied her. The first thing she ask me is if I can recognize her. And of course I say yes, just to be nice. But the actual reason is she's too popular. Haha. We went to meet FIL and his employees for lunch at Mega Hotel after that. 90% of the ppl dunno who am I and they're very curious too cos I followed MIL everywhere she goes and she also take care of me. Everything was OK even though the aunt start bossing around, from our table to next table and soon all tables. Then she passed food around from other table to ours cos we had more guys here. Can really see how embarrassed the guys are but they can't say no. Though they might be not full at that time but they didn't want to eat the food and the aunt forced them to finish all. Pity them. Sitting at that table really makes me feel embarrassing.

After lunch, she came to me and started to chat with me. Here's the content:-

Aunt: How big is your baby now?
Me : 8 months.
Aunt: No. I mean big?
Me : *Stunned for a while.* Oh, Around 2kg?
Aunt: Why so small? U should eat more. Must be at least 3kg at birth.
Me : *Surprised. Dunno what to say.*
Aunt: U know ah, my daughter;s tummy was really big during her pregnancy and her baby weigh 3kg plus. A dr told me that if a baby is heavier when born is smarter. Let's say 2 babies are born at the same time, one weigh 2kg plus and one is more than 3kg. When they reach the age of 10, for example, the heavier one is smarter than the lighter one.
Me: *Totally speechless.*
Aunt: That's y u must eat more....bla bla bla bla....

I didn't pay attn to what she said after that cos I felt like wasting my time and energy. If she isn't a relative and elder to me, I would have bombard her for sure. I hate talking to this kind of person cos I feel like they're insulting my knowledge and IQ. Even thought I'm not super smart but I'm good enough to think u are bullshitting. Didn't really talk to her at the rest of the day till dinner. I'm arranged to sit at the same table with her and again, her bossiness annoyed almost everyone at the table.

The most embarrassed moment was during lucky draw session. Her son is the 1st to won and then most of the winners are from Miri HQ. She shouted at the manager, who was sitting at the VIP table why Sibu ppl din win. The rest of the VIPs stared at her but she just continue complaining. OMG! Even Kelvin's niece and nephew that were sitting next to me feel embarrassed. Company gave out angpao to ppl who served the company for more than 18 years. Many ppl got it and when ppl from Sibu branch got, she stand up and cheering for them like mak cik at pasar.

Well, basically she's the most noisy and kepoh one through out the dinner. She even forced ppl to take pictures at the end. Now u know why everyone dislike her and I dunno how to describe her in one word.

Life in Miri

I know it's been very long. What to do, I cant online and now I prefer hand written diary but I think I'll update this more and more often now.

Well, I'm in Miri now. Gonna stay until delivery. Honestly, leaving home is much more difficult than I thought. I thought I would be OK but it's only less than 1 week now and I homesick like hell. The last time I came, I can remain OK in the 1st week. Why now I can't? Is it because mummy is in Korea and I can't call her daily? I miss her very much :( I'm sure she misses me too.

Let's talk about Miri. First of all, my parents in-law. MIL treats me very well. She makes me chicken essence twice already and she cooks almost everyday. It may be cause me and Kelvin and Candy are all back, it's much more easier for her to do the cooking. FIL also comes back almost everyday to eat, even though most of the time he has to go out again to meet ppl.

Secondly, Candy, my SIL. She's nice and caring. She bought lots of stuff for baby Aiden and me from UK. She also helps to do house work so that I don have to do so much. Having her kinda makes my life easier cos she'll accompany MIL go out early in the morning and going around. I can sleep more and most importantly I don have to stay in the vehicle for hours like an idiot. It's very tiring when u don have to drive but just wait in the vehicle. Feel like my back bone gonna break every time comes home.

