Disney on Ice

Marcia, the girls and I went to our annual Disney on Ice show. It was a great show again this year. It featured, Lion King, Little Mermaid, Lilo and Stitch and Peter Pan/Tinkerbell. Haydn still loves Tinkerbell so that was her favorite part. Hannah's favorite part was Lilo and Stitch (which we have not seen the movie). Thanks Marcia, we had a great time!

Thankful Thursday

Haydn made this on Tuesday at school. She is thankful for my mom, God, my house and my sister.

Tree Lighting at Jordan Creek Town Center

We have Stella and Porter spending the night tonight. YAY! We started the evening out with eating pizza. We then had a surprise for the kids...tree lighting at Jordan Creek. There was live music in the amphitheater. The kids had a great time. The lighting was to start at 6:30 but I think it was closer to 7:00 when it actually started. They had tons of fireworks, which were really loud. Porter spent his whole time with Wes and his ears plugged!

Introducing Carly....

Today Haydn and I went to Build-A-Bear. She asks on the average once a week to go to the mall (aka BAB). She has one bear that she made 2 years ago. I was originally planning on going after Christmas to make the bear but then thought, after Christmas she will have a lot of other new toys to play with that it wouldn't be as special to her. So today was the day. She was thrilled! She knew right away what bear she wanted and then the first outfit she picked up was "the one".

Bras for the Cause Gala

Last night Wes and I went to the Bras for Cause Gala. Marcia was the event chair. It was fun to get dressed up and a night out on the town! A picture of us before we left. Geoff and Wes posing by a poster of Marcia

Today was Haydn's turn for the sharing bag. Each student takes a turn to bring something to school to share. She had to try and give clues for her object without giving it away. We practiced at home to what she was going to say. She did a good job, Mrs TeKippe helped her alittle. The girl that guessed that it was a doll, her name is Lili and Haydn's dolls name is Lilly! How funny!!

She wore a headband to school but for some reason took it off, her hair normally looks better, really!!
