Audrey turns 5!

This year we celebrated Audrey's birthday on Easter Sunday since her real bd was only a few days earlier. We went to Memaw and Pop's house for the festivities.

One excited little girl!

Ready to open presents.

Memaw got Audrey a cuddleupit- of course, it's an alligator!

Showing Memaw some gratitude!

Audrey chose a Lalaloopsy cake.

Grandma sent Audrey many Lalaloopsy treasures!

Notice daddy sleeping in the background.

Daddy and Mommy got Audrey a new bike!

Happy Birthday, Audrey.  We love our little Tooters!

Easter Sunday

The Easter Bunny came! Payton was the first to wake up - 5:30, so we got an early start to the day.

Easter bunny brought all the girls an umbrella...

and sunglasses...

and flip flops...

And many other great things, but one of the coolest things the girls got for Easter was a kit of caterpillars.  You get to watch the whole process of them building a chrysalis and turning into butterflies.

All dressed up for church in pretty Easter dresses.  Today was Stake Conference so we were able to hear some amazing talks from General Authorities.

 Having fun with silly string!

The girls had such a fun Easter.  After church, Memaw & Pop joined us for a yummy dinner after which we hunted plastic eggs filled with goodies that the Easter bunny hid. In addition to the loot from the Easter bunny and the basket of goodies from Memaw & Pop, they also received Easter cards with money from Grandma and cards and chocolates from Grandpa and Nana!

Easter Stuff

My mom hosted the girls for a fun day of coloring Easter eggs, eating yummy treats, and hunting eggs.  She always has everything set up so cute for the girls.  She even had a full basket for each of them.  They are so spoiled:)

Here they are coloring their eggs and sporting bunny ears and Uncle Harold's t-shirts!

Let the hunt begin!

Daddy is blowing bubbles for Audrey.  FYI: if you buy Crayola's colored bubbles, and they pop and splatter green all over your child's limbs, clothes, and hair- Don't worry! It does wash out!

Audrey is showing Memaw some love!

Pop is the best hider of eggs!  He hides and helps find eggs over and over and over again until the girls are finally done. What a good sport!

I know it looks like Leah and Payton are not having fun hunting for eggs- but I promise they are~ the sun is in their eyes so they are squinting.

We had a very fun and exhausting day.  Thank you Memaw & Pop for always
making the holidays so special!