Next, my husband, Kelvin Ling. He annoys me quite often. Same as last time, he likes going out at night to play pool and meet friends. But this time, FIL stays at home more often and realizes it. After asking MIL, he found out that Kelvin goes out to play pool and he really dislikes it. So one night I saw him chatting with Kelvin at the common area and Kelvin's expression is not happy. So does FIL. The next day, Kelvin asks me if my family don like ppl play pool or snooker. I din say anything but ask him why. He says that FIL scolded him and he feels that FIL is too conservative and he wants to change FIL impression towards pool and snooker. I'm happy that FIL actually dislikes pool and snooker. So I quickly tell Kelvin to listen to his dad. However, as usually, the stubborn head just ignores me. He doesn't go out at night that often anymore. He goes in the afternoon cos on FIL and MIL went to Sibu and nobody can control him dy.

Another thing that annoys me the most is that he keeps forcing me to eat things that I don. Herbs soup, vege and etc. Can u imagine how I feel when I wanna enjoy my food then he keeps telling me to eat this and that, try this and that. Or worse, COMMAND me to eat. For example this morning we went to eat dimsum. He ordered herbal chicken and ask me eat it. I don wan to and he COMMANDED me. WTF. Why did he do that? he wanna prove to other ppl that he can change me? Wanna tell ppl that his wife can do anything he asks? Wanna show ppl his authority as a husband? Come on, he has know me for so long he should know that it's quite impossible to change me. Even my parents and aunt gave up asking me to learn to eat things I don like. If ppl cook one table of food and I eat non of them, I can white rice or even don eat. That's y nobody can force me. Why cant he understand!! He also likes to ask me show him what I writing, in diary or blog, and of course I refuse. He'll say husband also cannot see and walk away merajuk. Yes, husband also cannot! Husband and wife cannot have privacy one ah!!? He also din tell me EVERY THING. Why din he thought of the question at that time?

Lastly, Alan, BIL. Honestly, I prefer staying at home and it's the best when everyone's out cos I can do anything I like. But when I'm at home with only BIL, it doesn't make any great difference. Haha. Cos he's very quiet and he'll do his own stuff and I'll do mine. He just got a gf and he always bring her home nowadays. Quite tall, pretty, slim, well mannered and quiet(just like BIL) or is she shy? I can see that MIL and FIL and SIL like her. They always ask her to join four dinner and praise her in front of other relatives. I feel that they actually like her more than me. May be I'm too sensitive but woman's instinct very accurate one especially pregnant woman. But I still happy with myself so don care la. As I said, it's very difficult to change my habits and characteristics.

I've expected that MIL will ask me take herbs and things that's good for baby or me even though I don eat. Surprisingly, she din. But sometimes talking to them is quite frustrating. I say all I want and they'll do their own way. I've told them a hundred, thousand! times that I cant take dairy product once pregnant till now. Even Milo also cant. They dunno me well and don understand how pitiful I'm when I cant drink Milo. I've tried so many times and just started to be OK with Milo recently. Once they heard it, immediately they ask me (without letting me say yes or no) to drink maternal milk. Even I've tried to explain very hard, they insist I must at least try. Haih~~~ hopefully I wont vomit too much la. Once I start vomiting, it wont stop until my stomach is really empty. That's y I always vomit blood cos my throat will be badly injured. I've never tell anyone about this before cos I don wan my family to worry. Only if my in laws can concern about me as much as my family.

assignments & tests

actually i wanna talk about SS3 but i have really busy,
loaded with assignments and tests.
so i will only blog about it in april, after i hand in all my assignments....
hopefully i can still remember all the details....
maybe i'll upload videos (for the 1st time in my blog) and photos...
i'm pretty sure that those can help me refresh my memory...

Depress

So bloody depress now I wanna cry!!!!
I'm really regret of moving from Subang, from Taylors...
At home I'm very happy cos I can be with my family but outside?
Nilai is kinda old, remember the toilet I mention?
The lecturers are not friendly, not like Taylors...
Students here are either smart but cocky& showoff or not so smart (it's not good to say 'Stupid')& weird...
Let me give an example: I just had a Marketing Quiz on 10th...
The lecturer saw some new faces and thus ask them some silly questions.
The case is like this:
L: R u new student?
S: No.
L: I didn't see u before.Which tutorial class are u in?
S: Friday morning.
L: What's the venue?
S: .....
L: Give me a letter 2moro or I won't mark your paper.

