So far I had a wonderful CNY hols with my family and loved ones..

Fri eve was dinner after work @ Newton; celebrating my future FIL's BD.

Then Sat was the usual makan-tido, makan-tido at JB.

Sun was our family's bbq with cousin's future in law's at the void deck's pit.

Tuesday, we watched my fren's daughter playing the band at the Istana's open house, watched EpicMovie @ Vivo, and met up with his parents at PS's starbucks for a chat before heading home to end our long hols..and oh, i got myself a new pair of shoes at PS too. The 2 Lins visited Sab n her newborn today.

Who else? Me n Linda of cos.

Evetho ive never met her before, can recognise her from her pics on her blog. Heh..i guess im easy to recognise too.

We made our way to Lot 1's Kiddie Palace. My first time in a baby shop. Everything's so cute!! Cant wait for my own bundles of joy so that i can parade the tiny tot in cute n adorable shirts!

Anyway, Sab, no offence. But your place is really like jin bertendang seh..Its really, really far from civilization!! Ugh! We had to walk quite abit before reaching her home. Haha! It doesnt help that i was kind of tired from the journey oredi, and that my dried contact lens were kinda start to irritate me. hehe..

When we reached there, Amsyar was busy giggling and gurgling at himself. Sab told us, got once her mum asked what Amsyar is doing. Her reply: "Kat bawah, main bola mak". Haha!! She was like Duh...what else can her baby do aside from sleeping n drinking her susu cap gantung hor?

We chat quite abit with Sab, catching up with juicy bloggers gossips and all. Heh..

That reminds me, the infamous Azli n KakLis got married last weekend. No wonder so long never blog; busy saving up for duit kemah it seems. :)

It felt like i was having a hangover today. My gorriness was in its extreme level. It was only about few minutes after my extra caffeinated morning coffee that it kind of take effect. I was able to talk better instead of just mumbling jargons..Haha! Really..Its that bad..

Its not as if i had a rough wkend or something. Hmm..let me see..

Sat

The love lost his hp -yet again-. Appearantly, this time, its been stolen at his station. Bloody idiot. (i meant the thief of cos).

Anyway, i had a very wonderful Saturday with my parents. All we did was to eat and sleep the whole day. Hehe!! After Subuh, we went straight to JB and have our usual breakfast of Todai paper for me, Tosai masala for mum, and Tosai kosong plus Canai-mandi for Dad. Then we went home to rest for abt an hr or so. (means sleeping for me). Then its off to Giant Tampoi for our shopping. I bought a pair of very comfy shirts that cost me RM60 for both. I like it very much.

Later, its back home to sleep again. Noon, we wake up for lunch, solat, and sleep again. Late noon, its sweeping for me while parents went for a date and brought back fried bananas and stuff for tea time. After Solat Maghrib, their friends dropped by, so we bought satay and cooked Kway Teow. But when they left, we "have to" finished the food lah. Haha!

So there...our whole Sat was spent lepaking around and "bayar dendam" with our "man hours of sleeping time". Lol!! It was great!!

Sun

After Subuh, i helped mum abit in the kitchen, then it was back in SG for some shopping at Sheng Shiong-AMK. Then back home to cook Kway Teow for my laling, jemput2 for the picnic with AFYians, and helped mum to cook Nasi Lemak and bubur kacang merah/durian for my aunt's chalet.

By noon, i gave up and asked for "time out" from mum to BATH and got myself ready before the love picked me up for the day.

He came over for his lunch then collect his new SIM card at PS.

I was abit shagged cos too tired. I was even abit groggy wen we reached EastCost.

I tink Shla was infected with that blank-look syndrome dispersed by Wan. When i snapped this pic, she's like "Oh, you're taking my pic is it?". Duh! Haha!

Oh btw, Shla loves wearing badges instead of brooches. This is one of my favourite. Very funky. Very Brutal. I like!

We seeked refuge from a drizzle at McD. Lucky us its just a passing cloud.

When we returned to the beach, me n Shla decided to rent a bike and cycle all the way to Bedok Jetty and back again.

We stopped by these therapy stones which she gave up not even half way through. Haha!

The group were playing a round of frisbee when me n Shla reached back at our spot. My conctact lenses were already too dried up to join the game.

So i just enjoyed a good read while lying down. Very nice.

I never played the frisbee. Just hold it gd enough lah kan? Hehe!

At around 6, all of us went our spearate ways...and we made our way to my aunt's chalet at PasirRis.

Herm...so busy till no time to update liao..This is gona be one very long entry..

