Nothing much happened today.. Tried to study for epidemiology, but it didnt work and i didnt feel like doing so anyway.. So i opened my bio lab book and started making it colourful.. After i've read thru or shld i say colour through all that is being covered so far, off i went to play neopets.. Yes, u've heard me right.. play neopets.. The games there are fun though..

Had a nice chat with Mr Kwok too. Its great to see a different side of ur teachers, the outside-school side.. omg, they are so ultra lame.. Really, its to the ultimate! they referring to pj pe dept.. Anyways, he was saying like if only pj's rugby could be 3% of the all blacks, they would be champions in sg.. Yeah and he was associating it with all the good national teams.. Yups, but i sort of understood better how the leagues work..

went to unipol yesterday.. played pool, table tennis, rowing and ran too..
finally.. i feel healthier now.. haha haf not rowed for a long time.. i rmbr
how i used to get pple to row and sometimes rowed with them too.. rowing is fun
shall go to the gym more often..

finally the eng role-play is over.. well it wasnt too bad, just very impromtu-ish.. we made up the lines as they come along. what can i say! we only really practise for our final thingy like yesterday at sophie's room.. even so we didnt even practise for long cos i needed to go for chem lab and the rest needed to head off for lectures.. so yar lar.. its not too bad that we can even come up with such a show.. and today, the final pieces were put together.. i'm standing at the e-stop now and my legs are just killing me.. cant even walk properly larz.. so much so for formal wear.. but there wasnt much of a choice since our scene was in a business firm.. everyone for whom i mean andrew, sophie and holly looked great today.. i must say all of us looked like some professional in the working world. hahas.. to put it in uglier terms, we i mean i look like someone that rushes for the mrt at 5pm everyday.. hahas yeah i thought so though.

Ever tried sitting in ur backyard or sunning room and watch the world go by? wouldnt that be so marvellous, admiring the sky or the myrid of stars if its at night. yeah i've come to realise that its pretty at night in new zealand especially on a clear night. all that u see are stars sparkling away..
anyways i'm a very very happy girl.. got to talk to my bestie yesterday.. i miss you so much darling.. will be waiting patiently for ur snail mail.. cant wait for our holiday plans if the dates and all coincide yar.. i really hope so though.. yups i'll be waiting for that to happen.. yay.. =)

yay, i've just finished my eng persuasive speech.. was kinda krap i must say.. its an inpromptu speech. u draw a topic and den have like say five mins to prepare what u want to say. it was a good thing my topic isnt too bad. some of my friends got topics on british empire and treaty of waitangi.. i mean i wouldnt know what to say if i really got those. besides, me and sophie got topics that are relatively similar haha so the both of us were like discussing what we were gonna say. yeah and the tutor was at the back telling when ur speech have reached the 1min and 2min mark. yeah otherwise it was alright.

According to peejaysee webbie, this week is International Friendship Week - 11 Apr 2005 (Mon) to 15 Apr 2005 (Fri). There you go! To all my beloved frenz in sg, i miss u guys so so much. I sincerely do hope that even though we are miles and miles apart, that u will still rmbr me and may our friendship go stronger thru this time. for which some have grown stronger than before and no doubt some are beginning to drift apart but yar it should only get better. sorry if i havent been able to be online long enuff to chat with everyone of u.. kinda busy here too with loads of stuff coming up. i promise i will make the effort to catch up when weekend comes..
anyway yar, happy international friendship week. but i guess it goes differently for different countries. i should think so.. yup yup..
bio contruct a lab report test was alright.. just that the options to choose from are so close to each other.. like if u get one wrong, the rest following would be wrong too since the entire thingy has to flow. anyway its over.. phew..
shall continue blogging another time yar, dont really have to mood to blog. cant wait for tmw though, i only have like to be in sch for an hr den i'm off. sleep in! but i think i might go for the early chem lect and have the whole day off rather than have the day off and go at 5 for chem. well whatever, tmw is back to lyall.. yay! finally that guy is gone, he lectures are so so boring. today when he said that it was his last lecture, everyone was like applauding and cheering. and holly was going like: oh my gosh, lyall's back.. den he showed lyall's picture and she said tt he looked so cute there.. hahas, lol.. she has got a sense of humour.. i'm glad to know her..

found out tt one of my friends in aussie is heading back for sg. he has attachment with nus.. cool aye.. yihong, if u r reading this, u r so lucky manz.. paid-for air ticket, study at nus for slightly more than a mnth. yeah, have fun back in sg yeah while i slog in nz.. hahas..

guess what?! allan wu was on fear factor.. cool..
he almost won, but unfortunately fear was a factor for him. rmbr how the host would say to the winner: fear is not a factor for u. in this case, yes it was. but yar, when my bro said and i quote: "aye, allan wu is on tv leh." and i went: u sure a not, why would he be on fear factor.. it was true though. he actually flew all the way half way round the world to compete. interesting.. if only he lowered his cg and hold on longer yar.. just like 20 seconds more or something, he will win and do the republic proud.. anyway yar, he's so fit.. always see him running along commonwealth, outside fairfield (holding sch)..
hmm, maybe if i watch more tv can catch more sg celebs on tv.. (shakes head rache)

a hectic week for a hectic girl.
phew, the week has just gone by. completed heaps of stuff.. and at least the chem terms test is off my back.. so i'm left with summary (mon), construct a lab report (tues), persuasive speech (thurs).. and that shld be about it unless i missed out stuff. oh yes and our role-playing thingy.. had a meeting today and krap, came up with some out-of-the-world examples.. like yar, its so funny.. and we side-tracked so much too.. anyway yar, they are a bunch of great pple to be with. esp with all the dumb comments and side-tracked material.
yeah and i have to catch up with doing BATs for bio and physics.. haha i think its due next week.. plus keep up with lecture stuff for the past week..

lab report is due on tues morning at 8am, i better go to sch earlier.. if not there goes my 2%. and 10% for chemistry will be determined this saturday. Shoot! i better start revising chem after this entry. finally i have finished reading the eng stuff and touching up my lab report, just need to print it out and insert the micrographs.
oh yes, a miracle really did happen to me.. i was doing the ever-so agonising eng bat (some online test) and i did like for a like dunno how many umpteen times.. each time never hitting the perfect score. by the way, if you are wondering YeS! we are suppose to try to get the perfect score, it allows multiple attempts and these scores are given to you. yeah, so i was like super tired of doing english already, it was on adverbs, nouns, forms of writing and all those stuff. obviously i have totally NO idea what is going on at all. cos i have never touched those stuff since pri sch, dont even think we were taught these things.. ok back to the topic, so i prayed tt like the next attempt i would like get full marks and so i can go to be early.. totally exhausted doing that! yeah and my prayer was answered almost immediately. praise be to God.. the power of prayer.. as long as u have faith, i'm sure really anything is possible. it goes to show how real our God is eh.. hmm, and it brings me to another thing. i wondered if u pple realised that on good friday, its always gloomy and raining.. have noticed this since i was still in sg and it still happens even in new zealand. then on easter sunday, it was so sunny and bright, total difference from what it was on friday. and for ur information, it is reall rare that u get a sunny day in Dunedin, when there is a low front hovering around the tasman.. the next day, it was gloomy, pouring and freezing. again, it really shows how real our God is. thanks be to God!
