On gestures:
Gestures stems from the heart. It is insignificant whether the person you extend your gestures to wants to receive it or not. Even if your gestures doesn't stem from your heart, you will still have to because it is mannerism of Taekwondo. If you have the heart, it will better to extend it to your gestures because only Superman has x-ray vision.
If even seniors cannot adhere to such basic aspects of the martial art, it becomes inconceivable for the juniors to see why they have to or to even expect that they do. Do some reflections, my team of seniors. It doesn't hurt to give a friendly nudge to the right direction if you see your fellow ones confused or lost.
-Learn wisdom by observing ignorance, by making a mistake, reflecting and keeping going.