Wednesday

One of my favourite technicians bid us goodbye when he quit the company to join a much better paying government agency. Good for him. Hope he'll strive to be a better worker, husband and father to a new 2nd baby girl..

Anyway, by right, that Wednesday im suppose to take halfday leave and meet up LL for lunch and shopping at vivo. Sekali that makcik kena diarrhea. Heh..Cian dier..So since i got nothing to do till the match later that night, i decided to postpone my leave to the next day lah.

After work, I met up with Jaja and the gang at the stadium. This makcik klaka seram you know. When i reached Kallang MRT, she said she's already at the front of East entrace by the apek-jual-icecream. When i reached there, there were so many apeks selling ice cream laio! so i called up and asked her which apek she's referring about. She said, the one that wears red cap. Wahsey..u tink onli one apek wear red cap is it?? haha!! But you know lah..the network down there sucks right..? So i just ask her to look out for a minah dakwah in red top n pink scarf. It was a big relief to finally saw her. So many ppl mah..So abit kanchiong lor..

As i was about to enter the stadium, i heard a someone shouting my name and i turned around to see Syu! She's one of my laling's JI pals. She was with Husnol and Faizal if im not mistaken. But didnt see them.

By then, it was already 7+, and everyone was already running around to find the best seats. We got a gd spot somewhere near the goal post with the active scoreboard.

Once seated and made myself comfy, i got a call from Mar. She's right under the scoreboard along with Nur and Shla. Since the game hasnt start yet, i decided to drop by at their place for abit of a chat. SG scored a goal while i was there. The crowd went crazy seh..It caught me n Shla by surprised. So we jst Sat there staring at each other. Haha!!

Then, it was back to joining Jaja. One of her fren very funny one. Kept asking, "Kawan Jaja tak makan?", "Kawan Jaja tak minum?" Weh, you tink i no name is it? Ceh..Anyways, the bunch of peeps were really funny. Love their antics. Heh..

A pity i didnt get to meet Abg Alif. He's somewhere at the opposite goalpost. After the game, he called me up when i was already in the cab, almost reaching home. Hw to meet like that?? hehe! Lincah right? Thats bcos i went off by 9.30 to beat the crowd :p

Anyways, this time, he went for his buds instead. Pity his boys. Cannot folow cos got skool! Nyahahaha! This Abang of mine very the semangat you know! Last Sat's game he brought his two kids along. Grandstand s'more! But kids will still be kids. They onli enjoyed the Kallang Wave onli! hehe!

I still remember when i told him the day before that im going for the Wed's game, he exclaimed, "Aik? Tengok sekali terus dah jadi gila bola??" Lol!

Thursday

I took half day yesterday. Happy2 work on my project, taking my own sweet time. By 12.30 sharp, my laling came to fetch me. We first went to Maybank at Geylang to cash in some money. Then walked over to Nora's Apperal to get myself a new blouse. Really like that label. Up to date, i got about 7 blouse and a couple of jubahs. Love their cutting.

Afterwards, it was off to the Expo to kepo2 at the Bridal event. Happy cos the place not crowded yet, so the stall owners were very "warm" and kept insisting on us to "have a seat and look around". We just kept smiling and nodding. Heh..Only when im quite interested with their packages do i asked more about it.

We then went to Cineleisure to check out the e-2max thingy. Its a cool place. I instantly fall in love with it! I find it to be a great way to unwind and relax with a small group of close frens.

We rented Zoolander; which i had a gd time laughing, and he had gd time sleeping half the movie. Ceh. After the movie ended, we still got half and hour to spare, so he fooled around on my laptop for a while.

Afterwards, it was dinner at Long John, furniture browsing at Mellenia Walk, and enjoying some quiet moments together at the rooftop of Esplanade.

Sigh...i was in cloud nine. Moments like these made me sayang him much, much more. Mayb im a bit of a romantic freak. So when i'm with him, i tend to enjoy more of moments of togetherness then in groups. Its lovely.

But check out the pics we took. The 1st one, he asked me, hw come he's nt smiling. Can ah? Nvr smile and ask me hw come his pic nt smiling? The second one is very cute. He got that "Anjat Boboi" look. But the last one is the best lah..

Btw, yesterday is one of those rare days that we went dutch. I offered to pay half of everything except for parking fees. I cant bear to take him for granted. He need to survive til our marriage too. Plus, i'm the type that if-youre-not-petty-with-me, im-not petty-with-you type. My principles are simple. "Youre good to me, I'm good to you." And vice-versa. So there.

*Oh yah. LL, you do owe me one! :p heh..kidding..take care orait? I know hw it feels dearie!

