The messy bun

Have been raining and storming a lotttttt the past week, flooding in areas, no power, delays, blablabla. And on top of that, VERY VERY HUMID!

So I've been wearing a bun to keep my neck clear too.. and I found another way to tie the messy bun, esp the very loose hair bun, I forgot where I grabbed this pic from, but I thought I'll share it with you guys :)

 

 I mean, its great for lazy, bed hair days(which I get a lot from the humid!!) and a rush, also which I'm living up with everyday cus of work :( I have to get up at 8:30am, can't believe I woke up at 10am sharp naturally even today when I have no work, my sleeeeeeeep...

Nothing sucks more than having to cook after coming home from a long day of work. But it's good in a way cus I can cook whatever I like to eat hehehe and however I like to cook it, lolol. My fav edamame ad soba hehehheeee

So after I bought my 2012 diary/planner I actually started liking cath kidston stuff! Hehee found these cute travel sets and ended up buying the 3 little polka dotted hand creams :)

Anyone likes them?? :) I can bring them back to sg too:)

CNY

Sucks to not be back in Sg at this festive season, seriously sigh, although I had great fun with my friends yesterday at Brisbane reunion dinner, but im seriously not in the right mood. I should be dressed in new clothes new shoes and whatnot, first day would be Bai nian with my close ones and then head over to a big breakfast with homemade thousand-ingredients-popiah and fun filled of joys and laughters, all the relatives, uncle aunties that I always forget what I have to call them, my relative circle is just wayyy to big for me to remember their names until now and how they are related, yes no joke, I still don't remember. And always of course, new babies to add to the family tree blablabla. And not forgetting all the new year goodies, I love their homemade pineapple tarts and peaches!! Don't know where they buy those super big and sweet peaches but I only get to eat them every cny!

And the someone that I will miss and always miss forever during this season is my grandparents esp my grandpa, cny is always better with him even though he always sits there chatting with some other uncles but it's always good to know that he's having some good time as well seeing all the grandchildren grown up and healthy.

I miss everyone back in Sg, should've went back for cny. My fav start of the year is always CNY because I will have the best days of my year to kickstart the good year ahead. But now 2012 just seems to be rolling, Jan will soon be over, can't even feel the mood. And of course the many many red packets that I love opening when I get home! Teehee!! And reunion dinner one after another everyday!

Okay seriously, put that aside but I'm still glad to be spending cny with my mum this year, cus she's always in aust when we go back for cny, but finally this year we get to spend it tgt after 3 yrs.

So yes, I've only had one red packet whereas all of you will have tons and are thinking to either save it up or splurge on smth, last year I used it to buy my G12 hahaha which I barely even use it now -_- so anyway, Happy Chinese New Year everyone, hope all of you will have a good time with your family and enjoy your holidays :)

The dinner at room 81 was sooo good omg appetizer, entree, main, pre dessert and a bit of everything dessert!! They were all so good they all deserve a picture on their own too hahaha. Dinner with my lovely my mummy and brother ^^ Happy Chinese New Year to all and I love you all :)

2012 Diary!!!

Cath Kidston super cute diary! I got mine delivered to be late because this was sold almost everywhere online and I couldn't even get it paying double the price!! But it was soo cute I got it on eBay for 22USD in the end :/ oh well, I received it today and then found out the actual price was actually 12USD -.- fml, but I really love it and it lasts me for a year so, I'll be happy whenever I use it! :) which is quite often because half of my January is all filled with my rosters time sheet. Planning on a trip with some friends now, Melbourne or Bali, can't decide. Anyway, I just came back not long ago from my reunion dinner with mummy and bro <3 at Sofitel's room 81. The food was soo good it deserves a post on it's on and photos too haha but it's late now and I'm going to bed, 10hr shift tmr,

Has been like this for the past 2 weeks, don't even know how long I can last till for.. I don't even have to wake up this early for uni. Bless me.. -.-

Quack r duck

Went on the ride cus we could go on for free!! Yay!! Thanks Tinapoo ^^ been here for like almost 7yrs now and have never been on the duck ride, pretty cool experience and we got to see like super big and luxurious houses! This is what I call luxurious man! Waterfront, jet ski, boats, and helicopters(wtfz), and houses build out of 3 blocks of land. Omgz, and I think one of them were Jackie Chan's house as said by the guide haha.

Anyway, I've been updating this space as promised right!! ^^

Ohoh, and we were at a frd's mansion and went to catch crabzz lol, look carefully, we put a bra wash net to
put the fish LOL

Catch ups

Yayy my 9 lovable friends came down all the way from brissy on my off day just to have dinner with me hahaha, so much love srsly. And this is bobo, my bro hehe.
And this morning I had to open the shop at five to 10, was no joke man, it was storming and shit my umbrella cannot maintain too.

A break from the lack of sleep

Have been working too much over the 5days and I've been struggling waking up at like 8:30am everyday.. Super sleepy right now, don't even have the appetite to eat... But now I can finally sleep a lil more!! 2 days off never felt so good.

Back to work

Haven't work since the day after boxing day and again, new boutique opened! Yay! 31hr shifts a week but still pretty good ^^ hehe gonna save money and not long I can't treat myself to something and pay a quarter of my uni fees myself :) I know a quarter is not a lot but I think that's really what I can earn in this holiday :/ sighh money is hard to earn srsly, gotta stop myself from buying bits and pieces here and there.

Anyway, the new boutique is more of a funky and cool store, so I have to dress in jeans and no more lady look with heels, blings and stuff. Painted my nails black now too.

Thursday GC

Colin Anthony and Danny came down to GC with Anthony's new ride and we went to eat and shop eat and shop, lolol. Also my last chillax day before the work roster kicks in ;) our dinner was the crispy pig trotters at the German(forgot the name) restaurant, love it
