We were able to go to Crieve Hall's Breakfast with Santa this past Saturday for our 2nd year in a row. Breakfast with Santa you ask??? Are you crazy-it's only early November. Well, Santa has to do breakfast early in the season because he goes to Texas to visit lots of kids there. This year was special because Aunt Martha and Uncle Matt were able to bring our cousin, Morgan, who is about 2 1/2 months old. We sang a few Christmas carols in the auditorium and Santa came out. We were really proud of Abbie because we didn't know how she would do with Santa. Although she looked a little nervous she got right up on his lap this year without someone having to hold her or something. Yay Abbie! We had a delicious breakfast in the gym at their church and visited with friends and family. Nana and Paw-paw were there, Uncle Phil, Aunt Martha, Uncle Matt, Morgan and some of Uncle Matt's family as well. After we had breakfast, we waited to have our pictures made with Santa. Then, the girls were able to make some cute Christmas crafts and we were able to get a few more pictures (the girls were really tired of pictures by the end). I was so happy to find matching dresses for the girls. It was not easy at all this year. I really did not think it would work and then it did! =) We had a good time visiting with Santa and spending some time with family.
