Our Olympics Celebration
We did a bad job watching the Olympics. I'm sure there lots of fun events, but we just had a lot going on.
I could tell pretty early that we weren't going to be exposing our kids, so thought it would be fun to try to at least get the family in the Olympic spirit - we did really enjoy going to downtown SLC during the '02 Winter games - we should try to do something. One of the Sundays after church we gave a good try at making Fish and Chips.
It was fun. The food was really, really heavy. The newspaper and basket presentation was a big hit. Sunday diners ended up eating one-at-a-time while the next batch was cooking.
