Once upon a time, my mommy took me to the most wonderful store in the whole wide world, Dollar Tree. I was amazed at all the toys that covered the shelves. My mommy said I could get lots of toys because they were all ONLY A DOLLAR. I quickly chose a book, a shovel, a pail, and more sand toys to play with outside. Then...... I saw them! The most beautiful things I had ever seen in my ENTIRE 10 months. Two pink and purple beaded necklaces and a TIARA with pink feathers. From the moment my mommy put them on me I became a PRINCESS.
When we got home the fun really began. Mommy said I could wear them all day if I wanted.
If I had known these would make me so happy I would have asked my mommy for them a long time ago. After all, they were only a dollar.
After getting all situated in my comfy chair, I began to check out my new book about dinosaurs taking a bath. Who knew that dinosaurs have to get in the bath tubby too?
After I finished my book, Mommy turned on my favorite show The Backyardigan's.
I sat and watched my show princess style.
I took a quick break from my show for a photo shoot because my mommy thinks that I have to have my picture made every single time that I smile. I have tried to explain to her that I will be smiling for a very long time...... But I think she is kind of obsessed with me.
She even got out the Photobooth app on her phone. I wanted to scream, "Geez mom give me a break!"
Then finally my Boogie came over. I knew I was safe from the evil camera for at least a little while. I climbed into her lap and showed her my new dinosaur book. She even let me wear her glasses around my neck. Boy, do I love my Boogie.
We went outside to watch Daddy grill the chicken.
Then Boogie fed me my dinner and she EVEN let me keep my tiara on!
Just when I thought the coast was clear, my mommy came back with her evil camera and once again she is making me pose even though I can't even hold this 8 ounce glass bottle up because I am so tired. Being a princess will surely wear you out. After daddy gave me my bottle, mommy picked me up and carried me far away to my room. She gave me a big kiss, turned on some lullabies, and told me she loved me to the moon and back. As I sat there waiting to fall asleep I thought to myself that I am probably the luckiest little princess in the whole wide world. As soon as I can talk, I am going to tell my mommy how cool she is for letting me get that dollar tiara. I can't wait to do it all over again. GOOD NIGHT!
