I've been shopping non-stop for the past couple of days. And I think it's tradition for me and Renee to get some cookies from Famous Amos everytime we go to Wisma Atria. (:

The day has finally arrived. I've completed the second hurdle of SG's education system. Next A level perhaps? ): Swell. But, yea I'm relieved. I've worked hard. Now - I'll play harder since I worked pretty damn hard y'know! (:

Obviously, there's a tiny part of me that doesn't want to leave. Just want to stay in that tiny prison called Swiss Cottage with all my other friends and the awesome Zoo Class. Gossip non-stop with my partners and laugh till I pee in my pants with the Makan Gang. Who is going to replace the unique pairing : MUBIN AND MIDZI?! Wwwwwhhhhooooooooooo????

Moving on, before I unleash the dam within me, my computer is whack when I mean whack i seriously mean it. I can't access blogger neither can I access MSN. So yea, instead of enjoying unlimited access to the internet, I'm stuck at home watching UGLY BETTY and THE OFFICE online(which doesn't suck one bit). So no connection through the internet world AT ALL. I'll try my best to blog though, placating my sister to allow me to use her computer from time to time(which costs me 5 bucks everytime!)........ ):

SPOILERS!

I loved the whole plot. How Rowling tied loose ends and cleared any doubts. But I really really dislike her for killing Fred and making George "saint-like".

The scene with the Weasleys surrounding Fred's body and George kneeling beside Fred's head was... words just cannot express my grief. And who knew Kreacher was kind?! I hated when Dobby died too. "Here lie Dobby, a Free Elf"

I only managed to attain 6-12 hours of sleep during the weekend which led me to fall sick today. HARRY POTTER > HEALTH. HARRY POTTER > SLEEP. HARRY POTTER > YOU!!

The epilogue, Albus Severus Potter was downright cheesy. Cheesiness to the core mann...! You could find it in any fanfiction. bleh.

But glad I'm out of hibernation. OH THE BIRDS! THE WIND! THE SWEET SMELL OF MORNING SOIL! :)

22 July 2007: The Mourning After

The end of an era. The end of a tremendous series.

My weekend was extraordinary though, all thanks to Rowling.

Kind of melancholic though. Gone are the days of my childhood. Gone are the days of me pretending I was a witch schooling in Hogwarts and a Ravenclaw, "Wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure." *sigh*

I remember the day I picked up my first Harry Potter book, quite reluctantly though. I had no intention of entertaining my least favourite uncle so I picked up the book and hid in my room. Then, it got too enthralling and then I became a rabid fan. Pre-ordering all of my Harry Potter books from Goblet of Fire onwards. Now, I wouldn't be able to pre-order anymore Harry Potter books which is quite saddening. Nothing more to look forward to. No reason to submerge into a fictional world. No more counting the days to the release of the next Harry Potter book. No more speculating Harry's fate in forums. No more dedicating two whole days for Harry Potter. No more reading the book aloud and shrieking at every shocking death. No more fidgeting and changing positions just because my neck would start to ache. No more ignoring school work. No more congregating with cousins discussing the fate of Harry in the following books. No more dissecting characters or plots. No more escape to reality.

WAH, VERY SAD LEHHH!!! NEVER KNEW IT WOULD BE SUCH A BLOW. :'(

Harry Potter gave me a reason to be childish.

Apologies if I become moody tomorrow. You must understand that the Harry Potter world has just ended...

A COUPLE MORE BLOODY HOURS TO HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS..! I've planned to go into full mode hibernation throughout this weekend over at Yishun. But that plan has been sadly aborted.
