Snow!

Last year, after the first (and only) big snow storm. Leila begged Jared to make a snow man. He said he would on the next big storm. Poor Leila had to wait a year...

...But she got her snowman!

This was the greatest night of Conrad's life. He would take candy from people's bowls and put it straight into his mouth.

Jared took Conrad home early and I kept trick-o-treating with Leila. When I got home, Jared had let Conrad eat all his candy. He was wired and crazy! He woke us up in the middle of the night puking. It was awesome! Thanks, Jared.

Leila's School Pumpkin Patch

This is the 2nd year Leila has gone to the pumpkin patch with her class. She loves all the fun things her teacher plans for them. It's great that her teacher takes the time to do this each Halloween.

They learned about pumpkins and how they grow. Then they had a scavenger hunt.

They had to find all the things on their paper.

Then it was off to the Corn Maze.

Then they went to the barn to paint pumpkins, read a book, and eat pumpkin cookies with milk.

We all had so much fun. I'm sad we won't get to go with her class next year.
