test

Elder William Urban - 1/22/2020

It is awesome to hear that everyone is going to start getting in better shape. I'm glad to be blessed to be in a mission that stresses eating right and exercising. If i don't then i have a possibility of gaining 20lbs in a week, no kidding. I need to be careful.

Sounds like the camp out was fun. It snowed like crazy the other day and made it so that all our appointments and meetings were canceled and for an added bonus the power to the entire city of kanab was out for the night. It came back on in the middle of the night and all the lights woke me up. It was a great first full day for my companion Elder Goodman.

I will stay in Kanab this transfer. I will be training a new missionary named Elder Goodman. I will also be District Leader.

Elder Goodman is from Missouri and is the youngest of 7. 4 brothers and 2 sisters. He lived all his life on a big Cow Ranch. He loves to hunt and go spelunking.

I'm excited to know what kind of trials and miracles will happen this transfer.

Love,
Elder William C. Urban

P.S. for the kettle ball thing, if there would be any sort of work out or exercise manual thing that comes with it that would be great to have cause i don't know to much about what to do with that thing. Thanks.

Transfers are coming up soon so i will keep you posted. There will be 24 new missionaries this transfer.

I have been looking around for something small i could carry around from transfer to transfer and do some strength training like a small weight or something. This one guy showed me what he got for Christmas and it was perfect. So i would like to ask for an early birthday gift. If you could, and if you can't thats fine, but if you can find a KettleBell or PowerBell or something like that and order one for me over the internet because i can't get one locally that would be awesome! But if you can't thats fine, i don't know how much they cost. Thanks.

The weather is real nice down here. Never too cold and not a lot of snow. Yeah... real nice.

Note by editor: Elaine sent him the bell on 1/25/2010. Also, about the weather comment see upcoming posts

It was awesome to hear from you. New years was a blast with a 6hr long district activity. There were fireworks too.

It is now the year 2010.

Happy New Year!
