This will REALLY be my last post.
I'm here to announce my new web.
But wait, haha.
i'm now listening to Kaichou was Maid Sama's Drama CD track 3.
Its SUPER FUNNY.
But its in Japanese, so i dont know if i'm understanding the correct things.
And Usui's voice is so sexayyyyye. HAHAHAHA.
But i dont really like Misaki's voice, so lowwwwwwww.
Something like Twilight-ish.
HEEHEE but no offence.
It'd be great if they'd come up with an anime!
Now i'm just listening to voices, and its super exciting already.

Just an update with whats going on in my life.
If anybody (especially friends) read this, i just want to say sorry.
Sorry for mixing up dates (to MMuSiC), sorry for leaving early (to the juniors), and sorry for rejecting outings (to everybody).
Just that my results have been pretty bad lately, and i have to work very hard, and catch up before school reopens.

ENG SOON
Okay, one last post before i REALLY switch over to weebly.
And surprise! Its gonna be about OBS.
It wasnt as bad as i thought it would be, really.
Because i didnt really go there with expectations.
I knew that if i thought too much into it, something bad will happen e.g. falling sick
So i didnt exactly go there with a positive mindset, but not with a negative one either.
But i regret to say i thought too much into the high element, so i didnt do it.
I mean, only about 6 people could get on it at any one time, and each person took an average of 20 mins, and there were like 30 people, and many wanted to go on the med, including me, so i had lots of time to think about what would happen once i'm on it. And then i suddenly got this wave of nausea then i decided, heck, i dont want to do it. So i didnt.
But i'm proud to say that Jetty Jumping was so much better. Because the everybody was co-operate and courageous, and it was quick.
AND I'M DAMN PROUD OF AMLA. WOOH!~ She managed to do it! Yay!
Oh i just realised to mention the people in Eng Soon Watch ONE :)

Eng Soon totally 'painted the town red', haha.
I think we were the most enthu watch around, we kept singing wherever we went, be it our Eng Soon Cheer, or the beer bottle song (which drove Regine totally nutty).
I think there were many points where our group did exceedingly well, and some points where we disppointed Kiah (shucks, i was totally the Day 2 I/C?), but overall, i feel that as Eng Soon, we managed to overcome these odds and adversities and embark on our own Outward Bound Journey. I'm pretty sure that everybody left with a stronger desire to manage their own life and bring out the best in themselves.
Anyway, on the first day, everybody was awkward around each other, because we didnt know each other that well. So it was just like sticking to our pairs and whatever. But being Eng Soon, we gradually gained spirit and lame, sick and gory jokes started spewing from each other's mouth. even pick-up lines, haha :)
We did trust fall, and i think that made everybody considerably more comfortable around each other, because anybody knows that the name 'Trust Fall' suggests Trust has to be present for one abandon all fears and simply fall into the hands of 'strangers'. And that, marked the start of our 5 days.
Anyway, i got closer to a few others besides Amla (lucky table mate! :)) and i found out that there was ALOT of ex-Rafflesians in our watch!

Anyway i didnt know Regine was from Raffles, i totally got a shock when she came down wearing the Raffles Grad Tee. Then it was her turn to get a shock when she found out i was from Raffles too. :)
But she was from 6G, then i'm from 6C, so yeah, its pretty normal to not know each other, Yellow+Blue and Red+Green are always seperated. :(
But then Clare was from 6D, then the first question she asked me at OBS was: 'Do you stil keep in contact with Gulshan?'
Then i suddenly felt guilty, cos' i had meant to kept in contact with her (we used to be very close), but i guess we just drifted apart.
But anyway! Regine IS THE FUNNIEST person on Earth, especially her reaction to the beer bottle song, and when i used her 1.5 l bottle to smack Amla's butt and whatever. HAHA. She's so cute!
Anyway, carrying tent during trekking is THE WORST. I almost gave up as well when Amla had abit of difficulty breathing, but aiyah, just ping la, i thought, so i ping-ed, and i was UBER glad when we reached the public camp.
Throughout the 4 days i shared tent with Amla and Sarah Teo, but Niveetha sneaked in on the 3rd and 4th night to sleep with us, and talked nonsense into the dead of the night. It was damn funny, because Niveetha is a funny person by nature, and everybody always laughs at her jokes :D
Kayaking was fun! We saw jellyfish and all that, and i had to sit behind Amla and paddle and rudder and whatnot, because Amla was lighter and whatever. And Amla totally made me annoyed on that day, because whenever we rafted, she didnt help to pull the kayaks close together, and the people in the other Kayak was not co-operating as well, and i had to use all my arm strength to keep the two kayaks together, in the midst of incoming tides! And it was VERY VERY difficult, because me and Amla were near the front of the raft. Terrible lah. And i think at that time all i was thinking of was 'Thank god i play the trombone, then got muscles'. HAHA. Ironic lor. Because i was thinking of Band when the rest of the band were IN band. And the sec 3s were OUTWARD BOUND. :)
Okay whatever, i dont know if you get the irony.
But otherwise, Kayaking was definitely the HIGHLIGHT. Because of our accomplishment; 12-13 km around Pulau Ubin in 4 hours when the average time other groups took was 8-10! :) WOOHOO~ We did it! Envy us, please :)
And its all thanks to Alyssa and Priya and Elin and all the other Sea-Ex leaders for being AWESOME and EFFICIENT and ENCOURAGING and POSITIVE and DETERMINED. :)
And i was totally glad when i got the White Dry-Fit OBS Tee, it was significant moment; i was part of the OBS Alumnus, graduated, got the cert., to signify my completion of the basic skills of the OBS Course in the Campus. From then on, it was the beginning of MY OWN journey. :)
Okay.
I'm heading down to Bras Basah now to get Pop Scores, books and magazines.
And then tomorrow theres results checking the whole day until 3, -shudder-.
I think (pause) I DID WELL!
Must be positive, even though deep down i fear getting crappy results.
I know how my maths and sciences are.
I hope for my languages to do well!
And zomg, after that is band.
I have to BRING THE TROMBONE TO SCHOOL TOMORROW.
AND MY CLASS IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE BLOCK SITUATED ON HIGHER GROUND.
AND I HAVE TO USE THE ROTUNDA TO GET UP THERE AND DOWN.
AHAHHAHAHAHHA

