Today? i guess was a bad day for me, scolding and cursing those people who are inconsiderate ... why cant this people just spare a thought for others ? well anyway, all of the unhappiness was just simply replace by her 'craziness', thanks baby PIG! :D for being there to tolerate my nonsenses and brightening my dull times up. :)

Although Daytime was coaching and admin, but what actually happen later in the evening actually brighten up my mood. just simple fries + smile + little 'nonsense' = brighter :)

trg, finally i hit 39 in 50m, yeah ! tiny also hit her PB of 2m in her pet event :) great great :D

my new hair style.
every first sight of it on my head will be a 'WAH, what happen to ur hair??!'

Some say nice, some say weird, some say doesn't suit me...
well something new i would say, but seriously i also don like the back part of the hairstyle, anyway just live with it lar, just for a few weeks. Hairs grow, hairs drop ...

50m Sprint, did break my PB ytd, although not as good as others but it's a shave of 3 sec of my previous PB.

50m fin, sad to say, did not even got near the PB hit during NUS comp..

md: cloudy

unhappy times...

- bad flu + cough + cannot speak properly
- went for a SL interview but cant speak properly due to the phlegm stuck in my throat
- worries over a no batt phone
- home early no dinner, eat together, go alone...
- uncontactable
- when things are not open to each other..
- when TV or other things is more important, just when a listening ears is needed..

bad mood days .. come to an end ...

Coaching Coaching ... then Admin Admin.. okok Nxt was the round de campus relay: Was very dissapointed with those LifeSavers who have sign up but didn turn up, which shows their sense of 'responsibility', haiz. Then was a very relax run, was panting a little and little struggle at first but after those it became a relax run i would say, not slow but there's a momentum there. whoPpeEe manage to hit my PB of 6m 07sec! great gonna aim for 5min alrd =) gonna train hard for national!
