Mi CAS es su CAS

Hi! We must ketchup! :-D Today I have a card for you that I created with a sketch from my friend Marit. She is in the DT of a Challenge blog called Mi CAS es su CAS and she invited me to be a guest designer this month. I, of course, happily accepted and so, here's my card! I really like this stamp from Paper Smooches! Here in the Netherlands there are not that many card-makers that use the style of Clean And Simple, but I really like that style. And we now see it more and more here and that's why this challenge blog is fun! Do take a look. Hope all is well with you. I'm in London with a few colleagues for work today (and yesterday)! Fun! Hoi! We must ketchup! :-D Vandaag heb ik een kaartje voor je dat ik heb gemaakt met een schets van mijn vriendin Marit. Zij zit in het DT voor een challenge blog, genaamd Mi CAS es su CAS en ze heeft mij uitgenodigd om deze maand gastdesigner te zijn. En dat leek me natuurlijk superleuk en daarom deze kaart van mij. Ik vind deze stempel en tekst van Paper Smooches helemaal super! Hier in Nederland is de Clean And Simple stijl niet zo groot in het kaarten maken, maar dat is wel echt waar ik van hou. En we zien het nu meer en meer en daarom is dit blog ook zo leuk! Ga vooral eens kijken. Ik hoop dat alles goed met je is. Ik zit vandaag (en gisteren) met een paar collega's voor het werk in Londen! Leuk! Ik wens je een heerlijke dag!

Hello! How are you? I hope all well! Today I have this butterfly card for you. I created it with a Stampin' Up! punch and butterfly stamps. And gorgeous little embossed butterflies. I spread them around on the card. The card base is natural white, but it looks plain white on the photo. I used a dark purple on a light purple. I'm curious what you think. Welcome to my new followers, very nice to see you here! Maybe you also saw that my little flower card was showed at Miranda's blog. I was really honored with what she wrote! So sweet! And she's such an enthusiastic person! Well, leaves me to wish you a lovely day!

Hallo! Hoe gaat het met je? Hopelijk alles goed! Vandaag heb ik een vlinder kaart voor je. Die heb ik gemaakt met een Stampin' Up! pons en vlinder stempels. En erg leuk emboste kleine vlinders. Die heb ik verspreid over de kaart. De kaart zelf is van een naturel soort wit, maar het lijkt plat wit op de foto. Ik heb een donkere paars op een lichte paars gebruikt voor de vlinders. Ben benieuwd wat je er van vindt. Welkom trouwens voor m'n nieuwe volgers, erg leuk jullie hier te zien! Misschien heb je ook gezien dat m'n kleine bloemetjes kaartje te zien is op Miranda's blog. Ik voelde me erg vereerd met wat ze schreef! Zo lief! En zij is altijd zo super enthousiast, erg leuk! Nou, rest mij jullie een hele fijne dag te wensen!

Quilled birthday

Hi! Today I have this very, very pink card for you! Pink isn't really my color, but sometimes I do feel like making something pink. I do love the darker pinks, by the way, the ones my boyfriend always calls purple, hi hi. But the lighter ones I hardly use. I made this card for the Retro Sketches #47. They really have fabulous sketches! I see now that the photo isn't all sharp, sorry 'bout that, but it's all dark now, so no use making a new one now... Hope you can still see the idea. I love these quilled shapes, so pretty!! They are from my fave Pti designer, Maile Belles. Hope you like it, thanks for all the sweet comments on my previous cards & see you again soon!

Hoi! Vandaag heb ik deze erg roze kaart voor je! Roze is niet heel erg mijn klaar, maar soms heb je gewoon even zin om iets roze te maken. Ik ben wel gek op de donkerdere rozen trouwens, die mijn vriend altijd paars noemt, hi hi. Maar de lichtere kleuren gebruik ik niet zo vaak. Ik heb deze kaart gemaakt voor Retro Sketches #47. Ze hebben echt geweldige schetsen! Ik zie nu dat de foto niet helemaal scherp is, sorry daarvoor, maar het is nu helemaal donker, dus heeft geen zin meer een nieuwe te maken... Ik hoop dat je nog een goed idee krijgt. Ik vind deze 'filigraan' vormen zo mooi! Ze zijn van mijn favoriete Pti ontwerpster, Maile Belles. Ik hoop dat je hem leuk vindt en bedankt voor alle lieve reacties op mijn vorige kaarten & tot snel weer!

Hello! Hope you are enjoying your weekend! I am, happy to have a weekend inside, with the snowstorm blowing outside. Today I have this flowery card for you, that I created with my new love, Stampin' Up! stamps! I used my In Color markers and a tiny flower stamp and colored that and stamped it lots of times on this card. It was quite a bit of work, but also very relaxing! It's not entirely straight, but I then always say that it's good that you can see it's handmade, ha ha! Stampin' Up! just recently came to the Netherlands and I must admit I really love their products and matching color items, so you'll probably see more cards with their stamps here! Hello! Ik hoop dat je lekker van je weekend aan het genieten bent! Ik wel, blij dat we een dagje binnen hebben vandaag, met die sneeuwstorm die buiten rondraast! Vandaag heb ik dit bloemenkaartje voor je, dat ik heb gemaakt met een nieuwe liefde, Stampin' Up! stempels! Ik heb m'n In Color markers gebruikt en een ieniemienie bloemenstempeltje en deze steeds ingekleurd en vele malen gestempeld. Het was redelijk wat werk, maar wel heel ontspannend! Hij is helaas niet helemaal recht, maar dan zeg ik altijd dat je dan kunt zien dat het handgemaakt is, ha ha! Stampin' Up! is sinds kort in Nederland te krijgen en ik ben er helemaal weg van, moet ik eerlijk zeggen. Mooie stempels en prachtige coördinerende kleurenlijn. Jullie zullen vast nog meer kaartjes met hun stempels zien verschijnen hier! Ik wens je nog een heerlijke dag verder!