But other than that, i'm looking forward to playing the trombone again; because Monday is sectionals, probably means lots of playing :)

Anyway, this will be my last blog post before i switch to a web. I've got it up and running already, but not totally switched over yet.
And something struck me a few weeks back.
During PE when we were playing pickleball, we had a change of partners after a while and i got paired with Beverly and Tessa got paired with SiYing. And Beverly's a badminton player, so obviously she's really good, and with her leading, you could say that i could happily follow along. And i dont know why i suddenly could hit the ball when Ms T came over. Maybe i got too stressed or something. :P
But then, anyways, Tessa suddenly asked 'Do you do sports outside? You can play!" And i totally stood there shell shocked. I was playing the worst (okay maybe second/third worst) sport in my life and someone was actually praising me on my skills? o.0
Diyls and SiYing can definitely be witness to my terrible Badminton +pickle ball skills, especially SiYing, haha i think the both of us spent more time running after the ball than playing it! XD
I cant wait for the holidays. Its TWENTY EIGHT TO JUNE HOLS (yesh i counted).
Then i'm going to present to Mummy and Daddy my ideas for the June Holidays (no more Taiwan :/) and catch up on my work.
I want to have a 'no-homework week' :(
Anyway. Just a simple update. My brain cells are being consumed with AMaths and all those formulas right now. Later it'll kick out the formulas and hardcore Geography facts will be replaced. Like Erosional Processes (urgh), Tourism Impacts (urgh urgh), Diagram Drawing (urgh x3) and LORMs (urgh x4!!!) Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaahlau, i dont understand what is this about my essays. I cant seem to do them right. Be it lit, ss or geog, its like all totally ...
Anyway, i shall not be depressed! Its ONE MORE WEEK to the end of Mid Years, and SEVEN DAYS to OBS! But still. I totally dont want OBS can. :/
Anyway i didnt know Ella was related to Jodie! The world is so small, haha.
And the NDS Lite is so pretty! I want to introduce Daddy some games that Justine recommended me. Haha. Okay i'm sorry for being lame.
Exams just does...stuff to one's brain cells.

HOHOHO i love my penpalsssssssssssssssssssssss. Xie xie ni men Molly, Xaviera, Luzie, Elina, Airi, Sylwia and YouXuan! :DDDDDDDD
Anyway. I'm so dead okay, i really should have better time management. I havnt finished any hw. And i'm gonna sleep in 4 hours. And i still have eng amath emath phy chi geog and lit to do. Way to go!!!!
I bet all people will go like 'Tsk. Sec 3 already ah! I know you're in band, but thats all the more reason to have excellent time management! You cannot be so slack okay, remember all your teacher's words!'
Yeah. I'm probably putting the band ics to shame. But how to motivate me luhhhhhhhhhh.
Anyway i'm in the midst of the Eng Compo now, and i'm writing about the TK exchange! I really couldnt think of anything else, because if i write about other stuff, it wont be so moving as something that has recently happened, because all the feelings are cold already. So, band it will be! ^^
I'm starting chem/phy tuition with Diyls this tues! Damn cool, the teacher is called Terence, i think. At first Diyls was like 'Hes called Trevor', then i totally went 0.0 (christine!!!!), but then she was like 'no, its terence. HAHAHA'. -.-

Anyway, venue will be alternated at each other's houses! HAHA cant wait, its gonna be funnnnnnn~!
Oh Yani just bought me Teens today, she came in saying that 'Hey got JJ on the cover!' And i went high lah, of course. :D I wonder if WeiShan has it yet. Hm, maybe i should bring it to school tomorrow and show her. I bet she'll scream like nobodeh's business. XD
And i'm reading manga again recently! Because Skip Beat, Mei Chan no Shitsuji and Shugo Chara are taking wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy to long to come out subbed. And no, i like the language but i cant understand much of the RAW episodes.
But the thing is, i read finish 3 of the series already, and i'm waiting for the the new chapters to be uploaded. And the uploads are NOT CONSTANT. So, i'm a little bit pissed. No, okay, VERY. Like chapter 1, 28 Sept, chapter 2, 28 Sept, chapter 3, 19 Nov, chapter 4, 2nd Feb. LIKE hello??????? It doesnt make sense!!