**Slamat's getting married this CNY!! Omigosh! So soon! Kihkihkih!! He onli got engaged last Dec. Met his lass during last raya's outing..Nw suddenly getting married..Gosh..

My foster mom just came back from Haj few days ago. Today, she dropped by with lotsa souvenirs; which includes the standard zamzam, kurma and stuff. Not forgetting my favourite item; scarves of course.

Anyways, afterwards, its off to Nana's (an exclassmate) Majlis Cukur Rambut for her newborn at Woodlands..Another girl it seems. But i forgot her name ah..Today i abit selenger..Cos i went to see the baby, but i spent time talking with my exclassmates instead of goo-goo-ga-ga-ing at the baby. Its been ages since i last saw them. So we got a little excited. Heh..

Anyways, most of em are married with toddlers or kids on tow. But becos we are from madrasah, they children's name...Masya Allah, very the fancy liao..all of em name their kids in arabic. But the names are nice. Lots of Humairahs. Haiya...ive been wanting to name my little junior by Wardah Humairah; but it seems that the name is quite common nowadays. Have to think of a new one now. Bleargh!

Frankly, much to my emberassment, ive lost touch with my arabic language. Mayb when the time junior pops out, i'll have my girlfriends to help me translate a beautiful name. That reminds me, did you know that Ustaz Fatrish got a younger sis by the mane of Maghfiratul Istighfarah (if im nt mistaken). Chim huh?

Well, since most of them came with their spouse and kids, I was kind of the odd one out. Poor me. He already told me that Sun is his family day. So i didnt wanna disturb him, and decided to be a singleton for the day. I already got my "fair" share of his Sat. Setakat spending a few hours at VivoCity where we end up getting me a pair of crocs (sponsored by yours truly) and watching a movie je. Haiz..Unlike other cpls, we only get to spend time together once a week. If we get to spend more then that, its a bonus for me of course. Sape tak rindu tunang sendiri seh...

*Korang mana tau aku nyer susah? Hehe!

Sumarni now works at Kinokuniya and Aidah at a childcare cntr as a part time teacher while taking her Pengajian Islam Dip every Saturday. (Mum offered to pay for it if im interested. Yay!!! Alhamdulillah!) Whereas the host; Nana is a secretary at a law firm.

Aferwards, me and parents visited my uncle who just came back from Haj with his wife few days ago. I got a scarf and a pair of nylon sox. They didnt forget my fiance too. Heh..they forgot his name it seems..

Went for the SG-MY soccer match last night. First soccer match for me, so i didnt know what to expect. There were tons of cussing from die hard fans..At first i was abit taken back by the unison but*h after a specific airhorn or whistle signal. But after a while, i got used to it and just enjoyed the show.

haiz...i think ive gained weight liao...my tummy getting more boncit and pipi getting mre tembam..

yesterday i casually told the love that i think that ive put on weight, came the innocent reply: "Yah. Tadi masa i amek you kat keje kan..When youre walking towards the car, i tgk u makin berisi." wahsey...then i buat muke selamba and say "i senang ati pe..?" hehe!

well, blame the crummy weather lah. constantly making me hungry always. there are mre "Kak...lapar...(hungry)" moments at work. Mind you. Not just me. So is Andrew. Kakak have been our tempat mengadu everytime lapar. Or was it everytime we see her became lapar?? Lol!!

Once she asked Andrew how come everytime we see her face, we always put on our saddest look and croak "Kak...lapar..." to her. He cheekily replied that her face is as round as a hamburger. Thas y we instantly became lapar. Haha!

Anyways, now i make a point to eat before 7. Right after work. If i missed dinner, then forget about it. But if really lapar, then i just ate 2 slices of wholemeal berad. Thats all. The skipping have been a gd fren of mine the past few days. But i cant skip for long lah. No stamina liao. Herm..for someone whu hasnt been in a gd shapre for the looooongest time in her life, whats the best way to start a healthier lifestyle eh? I feel like picking up a sport. But mind you. ive never tried any sports before. It has only been the occasional lets-do-something during our get-together sessions. Bleargh!

Herm...funny. Suddenly nowadays im getting much closer to the future cousin in law. We've been emailing each other more then once daily. Its fun to have someone to share you thoughts with. Not everyone can be your friend. Sometimes we bore them without knowing. Haiz..

That reminds me. No matter how busy i am, ive never throw a fren away without any concrete reason. But it seem someone who so-called labelled himself as my "best friend" did that to me. Oh well. Dont care lah. Asal kau bahagia lah nak..
