Sadie at 18 months

Sadie turned 18 months old on Sunday ! She is so fun and so full of attitude. Since I am terrible at writing things down and my memory is shot I just wanted to write down some of the things she is up to.
• She is such a snuggle bug. She loves to be cuddled and loved.
• She is very friendly to people she knows and very shy to strangers.
• Still a big mamas girl but knows how to work her dad.
• Picks up on things very quickly. Super smart!
• Refuses to talk but finds creative ways to tell you what she wants.
• she's a little piggy and is always up for a good snack.
• takes a good 2 1/2 hr nap everyday
• weighs 18 pounds
• loves to read
• loves all things girl. Shoes and necklaces are her thing
• she's very coordinated and runs fast!
• recently learned to click her tongue
• knows how to put toothpaste on a toothbrush
•Still only has 8 teeth!
• Can still fit into 9 month clothing
• Sadie is 99% of the time happy

This girl is the world to us and we adore her. We love you Sadie Lane!

Easter 2012

Highlights of our Easter weekend:

• The kids loved their Easter Baskets
• We never got to dye our Easter eggs
• We spent Easter morning at Urgent Care because Krew split his head open while attempting to color eggs.
• He got three staples
• He was VERY VERY BRAVE
• We were able to make it to church in the nick of time
• We had a delicious Easter dinner with the Wright Family
• And Krew finally was able to have an Easter egg hunt
• Sadie had her first Easter and looked adorable in her white Easter dress.

Dinner Date Outside

Since the weather is so warm outside I thought it would be the perfect night to eat dinner out in our back yard! With it being around 85 degrees it's almost cooler outside than it is inside. I made our famous tostada's that I literaly make once a week amd we never seem to grow tired of them. I love this time of year!

A day at our house!

We got a new Canon SLR camera so I've been spending most of my time trying to learn the ins and outs of it. I think the kids are already sick of having it in their face. This was the summary of our day on Tuesday!

Pictures to update

Just wanted to add some pictures of my fun kids. I am really enjoying both of their stages right now. Krew is learning so much. We are working on counting to twenty, writing his name, and the letters. But you have to catch him at the right time otherwise it blows up in your face.

Sadie is just a sweetie and brings alot of joy to us. She has so much personality when she is at home and loves to put on a show for us.

7 Months

At 7 months:

• She is crawling(Started at 5 mo.)and she is fast
• Sitting up
• Pulling up on tables and couches
• gets into everything
• eats every 3 hours now
• Is a very social baby. She loves people and everyone loves her!
• Such a happy happy baby. She is always up for a smile
• Still loves her binkie
• Loves her mama. And I love it!
• Has never had a bottle
• Still wakes up around twice a night to eat
• sleeps in her crib (HOORAY!)
• Still quite chubby

It breaks my heart to think that she is only 4 1/2 months away to being one. I have enjoyed her so much and I always want her to stay my little bug. We love you Sadie!

Catch Up!

Quite a bit has been going on so I'd like to document it all and catch up on all of the fun stuff. October was a busy month for us. We were able to have a weekend get away with our close friends the Albretsens. We went to California and had a great time eating good food and exploring the city. We left the our kids behind minus Sadie and hit the road Friday afternoon after Tyler got off of work. We spent Saturday going to a craft fair, watching the boys boogie board, eating at Pat and Oscar's, went to Balboa Park, walked around the San Diego Temple, and ended the night eating at Panera. It was so much fun and Sadie was an angel the whole trip!

Then we had fun this year for Halloween with two kids. Krew was so excited for it which made it even more fun. I didn't want to spend alot on costumes this year so I made my own up. Krew wanted to be a cowboy and Sadie was a "Sadie bug". Krew did so well trick or treating and he absolutly loved all of the candy he got.

Now if I can catch up on November it will be a miracle!
