Pics of the Kiddos

Here are just some of the pictures my brother took the other day at wheeler farm. He does an amazing job the kids were all so great and the pictures turned out awesome!!! Thanks Adam for the great pictures!

Brody's first birthday!!!

My little guy just turned one and it was probably the hardest first birthday for me yet, with three kids it's hard to sit back and watch and before you know it your baby is one. I will admit that I didn't even wrap a present for him- because also by your third kid you realize they don't care to open it and you just end up watching your other kids open up the presents. We did get him this swimming pool and set it up in the basement with warm water, he is our little water baby and had a great time!!! We love you Brody you are the best little baby and can always brighten anyone's day. Your smiles melt my heart and I know your learning that so you can get whatever you want which works for me. We love you "BIG GUY"

Brody is definitely a Well's put food in front of him and it's not going to sit there long!!! That's the candle that he is working on he wanted to save the best for last.
Doesn't this make you want to kiss and squeeze those cheeks!!!

Bryce, Kelson, Justice, Stewart and Ty-Ty it was so hard for them to not get in and I was not sure I wanted all the kids in the pool so I didn't tell anyone to bring swimsuits. Sorry boys I owe you all a swimming party when it gets warmer!!!

Spring/ Winter/ Fall time fun!!!

So, really who knows what the weather is going to be like lately, but we try to not complain and enjoy whatever comes our way... Here are just some fun pictures from the past few months!

Kayci and Ty-Ty in a tree at the Red Cliffs just outside of St. George, if you are ever in St. George and need a fun hike for the kids this is the place. I used to go all the time back in college and we took the kids there just recently and they loved it. We can't wait for it to warm up and go play in the water!!!

These are just more fun pics from Red Cliffs the pictures don't do it justice though!!!

Of course I had to put in another cute picture of my Brodster, he loves his oreos!!!

Total copy and paste of my brother's blog...

So, this is really a post from my brother Adam's blog, but it is so awesome that I had to copy and paste it onto mine. (hope that's okay Adam). He's in a photo club and takes amazing photos and this is something he did... This is my cute grandpa that I love so much!!!

Grandpa's Hands

So when the subject of someone using both hands was listed, I instantly thought of my Grandpa. He has been working with hands his entire life. Today I was fortunate enough to spend some time in his shop taking pics of him working. It amazes me how at 90, his motor just keeps cruising. It was a pleasure to spend time with him, and capture him at work. I hope these pics will do justice to him.

We love you, and appreciate all that you do for us Grandpa.

Catching up on winter...

My kids now have a new love for winter fun Jaxson improved on his snowboarding, and Kayci learned to ski. By the second night on the mountain Kayci had decided that she didn't need the wedge (the thing that keeps the ski tips together) anymore and just cruises down the hill with her brother. It has been so fun to watch them the first time we took Kayci she didn't know if she wanted to go, after the second time down the hill I asked her and Jaxson how many more times they wanted to go Jaxson said a couple and Kayci said 8. Needless to say we stayed until it closed. Colby decided they were ready for more than the bunny hill and took them to Brighton for night skiing he said they did great and we can't wait until next year!!! Good work- you two you are doing great!!!

Grandpa and Grandma Reeves gave all the kids SLC firefighter hoodies for christmas they love that Grandpa is firefighter and love going to visit him at the station!!!

Grandma Wells stocking tradition, every year Grandma fills up nylons for stockings it has been a tradition since Colby can remember- the kids all get their own knee highs and we get a full leg each it's a fun tradition that Colby has made sure to pass on to our family. Thanks for the great memories!!! (Yes, Trevor's shirt says Have Gas? That just helps explain the look on his face.)

I know this is way after the fact, but this is mainly for my own memories... Christmas 2009 was great Kayci woke up to a tea party set and has definitely gotten good use out of it.

Brody just watched and smiled as usual he loves his (hand-me-down) firetruck and balls and just enjoyed having so much stuff to play with i.e. paper, boxes, and bows.

Santa brought Jaxson some motorcycle gear which of course makes me happy so I can feel a little calmer knowing he's got a little more protecting his body when riding his motorcycle. Except now grandpa has given Colby the go ahead for a motorcycle track so we'll see what is to come in the future. He's looks pretty dang cute in all his gear!!!

Here's Jaxson with Kaden, Jake, and Ryan they are showing their school spirit for crazy hair day!!!

My friend Andrea outfitted my whole family when she heard we were going to a BYU game. The kids look great and I even had a matching shirt for those of you who know Andrea you know how great she is at matching and making her kids look adorable, the game was fun and Jaxson, and Kayci loved being geared up with BYU attire. Thanks again Andrea for the great outfits.