Okay i shant get so worked up. Anyway. I've got my timetable more or less worked out already. I hope to have everything confirmed once the yoga class starts luh.

Because of a phone conversation i had just now.
Mummy just told me to pick up the phone, she didnt tell me who it was, so i thought it was like a friend *ahem*. So i picked it up in my room. I cant remember the whole conversation word by word, but it vaguely went like this.
Me: Hello?
Female: Hello?
Me: (not recognising voice) Hello?
Female: (louder) HALLO?
Me: Umm. Who's this?
Female: TSK. How can you not know me?
Me: Huh?
Female: I'm your form teacher.
Me: HUH?
Female: And you still owe me homework in math, chinese, english, social studies, sciences, ... ..., music and art
Me: (brightly knowing that i had been had, and FINALLY recognising the voice on the other line) Yeah right. Sec 3s dont take Music and Art anymore, i know who you are! You cant be my form teacher (duh, Mr. P's a GUY?????)
Female: Why not?
Me: I know you're calling from the UK.
And the conversation stupidly went on, then Jolene jie accused me of not being able to recognise her voice. HAHA. How stupid is that.
I cant even recognise my own sister's voice. HAHAHAHA.
But you know hor, Jolene jie, your voice sounds different, like you're having a blocked nose!!
Then i dont know how the conversation steered to Facebook, then Jolene jie told me that everytime she logged on, she'd see the feeds on the status updates and i'll always be up there, a new 'fan' of something.
So she was like, "You're a fan of Dubai?"
Simple statement.
HAHA. Yeah what, Dubai damn cool.
I want to go there.
Aiyar you must hurry come back soooooooooooon, being the 'only child' so lonely can!
AHH i dont feel like changing trombones. I've been playing my bass/base (?) for like about 2 years already, its like my boyfriend! THEREFORE, changing trombones=changing boyfriends! Literally. :D I've got affection for it already. And plus its so macho, it has this really dark and smooth/sleek sound. And its real cool and bronze. HAHA. But i'll change if i really have to, i guess. I dont do much justice to its sound, when Jia Hui played it, it was capable of blasting real loudly and still maintaining a nice and smooth tone, but when i play it, its either volume or tone. =/ But i shall work hard, work towards Jia Hui's standard! Saturday's practice was really refreshing. Even though it was humid to be outside, it was nice to play out in the open for a change. Yep, a very nice change from playing enclosed in a room. Too bad trumpets and trombones had to stand the whole time to train our stamina (?), my legs were real tired after the practise. HAHA but i did learn a few things, so i guess it was rather fruitful and worthwhile.
The most embarressing part was luck wasnt on my side. THE ONLY TIME I DROPPED THE MUTE WAS WHEN MRS CHUA TALKED TO ME!! Other than that, the kanjiong slotting in and twisting out of the mute during the songs were fine!!! It actually stayed there even after i put it in haphazardly and clumsily. But it just had to fall out at that point. Great. I bet Fion would laugh like mad if she had seen it. Roll on the Floor Laughing. Hmph. But nobody said anything about punishments yet, haha, so i guess i'll just ask Sarah the next time i see her.
Anyway, i was quite surprised Mrs Chua actually remembered my name, lol. I didnt know she was calling me at first, cuz she pronounced my name a little weirdly (or so it sounded). From where i was standing it sounded like Mer-rit-da. While almost everybody calls me Me-rit-TAH. Haha.

I'm down for Amath remedial, and i guess thats supposed to be something shameful, but i guess its a turning point for me because i finally realised that if i want to do well in Os, i first have to conquer and excel beyond Crescent's standards. But first i'll work towards my foundation and build up from there. I'll do every single question from the Amath TB and hopefully be prepared by MYEs. I know that my real enemy is myself, not the smartest in school, in level, yeah. So i've no intention of competing with them, unless i lose to them by a mark or something, haha. A competitive streak in one never hurts sometimes.
Well, so now regardless of how many CTs i fail, i have to manage my time better, i guess, especially when CCA can be very demanding as well, and once i work out my schedule and fall into rhythm, i'll 'believe in myself' and strive towards my goals.

I dont know why. But Beverly keeps reminding me of Beverly Wee from RG. Then i keep thinking her surname is Wee. :(
