Ethan's First Temple Trip

Ethan went to the temple to for the first time on New Year's Eve.  James was able to go with the boys and Uncle David.  Ethan loved it and can't wait to go to other temple too!

We went to San Diego on New Year's Eve for Daniel and Emily's Wedding.  What a beautiful couple they are.  We had a great time visiting with family that we hadn't seen in awhile too.

We had a wonderful Christmas!  The kids got some of the things that they wanted including kindles.  We had a wonderful day being together, going to church, and remembering the true meaning of Christmas.

 We had so much fun while in Utah!  Olivia loved to go outside.  It was beautiful.  The trees were covered in frost and it looked like a winter wonderland.








Olivia loves to hang out with Katy. Katy always makes sure to make Olivia feel special. She paints her nails and gives Olivia facials. What a lucky girl!   Ethan Loves to play with Hercules, Katy and Jeff's dog.  He even spent his own money to buy Hercules a giant bone.  Hercules wouldn't take his eye off that bone!
One of my favorite things to do, when I am in Utah, is to go to the Tooth Fairy Cupcake Shop!  I love
their cupcakes!

Elijah's 14th Birthday trip to Utah

 

 

 

 

For Elijah's 14th birtday we took a trip to Utah.  We stayed at Katy and Jeff's adorable home in Orem and made frequent trips to Salt Lake City.  We were so lucky to be able to meet up with Rebecca and Chloe as well.

We took a trip to Temple Square to see all the Christmas lights and decorations.  It was beautiful and the first time the kids were able to see the Salt Lake Temple all lite up.

Elijah's Big Birthday Present

For Elijah's 14th Birthday he received the gift of all gifts....A Henry rifle.  Obviously this gift was not my idea, and when he is not using this gun under adult (and trained supervision)this rifle remains in my custody under lock and key and in a safe.  He will soon be enrolled in some safety classes to make sure that he is properly trained.  But other than that disclaimer, he says that it is the best gift that he has ever gotten!
