Family Photos Fall 2018

I decided to use the girls' baptism dresses as the "inspiration" for family photos this year.  The rest of us dressed nicely to go with them.  (Side note-the day of the pictures I cut Darrell's and Tyler's hair and curled the girls' hair, but I ran out of time to curl my own--hence the straight hair.)

September 2018

Tyler received a surprise package in the mail.  It was an adorable mini "Blue Teddy" from my sister and her family.  It matches the little one he's had since he was a baby.

We enjoyed some final races at Rocky Mountain Raceways before it closed for good.

Tyler did a great job as a defender in soccer.

Tyler's last pinewood derby.

Emily and Megan made signs to cheer him on.(You can do this Tyler from Emily) (Go Tyler! from Megan)

Tyler's car did place in the top 3, for which he was pretty disappointed, but he did better than the first time around 2 years ago when his car placed last almost every single time.

We met my parents in Provo for a "double header"--BYU volleyball and football.

My parents came to church with us the next day to see the kids' Primary program.  We went to the park.  It was fun for Tyler to play football with my dad and for my mom to join the girls on the monkey bars.

Megan entered the reflections contest.  Its theme was heroes.  She copied this picture of my dad from when he served in the Vietnam War.

Emily displayed her monkeys and Olafs in a "Monkey Museum" and an "Olaf Museum."
