Dear Neighbor...

PLEASE remove your RV off of your front lawn. Lets be honest here, its TRASHY...it makes you look TRASHY and it makes this neighborhood look TRASHY. It looks as if you were drunk and you about drove it into your house but were able to stop yourself from doing so in time. You have had it there for almost a week now and it needs to Stop. You are an embarrassment to our street and you are one of those that truly give the South a not-so-good image. We will be looking very forward to the day you remove this "thing" from your front lawn.

Love, Us

Gotta love the South...

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY

Just wishing all the wonderful men in my life a HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!

First off, my husband. Who is an AWESOME husband and an AMAZING father. His girls LOVE him so much and definitely know when daddy comes home. Thank you, baby for being so good and wonderful to all 3 of us. WE LOVE YOU!

Second, is my dad. An AMAZING father and AWESOME Grandpa to our girls. He would do anything for any of us. He has given us SO MUCH and has been such a huge role model in my life and will continue to do so in our girls' lives. Thanks dad for all you do. We LOVE YOU!!

And to my Father-In-Law. Who raised such an amazing son and also continues to be a GREAT Pa-Pa to our girls. He shows us nothing but LOVE and COMPASSION and has been a HUGE role model in my husband's life and will continue to be a role model in our girls' lives. Again, would do ANYTHING for any of us and we are so glad to have him in our lives. WE LOVE YOU!

Sisterly Bonding

Its moments like these that I LOVE that I had another Girl so that Addie could have a sister to play with. I cannot wait for the day that Zoey gets old enough to play and to really bond with her sister. I LOVE IT!! Addison is so good to Zoey and is the awesomest big sister that Zoey could ever ask for.

Cheapskates!!

Seriously!! Do you see what I see!! Has the economy gotten so bad that Kellogg's had to take a cut on their fruitsnacks??? I went to open up some fruitsnacks for Addison to snack on..and 2 packages in a row ONLY had TWO fruitsnacks each in them....can we say 'what a bunch of cheapskates'!! I had to get a picture...Unbelievable...I was quite disapointed. Oh well...

Smiles!

So the other day, we can say that Zoey officially smiled for us. Well, let me define "us"...she smiled for Mike...MIKE! Not Mom...DAD! But I am happy to say that Dad caught her first Smile. She did finally manage to smile for me today a couple of times....so her smiles are occurring more often now...so fun to see and watch!! We look forward to many more milestones being reached with her.

A little update on her...obviously she is starting to smile now. She is FINALLY sleeping a little better...we have gone to waking up to every 3-4 hours, rather than every 1 1/2 - 2 hours. She LOVES to be cuddled and knows the difference between being cuddled in her ''boppy" or swing...to being cuddled in Mom and Dad's arms.

Addison continues to love on her sister...she loves her to death and is the first to report to Mom and Dad when "Zoey sad" (in her words). She tries to comfort her when "Zoey sad" by giving her kisses or shoving the Pacy in her mouth. She has been a great Big Sister and continues to make us smile and laugh everyday. She is going to a Speech Pathologist this week to be evaluated on her speech....we arent too concerned that there is a problem...she has just been a little delayed on the Speech part. We shall see what they say tomorrow at our appointment.

Mike continues to stay busy with Clinical. But NO more classes! He officially becomes a senior in July. He is eager to end his time here doing Clincial in Jackson b/c he hasnt been to fond of the hospital here...although I am NOT looking forward to his next Clinical Rotation...b/c he is heading to Paducah Kentucky.

I continue to stay busy at home STILL trying to get on a routine with having 2 kids now...yeah, it aint happening and I have stopped expecting it to. We leave for Charleston in 3 weeks and are more then excited to go! We will be blessing Zoey in the Mount Pleasant Ward (where I grew up) b/c it worked out perfectly that all of us will be in town that week and Mike's family will be able to come as well.

And that about sums it up with our lives...not a whole lot going on...just trying to survive the summer heat with NO water around....its this time of year that I get really homesick for Charleston....but all is well.