My 1st reaction is...what letter?? Let's assume that the student is really a kaki ponteng and nvr attend his class but wat kind of letter he wants? A letter written 'Sorry Sir, I admit that I've nvr attend your class. Pls mark my paper.'?

Isn't this weird?

I'm now in the pc lab together with a bunch of sakai and another bunch of barbarians...
The sakai(from mainland) is playing whatever songs they're listening very very loudly...
It's very annoying u know....
And they talk very loud too...well, they're sakai ma...

The barbarian(black) is talking loudly...as in like LOOOUUUDLY...
Walk in the lab with some bloody noisy songs...or is it dancing? I dunno...they look like drunken guys...
The worst is they 'shee' others if the phone rings...

Haih....this is won't happen in Taylors....
Not because Taylorians are more civilized but at least they don have ppl from Mainland or Myanmar & neighbours or Black ppl...
Sometimes i felt like there's more Black here than White here...
I'm not racist but this's fact...
Pick anyone in campus randomly and ask 'What ppl are the laziest?' 9 out of 10 will say Black and the Mainland's.....
They don do their work, they are free riders and they're unwilling to climb the stair to only one floor above...
They wont queue up before the lift and will squeeze themselves in then press 2(the lobby is level 1)...so damn damn annoying!!!!

U can say I'm pampered by my parents and family...my brothers are here for few years and they're OK... but i still don like this place...
There's no way to go back Taylors already....I just have to swallow everything into my stomach and shall not let my parents and relatives knows...

Sorry for not updating my miserable blog, biahnada. I'm kinda lazy nowadays. Hahahahaha

I always like to list things out cos it's much easier...haha ^^

My mood is good and I'm very freeeeeee now. Actually, I got nothing much to write. But ah...I'm afraid someone will complain...

1. I think most of u ady know that i've move to Nilai Uni College...it's actually not bad here, don compare to Taylors la. How much u pay is how good u get. Honestly, the 1st week I came, this place is scary. The toilets are damn dirty and old, I walked across 2 blocks to go to toilet at the new building. There are monkeys or some other animals around. Also, too many trees that make the campus looks spooky. But it's much better now. Maybe I get used to it dy. However, there are too many stupid rules. Ermmmm, I would describe it as the staffs are not efficiency enough.

2. Nomu nomu kamsahamnida, Katherine Teo and Sham for helping me buy SS3 tix. Of course not to forget my lovely dongsaeng too. I cant wait for the night!! I'm so excited!!! Thanks again to my chingu. SuJu oppas Saranghae!!! ELFs Saranghae!!!

3. I went Genting to celebrate my birthday cos the boyfriend suggested :) We've went there so many times, it's kinda boring ady but this time is the 1st time I enter casino. Like FINALLY~~. Haha. This time the policeman checked my IC again then he wished me 'Happy Birthday' ^^. I lost RM 100 at the slot machnies in the beginning then won RM 400 when my bro ask me join him for 3 pictures. Min bet is RM25. Our luck is pretty good. We won Rm 800+, so RM400 each. The Boyfriend's luck is not good, he lost RM 150 but I helped him later so finally he lost only RM 25 :D. Overall I won RM300, not bad ma.... Then, we went for dinner. Since me and bro won, we chipped RM 50 each to treat the rest dinner. However, the 2nd day I lost again. The money that I won the 1st night gone, plus another RM100. Conclusion, I lost RM 100 in Genting. Anyway, I had great time with my family. I'm grateful to have such a loving boyfriend and family. <3

4. This is a 'test week'. have to study a lot cos I missed out 3 weeks classes. Luckily, I'm quite a fast learner. Hopefully i can pass all the tests well. Fingers crossed.
